The owner got into an argument with us about the fact that we had brought food without her permission, so I told her colleague that we were going to throw it, but she wanted to throw her hand at me and raise her voice, so it turned into a fight. Then her boyfriend joined in and made a lot of racist remarks and wanted to hit my aunt and me (a minor), so that was quite an experience!

I ordered via Uber eats. The worst experience ever. It's not my first time but definitely will be my last. The second I opened the bag I knew something was wrong, the smell was not normal and everyone could tell that. Most of the pieces were very dark coloured (it was obvious that they were reheated by putting them one more time in the oil after they went cold). The smell of the chicken once we cut them open were very bad, I am sure that these pieces are too old to be served. We couldn't eat them and I had to throw most of them away (except for the tenders) because I would never risk my family's safety and eat this.

I ordered and it said it would take an hour and a half. I called to confirm this and he said no, 30/40 mins. After 50 minutes it wasn't even on its way yet. The food arrived ice cold and therefore inedible. Really pathetic.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. We have been here often and every time it was the same, and every time we thought it would get better. Today I bought a meal with two pieces of chicken. The chicken was burnt, almost completely black, and pink inside (raw!). How is that possible? We have always given HFC a chance because we want to support halal restaurants, but this is unacceptable. Our meal took 30 minutes, which is shorter than in most reviews I have read, but in that time, people who came after us were already getting their food. I am not sure if we will give it another chance next time.

The prices are too high, it is not worth it.

We went with a group of about 13 people and left very satisfied with the fast delivery of the order, the friendly and attentive staff, the hygienic environment, and the delicious food🥰💃. Highly recommended for a homey atmosphere and delicious, fast fast food😋

I miss the old employee Rojin; she was very helpful and I could often join in a chat. Now they barely speak Dutch and look at me very strangely if I don't understand something. There were also 2 other girls who were great.

We ordered two menus that included drinks. You always get a 330ml can here, for which you also pay a deposit. That’s perfectly fine, I’ve always had it that way. When the boy brought our food, I noticed two cups instead of two cans. At first, we didn't think that was a big deal, but I don't think the cups were even 200ml. After reporting this, we only received €0.30 from our deposit. No compensation whatsoever. Very strange, and the staff didn't even listen to us. Next time, I'll just get my drinks at Albert Heijn.

The service at this restaurant was very disappointing. One of the staff members, a Turkish woman, was particularly unfriendly and unhelpful. She came across as distant and uninterested, which negatively impacted our experience. Good service is just as important as the food, and unfortunately, this visit did not meet expectations.

Very unprofessional staff. I asked if my burger could be modified and was told it wasn't possible anymore (fine, no big deal) because it was already being made. In the end, I waited 30 minutes for a burger that is normally ready within 3 or 4 minutes. It wasn't even that busy; I walked over after 30 minutes to ask how much longer I had to wait and was told it was only just being made. Very unprofessional.

What a ridiculous delivery I just had. I ordered a cheesecake and a red velvet cupcake (with slices). Shortly afterward, I received a call saying they were out of cheesecake, only cupcakes, and asking which cupcake I wanted. I chose an orenkoek (a type of cupcake). I received two ridiculous cups with cream and some crumbled cake/cookie, and that's it! I called to ask why I hadn't received any cupcakes, and he simply replied that that's all they had, that they received it, and that they needed to get rid of it. So, I literally received something I didn't order and spent so much money on. I asked him why I was misled by the wrong photos, and he also simply replied that it wasn't his fault that the pictures were wrong online. In short, I will never order from them again, and I advise everyone against ordering from them. Oh yeah, they didn't even offer a solution; I had to tell them I wanted to speak to a manager. I haven't spoken to them yet, so I'm curious to see if they'll call me back.

I can't say anything about the food because after waiting 40 minutes, I still hadn't received anything. People who came in after me had already eaten their food and left. After 20 minutes, I asked where my food was. They said it would be taken care of right away. Twenty minutes later, I went to the cash register to cancel it and get a refund. Refunds aren't possible because there are payment terminals. The employee said the manager would refund it within two days. We'll see. Honestly, I'm hoping for a response from HFC.

We went out to dinner at HFC with a group. We ordered our menus, but the orders were mixed up, and one of my friends didn't get his food. Then they brought a menu that didn't belong to anyone. They said we could eat it. I said it might have been mixed up with another table, but they said that wasn't possible and that we could just eat it. About ten minutes later, the same woman returned and told me I couldn't eat that menu and that I should give it to my friend. But I had already eaten it. I told her she had previously said we could eat it. The woman denied this and started yelling. While I was talking, I used hand gestures, but my finger wasn't pointed at her and I wasn't standing close to her. She got angry and told me not to yell at her and to lower my finger. I then politely asked her if she could bring me a new menu, but she said she wouldn't and that it was our problem. She then slammed the receipt down on the table and said, "You're not getting any more food, I'm not doing anything for you," and walked away. She was completely rude and very unprofessional. We ended up having to buy a new hamburger ourselves. This woman was the manager of the HFC.

I ordered online, and after waiting over an hour for my order, I received a message that my order had been cancelled!

My order arrived incomplete. I called them and told them it was incomplete, but they said they couldn't resend it because there wasn't a courier available. Even though the restaurant is only a 10-minute walk from my house, it took over an hour for the order to arrive, and the food was cold. I absolutely do not recommend this.

A family-friendly place offering dine-in or delivery options. There's a small play area for young children. The raw meatball stand inside is also excellent.

Ordered without pickles, got them with them. Got the wrong drink, and half an hour is a long time for fast food. The Smash burger is just a regular burger instead of smashed.

I have placed an order in Haarlem at3:38, now its 5:30 ! So 2h and your phone number does not work ! I request a refund… waste of time . If i know this i would not wait! Ill just sleep… I don’t recommend this .

On Instagram and Google, they advertise that they're open until 1:00 AM. I called ahead to check if they were open, and the phone said they were open and I could come in. I arrived five minutes after the call, at 11:45 PM. Once there, I was told the kitchen was closed.

Delicious food. Beef and Andalusian burger with fries. Fast service and freshly made. You sit comfortably inside at the warm, clean tables and benches.

Today I ordered a chicken dish and a children's meal. Both chicken pieces were severely burned, almost black, very dry and old. My child's meal was completely soaked with oil and was also dry. The fries were as hard as a rock. I rarely leave reviews, but you can't sell this. I ended up with stomach problems and one child couldn't eat it. What a mess!

Ordered food after 2 hours and still not delivered. Received an email saying it had been delivered, but it was sitting outside the door in the cold, supposedly because no one was home. Why would you order food if you weren't home? Not recommended.

KFC is nothing compared to this. It's a bit more expensive, but so far, it's always fresh and hot with real (halal) chicken. Well-seasoned, and the place is also clean. Spicy chicken wings are highly recommended.

It deserves all the stars it gets, but the only thing I don't like is the song choices. Those who don't speak Turkish might not understand, but the constant Sezen Aksu songs naturally dampen one's mood while eating. I hope you can make changes to this.

Kausar provided fantastic service on the phone today! There was a problem with Thuisbezorgd, and we were already incredibly hungry and grumpy, but Kausar called Thuisbezorgd several times for us and also called me back each time with an update until it was resolved. I've never written a Google review before, but I just wanted to say: thank you, Kausar!

I returned chili cheese nuggets twice because they were still frozen inside. It was only two of the six. They then put the rest back in the fryer. But what happens to the remaining two? You pay for them. Good service would be a new portion of six. The staff find this difficult and also offer an apology.

Ordered more than twice and the same result. The delivery service is very bad. More than 35 min late for delivery wich is very upsetting. Will never Order anymore.

Best restaurant to visit if you want something clean, halal, friendly , with a clean prayer room, kids area and toilets. Very amazing service from the staff, food is a little bit pricy but really worth it!!

Ordered via UberEats. After more than 1 hour I got a message that order can not be prepared. If it is too busy then turn off online orders. Unfortunately now without food..

I couldn't get the full menu, we had to get up and ask for it, they said they would bring potatoes, they forgot to bring them, it was a kids menu, they forgot to put toys in it, we asked again

I came with my boyfriend, at first I didn't want to buy anything, suddenly a woman comes to us and she buys 2 chicken burger menus and 2 oreo drizzles without COST!!!! If that wasn't enough, my drink had fallen and the floor was completely wet with my drink, the employee said it doesn't matter at all, I'll clean it up right away and she gave me a sprite because my drink had fallen, so if I were you I would come to HFC in Schalkwijk center right now.

It is the nicest halal fast food restaurant in the area. The food is tasty. The employees are friendly. Sometimes it takes a little longer when it's busy, but it's worth the wait. The interior is very chic. The toilets are very hygienic. There is a prayer room and children's play area. I really think it deserves 5 stars!

Last night around 10 o'clock I ordered a chicken burger. I even paid extra so it would be delivered faster. But they sent me a beef burger even though I don't eat meat. When I called they said they noticed the error but couldn't correct it in time. Yet they have not offered a solution and I have not received any money as a new citizen.

Welcoming restaurant. Kids friendly. Whenever we come here it’s quiet and you can enjoy your meal peacefully. Kids can have their time playing while you can have your time for a coffee maybe with friends. Clean and neat. The food is pretty much ok. They are also some tables outside so you can enjoy the nice weather. The employees are friendly.

Unfortunately we could not enjoy a milkshake as the machine was defective. Realm It really is a fast food place. We therefore thought it was “normal”. Too bad you still sell drinks that are on the bo$$ycott list. We thought of an alternative to the adjacent restaurants that contribute to the genocide. Be an example for all halal restaurants and replace Fanta and Coca Cola with Turkish and/or Arabic brands! It would be nice if you also added Ayran to your menu.

We are so grateful to Allah that during our stay in the area we came across HFC .. the food is so good, the staff are friendly, nice and kind 🙏 For muslim brothers and sisters 😁 It's not only Incredible place to go if you are hungry!!! But if you have to eat, and don't want to miss on your prayers, don't worry, they have a little Masjid, where you can do your Wudu and Pray

A fantastic experience at this chicken shop! We ate here late at night and were not disappointed. Everything was fresh, crunchy and incredibly tasty. I would especially like to mention Ömer, who served us excellently. His kindness and professionalism made our visit even more pleasant. The quality of the food was top notch and the taste was simply unbeatable. I highly recommend this chicken shop, especially for anyone looking for a delicious meal at night. Five stars from me!

Super expensive and not tasty. At least the one in Amsterdam North is tasty (chicken renders and rosti burger!), but here it is not fried until crispy.

Eten is halal. Best wel te doen, niet heel speciaal. Waar ik me wel aan heb ge-ergerd is dat je geen bereik hebt in deze zaak. Dus als je wat wilt eten en werken of op je telefoon wilt zitten, mijd dit restaurant dan. De intentie om hier wat aan te doen is er ook niet begreep ik. Verder aardige bediening en schone zaak.
