Best donor/shawarma sandwich ever

There were only a few pieces of doner kebab on my kapsalon and everything was cold and dry. Everything is in the trash. They aren't answering the phone either. So I just threw away 20 euros worth of food.

A very bad experience. The food was both of poor quality and incredibly disappointing. After the meal, I had severe stomach and abdominal pain for two days. I would never come here again and absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. The food was really not tasty, and I found the hygiene to be extremely poor. During my visit, I saw several mice running around inside, and the place looked very dirty everywhere. I ate reluctantly and would absolutely not come back here again. First time and last time! Additionally, I became ill that very same day after eating here. I believe this place really needs to be inspected urgently, especially regarding hygiene and food safety. It is a real shame, because I had expected much more from this place!!!

Online order through Uber eats. Got a 1+1 pita kebab for 12 euros. Each kebab is probably worth 3 euros, no sauce, no salt, no taste. Onion rings were burned. What a disgusting meal. I wonder how you can be so dishonest and sell food like this. Hopefully they will be out of business soon if bad reviews keep coming in. Will do my best to discourage people from going there or buying from them

Last night I ordered a shawarma sandwich with feta here, but what I was served was a disaster. Instead of a well-presented sandwich, I was delivered a loose container of shawarma, a dry bun, and some cheese separated. Worst of all: the food emitted a nauseating stench. It was so spoiled that it could go straight into the trash. The service was just as bad. The delivery driver tried to run off with my €1 in change without batting an eye. Only when I had to shout after him to ask for it did he reluctantly give it back. It’s not about that one euro, but about the principle that he just tried to steal it. Delivering spoiled and stinking food, secretly trying to keep the change, and then being unreachable by phone when you want to report it. A scandalous business; never order here again!

Ordered food at 11 p.m., received an email at 1 a.m. saying it was on its way and supposedly would be delivered at 2 a.m. Never received the food; even went to the restaurant to get a refund, and never received it back in my account. I would have given 0 stars if it was an option. We ordered from Uber Eats at exactly 1:20 am. The order took 50 minutes to make and it was one hour late. We tried calling multiple times from different devices too but we got no answer each time. Then, the restaurant personnel in charge of delivering our food shows up, 1 HOUR LATE and immediately leaves without saying a word or APOLOGIZING as minimum. Wish we could have at least said “this better be worth the wait” ( no I wasn’t expecting anything in particular from a kebab shop) but I was 𝐖𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐆. We ordered 2 in 1 ( with the Uber Eats promotion) chili cheese nuggets and a doner box. The doner box ended up being smaller than any Chinese takeout box, and the 2 orders of chili cheese nuggets were barely enough for 1 person, even BurgerKing puts more portions! No wonder they have bad reviews and a low star raring. If you genuinely want to make more money, learn how to cook cause not even 5 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐔𝐓𝐄𝐒 after eating we started feeling SICK.

If you want to get pizza delivered at eleven o'clock at night for a low price, Hasret is really top-notch!!! Not expensive, great pizza! The wait is sometimes an hour, but hey, at 12 o'clock that's not unusual. Great.

I order and pay for extra mayo, but I never get it. Often I don't even get mayo with the entire order, even though I usually pay an extra 5 euros to be sure I get it. I ordered 3 portions of chili cheese nuggets and paid an extra 5 euros for mayo and service. I received 8 nuggets (about 1 portion) and no mayo. When I called, they didn't answer; when I arrived at the place, they supposedly knew nothing about it and I was wrong; one employee made fun of me and laughed at me. Now again, for the umpteenth time, I gave a good tip and paid over 2.50 euros extra for mayonnaise. I received 0 mayo. Not even the 1 or 2 packets you normally get, just absolutely nothing. Ordered and paid for drinks a few times, didn't get those either. Pizza isn't cut when you ask for it, and the toppings are getting smaller and smaller. And the service is really downright awful these days. I ask for things and always pay good for them, but I never get them. And even the original order is very brief and often incorrect as well. If you call, they don't answer. If you bring it up in the shop, they laugh at you and act like you're stupid. Today was the last time I'm paying extra for things I'm not getting. Today was the last time I'm ordering from them at all. I'm sick and tired of constantly paying a lot for things and getting nothing. And really having to shell out an extra 2, 3, or 5 euros every single time for things they don't deliver at all. And if you ask about it, they know nothing. Or they just laugh at you out loud. Today was the last chance; I paid extra again and I got nothing again. Worse still, I didn't even get what was supposed to be with the order. Just absolutely nothing! As happens so often.

I try to contact the store through the app from the option given and their phone number does not exist. I found a different number from google maps and although that number does exist they don't pick up the phone. its already been more than 20 minutes after the estimated window time of delivery and I have not received my order, not any updates and there is no way for me to contact the store

I want to warn customers about HASRET on Steentilstraat. I ordered online twice, and both times the delivery time was incorrect. Although it was stated as 30 minutes, I had to wait over two hours. The company was unreachable by phone, and the food arrived cold. Despite reporting these issues, nothing was done about them. Based on my experience, I recommend not ordering from this location.

At 6:07 PM, we received a message that our food was on its way. At 6:45 PM, the food arrived. Everything was cold. And they were impossible to reach by phone, which was extremely difficult. So, don't order food from here!

The food was delicious, but unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. One of the staff members reacted unprofessionally when we asked for a knife; we were asked inappropriately if we eat our pizza with a knife and fork in our own country. Furthermore, the other guests' food was served neatly at the table, while we were asked to pick up our own! While the quality of the food was good, this experience negatively impacted the overall impression. Hopefully, the restaurant can improve its service, as the kitchen certainly deserves praise.

The kapsalon was very tasteless. No more bottles of sauce on-site, just one small container of garlic and one small container of sambal. We'll drive a bit further next time for a better quality kapsalon.

The atmosphere inside is a bit chilly, but that also has its charm. You can sit in the back to eat, or you can just take the food away. The staff is very friendly and the quality of the food is fine. Don't expect a five-star restaurant, but it is definitely recommended, if only for the experience.

How can you still claim to be halal? Some sincere advice to the owner: take an honest look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself whether it is really necessary to sell your soul for a little extra profit. There are indeed alternatives. Preparing Halal Veal Spareribs probably takes more time and yields less, but who are you trying to do exactly right for? The food is reasonable, but don't order extra meat because they charge double and you get almost nothing extra. Furthermore, no cutlery while you eat there. All in all very mediocre, Westerhaven much better!

After still not receiving any food 1.5 hours after delivery time, we decided to call to ask where it was. We were told in a chaotic manner that it was almost there. After half an hour it still wasn't there... shortly afterwards it finally arrived, but cold and super tough, as if it had been ready for hours. The worst experience I have had with home delivery so far. I ordered a cheeseburger and a frikandel at a quarter past 10 for delivery at 12 noon. At half past twelve there was still nothing. Called and got a confused, chaotic and only English speaking man on the phone. The first time we called to ask where the food was and how long we could expect to wait, since we still had to travel by public transport. The first time they said it was on its way, this was after waiting 1 hour. After 20 minutes I still didn't receive anything so I called again. Getting in touch was already extremely difficult and at one point (we felt) they deliberately did not even answer the first telephone number, so they called another number and they answered immediately. The second time, the gentleman on the phone was extremely unfriendly and antisocial, we understand that it is busy, but if you can no longer even speak to your customers normally, you should perhaps check whether this is the right job, and whether you might not be taking some sort of maximum number of orders per half hour. According to the gentleman it was all our problem and we should contact Uber Eats ourselves, he also said that it had already been on the road for 1.5 hours while it was a 10-minute bike ride. In the meantime, we had contacted Uber Eats and they said they would look into it. Finally, after 2/2.5 hours, the bell rang, but since the food would have been on its way for so long, we were almost certain that it would no longer be tasty, so we did not accept it anymore. Food is okay, neighbors are better. Every time I want to order shawarma they only have chicken doner. The menu indicates that they have different types of meat. But I guess they only have chicken. So menu does not match what they can deliver unfortunately.
