If you want good food and good service, this is the place to be.

You used to eat the best shawarma in the Netherlands here. Back then, you still got meat from a rotisserie. Now it is dry-fried on a griddle, which means the meat has less flavor and dries out completely. Such a shame. Eventually, more and more people will shun the place.

Ordered Kapsalon. They put very little meat on the table. Stingy with meat, as if they are counting the lamb shawarma. Since the previous owner leased out the place, it has really gone downhill.

The chicken casserole here is good, I always eat there. For a change, I ordered lamb chops (4 pieces) for €26. They were terrible, I didn't like them at all, but I ate them all anyway. I paid that much money for lamb chops, they were awful.

I walked into Harput and immediately felt something rare: respect. A Turkish restaurant where the owner is such a legend that he simply puts on Hindustani music. My soul spontaneously did a little chutney dance. And then… FERNANDES. As if the heavens opened and said: "Son, you are at home here." That cool air radiated like a holy altar. My Hindustani-Surinamese heart warmed like fresh roti, like my nani's at home. The food? Meat fried in pepper as if the pan had been blessed by three Turkish aunts. Sauces thick and full of flavor, and that spicy one? That gave me an uppercut to my third eye. The only downside: where is my physical menu? A barcode is handy, but I want to browse, dream, decide as if I were the king. In short: Harput blends cultures, flavors, and love like nothing. 4/5 with a physical card it would have been 12/5.

The shawarma chicken was tasty, but I found a hair in the salad. That wasn't very nice. Use a chef's hat on your hair to prevent that.

After trying Harput again a few times, I feel that the quality has improved and is back to its old level. Lamb shawarma is TOP, and the homemade chicken shawarma is also TOP! A firm favorite for me again, and that's why the food gets a 5-star rating!

Yesterday I ordered a plate of lamb chops. I was served burnt meat. Since the place changed owners, it has gone downhill significantly. This place won't be seeing me again.

Bad business has gone downhill but the prices have risen nicely for the money you get bad food raw fries and meat that tastes like nothing at all not original lamb meat

The third time I went for Hawaiian chicken. They don't have it again. According to the menu, they do. The chicken shashlik dish tasted like nothing. The chicken seemed blended. It was a bit like pulled chicken with no flavor. Pepper sauce... very watery and definitely not spicy. The garlic sauce tasted like a milk mix. All in all, Harput from the old days is gone. You can tell by the food. The customers notice the difference between a full and empty place. For me, after three times, that's enough. This place is history for me. Wave wave...bye bye.

Lamb is mixed with turkey! Had a terrible meal last time and you pay so much. Chicken had no taste. Lamb also not and much too dry/burned. I have seen better times at Harput. Shame.

Folks, this is no longer the Harput of the past. This case has been taken over. The food is rubbish and no longer tastes like the old harput. If you eat here you will get sick! Avoid this tent. They are only out to make money. I paid 10 euros for 1 lamb burger from the freezer, without asking. They give you food you don't ask for and make you pay for it! Very bad food. If you know the old harput, you won't eat here again!

Overname helaas na jaren is deze zaak zonder enige aankondiging overgenomen door een nieuwe eigenaar. Je merkt het direct aan het eten kwaliteit en smaak erg achteruit en daarboven negeert hij de vraag van overname zegt ie doodleuk de “eigenaar” Komt zo! Jammer wees gewoon eerlijk. Even though it's a fairly small place, their famous for their shawarma. It's absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend it. As a vegan/vegetarian you might can get falafel (not sure).

Niet meer zoals her geweest is aks je iets besteld dan vragen ze aan je of het je de spullen die je bij het gerecht moet krijgen zoals b.v salade of saus of je het echt bij wil 😒 vraag toch ook niet of ze dat geld van de salade er ook bij willen hebben. Ik betaal volle pond dus verwachten klanten ook alles wat je erbij krijgt moet je ook krijgen.

Volgens mij is dit de derde generatie van Harput. Vanaf mijn jeugd kom ik hier al. Geweldige shoarma en vriendelijk personeel. Één van de betere in Den Haag.

Altijd erg down to earth, geen chique plek maar wel met leuke mensen en zeer hartelijke eigenaar. Ik vond alleen mijn shoarma tegenvallen. Ik heb het bij hen lekkerder gegeten.

Lamskoteletten schotel met aardappelschijfjes en wat rijst erbij gedaan. Heerlijk gegeten.

Goede bediening, aardig personeel, bestelling snel afgehandeld om mee te nemen. Er is ook een mogelijkheid om eten mee te nemen en zelfs telefonisch te bestellen. Harput is een naam die al lang mee gaat in Den Haag. Ik kom hier al sinds de kinderschoenen. Elk bezoek weer genieten van het eten.

Het restaurant is recent verbouwd . Perfect voor groepen en gezinnen. Vriendelijke gastheer die er alles aan doet om je het naar je zin te maken.

Hier kan je heerlijke gerechten vinden van een broodje shoarma tot een uitgebreide mix schotel! Het restaurant is netjes en je wordt altijd vriendelijk geholpen!
