The two of us dined here. The unique decor and location made it a wonderful experience. The "Vegetarian" menu completes the picture. However, there are a few drawbacks. We had a table very close to the restrooms, and we weren't sure why the restroom didn't have a partition. This meant you could see right into the restroom, which was completely undesirable while eating. We heard other people complain about this. Furthermore, the rice with the main course was very sticky, and the fried potatoes weren't crispy but soggy. Otherwise, the food wasn't bad, but not particularly special either. It's a nice concept, but it could have been a bit better.

It looks incredibly beautiful, and the food is truly amazing. The service is really friendly.

This is the most beautiful restaurant I've ever been to in the world! It looks stunning, like one giant work of art. All the wood, the walkways, all the colors, the water, the cozy corners... It's truly paradise. The staff is also wonderful; super friendly, sociable, and helpful. And of course, the food and drinks are top-notch. All vegan and delicious. Het Paradijs is within walking distance of Enschede station, which is ideal. I don't often say something is an experience, but eating at Het Paradijs is truly an experience :-) I highly recommend everyone to go there.

The idea of ​​a vegan restaurant in a kind of greenhouse is nice. Especially for Enschede! But for children the food is complicated and the space boring. The turtles were cute but could only be looked at. And there was a hair in Boedda's bowl. My daughter had a stomach ache after eating. Our moment in 't Paradijs was less fun than expected.

In 1996 I celebrated my graduation party there and it was a bit different then than now, but still very recognizable. Now it is a restaurant with an exclusively vegan menu. Delicious food, friendly staff.

The setting of this restaurant is really very special! The name paradise is aptly chosen. Lots of green inside and a very pleasant atmosphere. The service is exceptionally friendly and attentive. The food was also tasty. Can highly recommend a visit!

A nicely decorated restaurant. The food tasted good. I ordered a lemonade with berries, which tasted ordinary but very beautiful. The pomegranate seeds would be suspended in the water and float up and down as the cup was shaken.

Very nice and cordial service, delicious food and brilliant atmosphere, we made late Valentine's Day with our partner and it was worth it! We left full, full of admiration and satisfaction. We will definitely come back more than once! The prices are also very affordable.

Het Paradies in Enschede – A real culinary highlight We were at Het Paradies in Enschede today and absolutely loved our visit. This restaurant combines taste, quality and creativity in a way that left a lasting impression on us. Regarding the drinks: Even though I originally ordered something else, I was brought a chai latte - and I'm so happy about it! The chai was incredibly aromatic, with a fresh and perfectly balanced blend of spices that I have never experienced before. My companion, Anni, had fresh lemon tea and was also very surprised. The tea didn't taste artificial at all, but wonderfully refreshing and natural - a real highlight! About the food: We tried the Banh Mi from the lunch menu, a Vietnamese baguette served here with Seitan as a meat alternative. Even though I know the traditional Banh Mi, I was excited about this interpretation. The taste was excellent and the combination of ingredients was perfect - an absolute must for anyone who wants to try something new. My companion had a cheese sandwich from the lunch menu. The bread was not only a hit in terms of taste, but was served with a small salad with purple potatoes, which also looked good. The cheese bread also tasted very, very tasty – further proof of the care and attention to detail in the kitchen. Conclusion: At first I thought het Paradies would only impress with its beautiful appearance, but it was perfect all around, from the food to the friendly staff. There's even a small second-hand department. Simply beautiful 🥹

Always came here as a child when it was still a bird paradise. Great memories. Nice that it is now a restaurant. It's a shame that it is directly Vegan and not Vega. Probably won't eat there, but great! That garden has been like that for years. Credits to the people who made it that way with so much love and that it has remained that way (with some minor adjustments it seems) I wonder if that open shower is still there in the middle of the room XD

It remains a unique place where you should eat at least once. But we keep coming back for the food. Delicious nachos, a spicy Korean dish and the köfte all tasted delicious, so we like the new menu.

What an inspiring place Paradise is! Intimate atmosphere because each table is in its own corner. The plants inside are really beautiful and the use of materials gives this location a very nice character. And then the food... what a taste, the lasagna was really very tasty! We had a three-course menu and you could taste that everything was prepared with love. Very good price-quality ratio. Recommended!

The desert (mango tart) was absolutely delicious, the ambient was great, but unfortunately this cannot make up for very long waiting times despite not that many guests when we were there. 40min waiting time for a tiny “salad” that came without any dressing or cutlery. Unfortunately the main curse (burger) was not that good either. Part of our order was mixed up and some things were forgotten. Shame cause the place itself has a really good atmosphere.

Absolutely wonderful place! It felt we were seated in the lap of nature, enjoying well-made vegetarian dishes. The lasagna was delightful, and the drinks were very refreshing. The staff were very polite and friendly, adding to the experience! Maybe due to the dinner rush, it took quite a while for the food to be ready. But the wait was worth it for the delicious meals! 10/10 recommend.

Although I am not vegetarian myself, you can eat really well here! The choice is limited but the quality certainly is not. One of the few places where the food is good and you walk away with a full belly afterwards. You can also feast your eyes on it, no matter which direction you look there is something to see. Definitely recommended, also for people who do not necessarily eat vegan/vegetarian

Amazing and unique place with delicious food 😋

Today is the first warm day of this year and we wanted to celebrate with a lunch. I have never been here before, but I will definitely come back, it is certainly a heavenly environment and you will not be short of eyes and ideas in the many hidden corners and cozy, relaxing atmosphere, there is so much art to see. We were received very warmly and were able to choose a nice spot. The food was also delicious and beautifully presented because, in addition to the stomach, the eye also wants something, right? It was a wonderful stay for us and we can highly recommend it to everyone.

It was a very nice place to eat. We sat among the plants and statues. The staff are friendly and there is a quiet atmosphere. The food was very tasty, I had the carrot soup as a starter and samosa as a main course. I will definitely eat at Paradise again.

If I could, I‘d give 6/5 stars for the restaurant itself. The ambiente was amazing and the food was too. The amount of love that has to have been put into designing all of this is incredible. Now to the -1 point for service: We went on a very slow day at around noon, meaning there was basically no one but us, but the servers still took a very long time to come by and check in with us.

Delicious vegetable dishes. The menu changes approximately every 3 months. It's wonderful that for once you don't have to ask for your oat milk, but simply sit is the standard! In addition, a super inspiring place to sit. There is something to see in every corner! I'll definitely return! Gluten-free options were also available at dinner. We ate a delicious lunch, bahn mi!

Incredibly delicious vegan food. The menu is very small, but it changes every few weeks. Only seasonal products are used. The ambience is really special between all the plants, you feel like you're on vacation. The plants also absorb a lot of noise, so we didn't have any problems with the volume even when there were many other guests. Really great and special restaurant!

Met 2 voor gerecht keuzes, 3 hoofdgerecht keuzes en 2 na gerecht keuzes, was het eten nog goed gevarieerd en betaalbaar. Voor iedereen zit er wat bij. Erg gastvriendelijk. Ik kom er graag weer!
