Extensive menu, with meat, fish, and vegetarian options. The waiters and waitresses were super friendly and helpful. They made us feel like important guests, and that's how it felt. We'll definitely be back! Book ahead, as it was fully booked on Wednesday and Saturday!

I had a fantastic meal at Heinde. I'd never been there before and didn't expect to get such a great meal (and drinks!) for such a low price. It was also really nice that you could take your time. Awkward concept of ordering via QR code; with a large group, you're only allowed to order one phone per table. Some dishes were cold, and my tea glass smelled of fish. I won't be going back.

We ate here again on November 1, 2025. This time the coffee was very good. The dishes were delicious, except for the cheeseburger. We were seated next to a group of eight people who were very present and noisy. Delicious dishes, good service. Lots of choices and also lots of desserts. It's great that it's all-inclusive, except for spirits and certain wines. Downside: the coffee isn't good and tastes bitter, or maybe the machine isn't cleaned properly!?

Really good food. It's a shame the staff isn't quite as attentive. The drinks ladies, in particular, are hard to get a hold of because they're all too friendly with each other.

It's not quite my concept, but with a group of friends you have a pleasant evening and good food.

Well, the concept is quite nice, and considering the price, the food is reasonable to excellent. They also cater to allergies, so that's fine in that respect. The only downside is the staff... I get the impression they're trying, but it doesn't quite work out. You have to ask several times where your drinks are; some orders suddenly disappear, and if you repeatedly go to the wrong table as a waitress, you're more focused on the business than enjoying the evening together. After a bit of nagging, things are resolved nicely, but I don't go to a restaurant for discounts and multiple excuses. They're always looking for staff. The remark: experience not required is a peculiar one. Perhaps they should reconsider this.

The food was delicious. Despite the all-you-can-eat concept, it didn't feel like a food court at all. It felt relaxed, and the dishes were excellent in both quality and presentation.

We went to Heinde in Rotterdam for dinner yesterday. I'm telling you, don't eat here. We... were seated at our table at 6:45 PM. In our experience, they let far too many people make reservations, even though they can't handle it. I had repeatedly mentioned that the serving rounds of food were taking too long. It took 1:45 hours for us to get our third round. I had just told the manager we'd like to pay a small amount and leave. We then literally drove to a shawarma place to satisfy our hunger. Go to their sister restaurant if you want to enjoy yourself and don't want to wait too long. You pay more there, but it's also great.

All those little snacks were so fun. Very tasty, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We sat outside.

We've been to several Heinde locations, but this one in Rotterdam was a huge disappointment. The kitchen clearly isn't prepared for the restaurant's size. After ordering our first round of food, we had to wait 35 minutes for it. Things like carpaccio shouldn't take long to arrive. Chicken, in several dishes, wasn't cooked through in several rounds. Drinks were frequently empty, and the slow service negated the positive aspect of them regularly asking if you'd like another drink. Cold drinks were often served in warm glasses because they had to clean them quickly.

They serve gluten-free options. I had to write down my own preferences, and only when desserts were served was an allergen list brought out. Towards the end of the evening, they forgot to serve dishes. When I asked, they promised to bring them, but they never did. Dame Blanche was gone. All in all, we had a decent meal, but we wouldn't go back.

The food is excellent. Lots of choices, so you can always find a favorite. Always busy. All-you-can-eat isn't my thing, but this one is perfectly doable. A romantic dinner for two is better served elsewhere, although there are also differing opinions on that.

Tapas, fixed price with drinks, no time limit. Well prepared, lots of choice and diversity. Tasty desserts. Service friendly and fast. Very warm inside, but then again, we had just had a heat wave. On the terrace you can sit nicely at the marina. The building is an old warehouse, which has been completely renovated, the cranes of the old harbor are still on the quay. Nice environment, especially if you remember it from the past, when we came there to unload.

It is usually very busy and that makes it sometimes difficult to understand each other. The food is usually very tasty. Better than other all you can eats.

I ate at Heinde in Rotterdam for the first time today. The food was good, as at most Heinde locations, and the staff really make the evening. Parking is easy and inexpensive, just a two-minute walk away.

Had a great evening: Staff was friendly, The food was good and enough choice, QR ordering works well, drinks were sufficiently requested. I will definitely come back here! Ps. We knew they were opening in October. But we did not know that they had their 2nd evening on October 20, 2023. If the second evening is already like this, all I can say is keep it up!! April 27, 2024: This is already the 3rd time. It remains really great!!!! Almost the same faces in terms of staff, and also nice with the staff!! Something for everyone, top quality dishes!! April 29, 2025: It has now been the 6 or 7th (secretly lost count🙈) time. Staff still top and the dishes still the same top quality as day 1.

Not bad for a food bar, certainly not bad, the food is not special but fine. Same for the drinks. Service is not the elite guard but your excellent underage hardworking staff who do not know everything yet but do their best. Nice to have eaten but not necessarily to come back. It started off as a fun evening, but in the end, we felt quite rushed by the staff. It was a Thursday night, but after 10:15 PM, we clearly weren't in the mood anymore.

Great place! The concept is good and the prices are competitive. Another advantage is that you don't have to watch your watch to see if your 2 or 2.5-hour window hasn't already passed. We had a great meal with 10 people. Orders came out of the kitchen fairly quickly, considering there was only one table left. A full place usually says it all. You can order everything through the app, tried several desserts 😋, even the drink service. The service was excellent, and the staff were also excellent and very friendly! Perhaps one point of attention: I would expand the app with even more options. Not everyone wants sauces on top. You could usually specify this, but not with all dishes. You can, however, let the staff know so they can order it for you. And I would include the doneness of your steak, for example, in the app. In short... Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back! 😋

I wouldn’t say the food is the best, but the deal is great. An all you can eat including drinks and no time limit makes a great concept. And the dishes are all very decent. Even the dessert options are quite tasty. So don’t expect mind blowing dishes, instead enjoy a nice evening with food and drinks.
