2 vegan smaken geprobeerd en het was super lekker. We waren samen met vrienden uit Finland en die zijn nu kroketgek! Vooral het lekker staand een kroketje wegsnoepen in de prachtige markthal na een rondje Rotterdam maakte dat we ons zelf ook toerist voelde.

Mijn vader had 10-1 een rendang kroket gegeten en die was er heel enthousiast over! Ook de jongen die ons hielp was erg vriendelijk en had een goed advies. Zeker de moeite waard om langs te gaan :)

Leon fue muy servicial en la elección de lo que deberíamos intentar. Estaba muy alegre, y cuando me vio tomar una foto del plato de degustación del Monte, ofreció una banderita para sentarse en la mayonesa especiada. Su actitud de "pregúntame cualquier cosa" hizo la experiencia divertida.

El mejor bitterbal de todos los tiempos, caliente y sabroso. Gran hallazgo en Rotterdam y gran servicio por León. Definitivamente hacer una visita a este lugar cuando en la ciudad.

I found the filling of the bitterballen and Kleine kroketjes a bit salty and too runny. But this is a must try @ Rotterdam

I just took a set of 6 croquettes (“tasting of 6 flavours”), all tasty and crispy; perhaps the taste of the sauce is too pronounced, but not a problem, you can just use less of it; definitely worth a try. Plus it's quite filling. However, the main reason for the recall was service. I can't help but notice. A very nice and friendly girl. Considering that it was 20 minutes before closing and I was the last customer, this attitude is worth a lot. This rarely happens. Thank you!

Very good kroketten. We had beef and it was very crispy, hot without being cloying. Good address, I recommend.

I went there and there was a very beautiful girl behind the dest with just the right energy, i loved the verg diverse menu too, and the kalfkroket was just right.

Excellent taste. Nice golden brown Kroket. Would recommend truffle Mushroom and spice chicken and Bitterballen with mustard.

While my croquettes are cooling down, I'll make time for a good review. It's always nice here, the people are always friendly. We come here as standard on every visit to Rotterdam.

Best Kroket in all of the Netherlands and it's not even close. Delicious sausage and given its location in Markthal Rotterdam you're walking distance to other delicious foods before or after.

Estive nesse stand do Markethal para provar os famosos croquetes holandeses. Pedi 3 opções: um de carne, um de frinkandel e um vegano de cogumelo trufado. Gostei muito do tradicional (de carne) e da versão vegana, recomendo bastante.

I ordered the spicy chicken flavor. Although the portion was on the small side, the croquettes were crispy and the sauce was really delicious!

We are from Brazil and had not yet tried kroket, which is a delicacy from the Netherlands! The service was impeccable and they helped us choose the best options to try the different flavors! Ate here during my visit to Rotterdam and everything was incredibly delicious! My plan originally was to get one kroket and then move on to a different spot for more food. I got the truffle mushroom and it was so delicious that I ended up getting the 6 flavor veggie taster! So happy to have all these vegetarian options, otherwise I'd not have had a chance to try a kroket. The people running the place were also incredibly friendly.

Many different croquettes to choose from, the spicy chicken is highly recommended. Friendly staff and cozy environment in the market hall, definitely a place to visit if you find yourself in the market hall!

Tried two of these wonderful 'kroketten'. Great taste. Good bite. Crunchy outside. The Rotterdam cheese was really good. The shop offers vegan and halal options but also the traditional 'kroketten' with meat. I was happy to see that you can place your order with actual people and don't have to use a tablet or anything. Maybe I am old-fashioned like that, but I just prefer talking to people who genuinly wish me a nice day when I have ordered over an emotionless, inanimate tablet. Friendly staff is always a plus. We just ate croquettes at the Markthal location. The bitterballen were very good with accompanying mustard. A quick snack

2 young ladies working were not hygienic at all, which we later saw after our order. One hand with a glove, the other without, with long dirty nails that she uses in her ear and on her hair and also grabs the sandwiches and snacks. While giving us our sandwiches, she sat with her fingers between our sandwiches.

Dear owner, I just wanted to point out a missed opportunity. As a Muslim, I also just want to be able to eat a Vega croquette with you without having to take it home. Hopefully you will change your mind and keep 1 fryer aside for the vegetarians and believers.

A great place for people who want to try Dutch croquettes. It's located right next to the entrance, so it's easy to find and you don't have to squeeze between people like at positions deeper in the building. Very fast service, everything fresh. There are tables where you can sit. The price is ok, although you can probably find cheaper places, but here the location matters.

Absolutely delicious! I had the vegan truffle mushroom kroket, it was super fresh and the perfect amount of truffle. Also it had such a creamy texture inside and lovely crunch outside. I can’t wait to try more!

Tasty croquette but little meat, more like a ragout croquette

We came by to eat a nice croquette... But unfortunately we saw that everything was fried in the same oil. This means that the croquettes are not vegetarian or halal. Very unfortunate😔

Tasty croket ,very warm environment during festive season. There is veal or beef or chicken or shrimp croket to choose from also vegan options available. Very friendly member of staff working there when I went and with a smile on the face. Next to the popular cube houses and the old port. I do recommend this place for a quick and boiling hot snack for these cold winter days. Also you have public toilets that you pay for a euro or so.

Excellent Croquettes. It's not special, but certainly not something you should hesitate about for long. Just get one, it will do you good.

Really great kroket, there are several tastes. Personally my favourite ones were the traditional one with meat and mushroom/truffle. Service not friendly and kind but the food is worth it.

The kroket's exterior is perfectly crunchy, giving way to a creamy, flavorful filling. It was really delicious.

Pequeño stand que se encuentra dentro del mercado de Rotterdam,lado plaza. Ofrece distintas variedades de bitterbollen, también vegetarianas. Personal simpatico y muy disponibile. Tiene un par de mesitas para comer sentados. Otro aspecto a favor es seguramente la limpieza 😊

Never had Kroket before, but I was recommended by a friend to get one, and I was really surprised by how good it was! Definitely recommend others give it a shot too.

Staff is so sweet and friendly. But I personally didn’t really like the vegan beef bitterballen or kroket that I got. They didn’t taste anything like beef or any vegan beef substitute. Consistency was also unpleasant, like mashed potatoes, no bite or chew. I’ve never had regular bitterballen or kroket so I’m not sure if that’s normal. I know there’s soy in the two, but I believe that the bitterballen is mostly made out of potatoes (that’s all it tasted of), and I’m not sure what the kroket is made out of. I wish I tried a different flavor like cheese or mushroom/truffle.

Der Stand von Het Kroket Loket war direkt am Eingang der Halle zu finden. Wir entschieden uns für die ganz klassischen Bitterballen. Sie waren unfassbar lecker. Außen richtig schön knusprig, innen sehr weich. Sie sollen auch innen sehr weich sein. Normalerweise mag ich Senf gar nicht. Jedoch passte er zum Dippen sehr gut und schmeckte sehr lecker. Es ist keine riesige Mahlzeit, aber für Zwischendurch sehr gut.

Wir wissen zwar nicht, wie die Kroketten original schmecken sollten, aber die hier waren sehr lecker. Bedienung sehr nett.

This place is the best if you are looking for the real dutch kroketten. It was very delicious and the people who helped were very nice. It was truly a 10/10 experience.
