Het IJsbarretje in Centrum

We didn't get our ice cream until an hour and a half after ordering, even though there's a maximum delivery time. I also don't have the nuts I paid for. But of course, they don't need to bring them anymore because my ice cream will have melted by then.

Reported immediately upon delivery that it was incomplete. Subsequently had to wait another 40 minutes, and on top of that, you get a melted milkshake. The previous times there were problems every time too, and they said they would add something extra next time. Since this was said multiple times and never followed through, we were done with it. It's the same thing again now, and nothing extra. They said they are too busy, have too few staff, and can't handle it. So, unfortunately, they can't do anything or be of any help. And then they put you on a blacklist so you can't order from them anymore. How pathetic is that, and customer-friendly NOT.

Last night we ordered an XXL bubble waffle here for the first time. What a delicious surprise! The ice cream was delicious and still ice cold when it arrived at our place in IJmuiden. It was a long wait, but we called to let them know, and they apologized again at the door. Unfortunately, two toppings were missing, but that was probably due to the chaos of the evening. We will definitely order from here again. We've since gained some experience and are still regular customers. It's still super delicious!

I generally have no complaints, their ice cream is always good. I briefly considered ordering something else, but it was nothing special. The Liège Waffles with strawberries and whipped cream was more like whipped cream with one chopped strawberry.

Geweldig ijs, klaargemaakt en bezorgd door fantastische mensen. Heb je zin in een geweldig nagerecht, zorg dan dat je hier wat bestelt!

Really delicious ice cream! We had it delivered to our home as a surprise. It was really well taken care of! The ice cream was still perfectly frozen, delicious in taste, and the presentation was fantastic! Highly recommended! Thanks for the delicious ice cream and the great service!
