I order from here often, but it has happened a few times that I have not received any fries sauce even though I have paid for it.. stay sharp guys.. food is good

Last time I'll order from here! You clearly specify "burger without lettuce and sauce." The burger is delivered with lettuce and sauce. The staff even highlighted the "no lettuce and sauce" comment in yellow. So many times the order has gone wrong. Such a shame.

Ordered via home delivery. Delivery is fast. I ordered the hot wings menu with a can of drink. The fries were still hot and so was the chicken. The fries have a nice crunch and a good portion. The wings are not really "spicy", I would call it mild. The chicken is nice and crispy and not greasy like KFC.

Due to a telephone error, my order was sent to HBC Beverwijk and the employee who called me about this very late indicated that the manager would call me back. However, this did not happen. When I called back, I was told that it was my fault and that they would not do anything about it. In the meantime I also paid for the food. Very bad service, no solution was offered. This was the last time I order from HBC Beverwijk. Never again HBC.

I ordered by telephone at 10:33 PM, because at 10:00 PM it was not delivered at home, now it is 11:45 PM, normally I have no bad comments about you, your food is always good, always on time, Open until 1am. It's been over an hour now and I still don't have my food.! While I'm really only 15 minutes away from you. When I call you it rings and is no longer available, which is a shame! You were highly regarded by me, but I will no longer recommend this to people, which I did a lot anyway.

Ordered more often from HBC! Usually everything is nice and hot and they are not stingy with sauce/lettuce on the burgers and/or fries! Spicy chicken, rosti burger and cheeseburger are recommended! In addition, of course, also the (spicy) hot wings! Price/quality is good! In addition, it is all halal, so you can also enjoy your burger/fast food! Delivery people or employees at the counter are always good!

Bestel gaan anatholian fire, er zit namelijk een hele jalapeno peper op en uit ervaring heeft je wc een zware avond.

Ja, niet echt super goed. Broodjes zijn niet echt vers plus als je een menu koopt dan hoort er wel een Saus bij vind ik. Het is gewoon een standaard burger.

1 keer geweest druk bezig stond al 10 minuten voor de balie had niet veel gescheeld of ik was weg gelopen ken je niet maken en nog klein puntje op de site staat coca cola zie duidelijk pepsi cola plus puntje hij besteed wel aandacht aan de producten.

Ordered burgers and wraps, got confirming email with the right adress and phone. But nobody called and the food wasn’t delivered. I emailed thuisbezorgd but only received automated mail. Their phone number can’t be called. Delivery got marked as done and successful. I paid in advance so it kind of stings.
