Het Trefcafé in Rosmalen-Zuid

What rude, unfriendly, and disrespectful staff! They should be ashamed of how they treat guests! I advise everyone not to go there; we certainly won't be back!

It was quiet at the Splash Café. We ordered fries for five people and received overcooked, overcooked fries that were inedible. I asked if they were overcooked, and they said no. I went back anyway, and got one new container of fries, but they wouldn't even touch the children. I returned all five containers. And I didn't get my money back.

A course in customer service wouldn't hurt the owners. Today, during swimming lessons, I witnessed the owner snapping at a group of children who were laughing. He approached them and asked, "What's there to laugh at?" and that if they wanted to sit there, they had to buy a drink because he had to make money. What a sad situation, and what a frustrated owner, with children around 10 or 11 years old waiting for their siblings during swimming lessons. Why so grumpy towards the children? If you want to sit there during swimming lessons, a drink is mandatory, and the owners are very sly about that towards parents. On the one hand, that's understandable, but on the other hand, a bit more friendliness and kindness (especially towards children!) would be nice! During "corona" swimming, I've also heard stories of these owners being truly unfriendly to customers. Kindness doesn't cost a thing!

Nice café where you can enjoy a drink or a bite to eat.
