In addition to the bakery, Heidi's also offers a parcel service for Mondial and Vinted Go. I sometimes see bad reviews regarding the opening hours for picking up or dropping off packages. They handle the parcel service as an add-on; the bakery is their business. I am perfectly satisfied with the service and customer friendliness.

As a pick-up point, this is a bad place to collect Vinted items due to the opening hours. Most people work from 8 to 5, so you don't have time to pick it up. Because it closes at 3 in the afternoon; if it were open until 8, it would have been easier.

I can't wait until a regular, decent bakery opens in Arkendonk with regular opening hours. It's absolutely ridiculous how often this bakery is closed. I'm not going back there at all on principle.

Ordered a package from France. Last Friday, I received a message that we could pick it up. We wanted to pick it up the next day. It closed at 3 p.m. Closed on Sunday, so Monday would be fine then. Closed. We just received a message that the package has been returned to the sender. 😑

Mondial Relay parcel point, often used by Vinted users, has extended opening hours, so even if you work full-time, you'll barely have a chance to pick up your package. And if it's summer vacation, you're even more out of luck, as opening hours are even more limited. This means you'll have to scramble to avoid having your package returned because you missed the pickup deadline. So, from now on, we'll be using a different parcel point with extended opening hours.

Got pastries, but they weren't fresh or tasty

I've been here for the first time. Bread was extensive. The pastries looked delicious. The lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful. I ended up buying three different loaves of bread. We really liked these. For me, the store could be a little more atmospheric. Products were excellent and worth repeating

Thought I would eat some nice fresh sausages this morning. So they really weren't fresh, which was a letdown!!

Quality not what you would expect from a baker, pricey compared to other bakers in Brabant. Sandwiches are a no go and are therefore thrown in the garbage bin. Not recommended. Short review: Expensive and mediocre quality.
