Awful delivery time, and I never get my order. I lost 50€ because of them. Why they are still alive and run this scam business? Never order them again and recommend others to do same.

Ordered food and it never arrived. When you try to call them, they don't answer. It's a very bad business. I now understand that they're under supervision because it's a filthy establishment, completely unworthy of being in Groningen. A bunch of idiots will never order from them again.

Got uncooked burgers that were completely pink on the inside on a doner bun, then had to cycle to your business at 3:00 am. While it was a delivery order and you did not answer the phone and then got a new burger without any apology.

The company was unreachable by phone, and the food arrived cold. Despite reporting these issues, nothing was done about them. Based on my experience, I recommend not ordering from this location.

At 6:07 PM, we received a message that our food was on its way. At 6:45 PM, the food arrived. Everything was cold. And they were impossible to reach by phone, which was extremely difficult. So, don't order food from here!

The food was delicious, but unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. One of the staff members reacted unprofessionally when we asked for a knife; we were asked inappropriately if we eat our pizza with a knife and fork in our own country. Furthermore, the other guests' food was served neatly at the table, while we were asked to pick up our own! While the quality of the food was good, this experience negatively impacted the overall impression. Hopefully, the restaurant can improve its service, as the kitchen certainly deserves praise.

The kapsalon was very tasteless. No more bottles of sauce on-site, just one small container of garlic and one small container of sambal. We'll drive a bit further next time for a better quality kapsalon.

The first time we called to ask where the food was and how long we could expect to wait, since we still had to travel by public transport. The first time they said it was on its way, this was after waiting 1 hour. After 20 minutes I still didn't receive anything so I called again. Getting in touch was already extremely difficult and at one point (we felt) they deliberately did not even answer the first telephone number, so they called another number and they answered immediately. The second time, the gentleman on the phone was extremely unfriendly and antisocial, we understand that it is busy, but if you can no longer even speak to your customers normally, you should perhaps check whether this is the right job, and whether you might not be taking some sort of maximum number of orders per half hour. According to the gentleman it was all our problem and we should contact Uber Eats ourselves, he also said that it had already been on the road for 1.5 hours while it was a 10-minute bike ride. In the meantime, we had contacted Uber Eats and they said they would look into it. They gave us a sauce, and didn't let us know like was it spicy sauce or ketchup. (No label on it) I thought it was ketchup and my food was ruined. It was hella hot and spicy!!!! I didn't try other foods but I do not recommend meat doner.
