Het Trefcafé in Rosmalen-Zuid

It was quiet in the splash café. Ordered fries for 5 people and got leftover fries that were twice fried. When asked if it is double fried they say no. Then I went back and got 1 new bowl of fries, but they wouldn't start with it for the children. Give all 5 containers back. And I didn't get the money back.

A customer service course would not be a bad thing for the operators. Today during swimming lessons I witnessed how the owner shouted at a group of children who were laughing. He came to them and asked, what is there to laugh about? And if they wanted to sit there, they were obliged to take a drink, because he had to earn money. What a sad intention and a frustrated owner, towards children aged around 10-11 years old, who were waiting for their brother/sister during swimming lessons. Why so grumpy towards the children? In any case, if you want to sit there during swimming lessons, consumption is mandatory and the owners are very strict about this towards the parents. On the one hand, understandable, but on the other hand, something more friendly and kind (especially towards children!) is welcome! During "corona" swimming, I also heard stories from these operators, where they really acted in a very customer-unfriendly manner. Kindness doesn't cost money!

Nice café where you can have a drink or eat.

Café in/near the Kwekkelstijn swimming pool. Much nicer than a standard canteen.
