Lex is extremely skilled in the baking trade, you can clearly taste his love for baking and his passion for everything sweet and delicious in his creations. Very creative too, because as a vegan baker you must of course avoid all animal products and therefore always find a suitable alternative. I didn't know I could like vegan so much, and I definitely recommend Hot Buns!

The cakes from Hot Buns Bakery are delicious. I ate the pistachio, red velvet and the chocolate caramel. Lex puts his passion and love into the cakes. You can taste that, they have a perfect structure. Not too dry, not too wet. Everything is also balanced in terms of taste. I don't eat vegan myself, so I was curious what the vegan cakes would taste like. Well, they just taste like cake, but a very tasty one! Highly recommended!
