This is the one of the most famous fries shops in the whole of Delft. The fries are cut and fried freshly, and the sweet potato fries are the most delicious. While the main menu is in Dutch, you are able to scan a QR code to show the English menu. You have the option to add sauces for up to an extra 1.30 Euros, and the fries either come with the sauce on top or separate. Definitely a must visit here!

Friendly and helpful owners. Best of all, first place to have sweet potato fries. They had more than 10 choices of sauces. We chose the truffle mayo with freshly grated parmesan cheese. Too bad we didn't have the chance to try them all. They also had many other items on the menu. Highly recommended by the other customers were the bitterballen. Supposed to be quite tasty there. Glad we dropped in. As a tourist attempting to try every frites place.

A lot of fuss about nothing. A miniature portion of fries, in a container measuring 8 by 12 by 3.5 cm and not even filled to the brim, cost €6.50. This included a marginal amount of truffle mayo and a minimal amount of grated Parmesan cheese. If the fries had been sublime, I could have lived with that somewhat. Unfortunately. The fries were too thin, not pre-fried, but went straight from the fry masher into the oil. The result: subpar, oil-soaked fries. Absolutely awful. And I should know, having cut and fried thousands of kilos of fries. If you dare to charge that kind of price for a miniature portion of fries, you make sure they're astonishingly perfect. Wholesome, top-notch money-making. Tip: If you really want to go artisanal, invest in a French fry masher that cuts thicker fries, pre-fry them properly, remove any thinly sliced ​​skins/wedges, and give them a decent portion for the price you're asking. The food is awesome. Thr atmosphere is unique because there are little wooden plaques on the wall that people can draw on. My friends and i found a phone number and called it, the girl on the other end wasnt happy, but polite in asking us to remove the little plaque. We did and removed her number from the board.

My wife and I, she is a french fry fan par excellence, only ended up here by chance. I could have given up the question: “Would you like a portion of fries?” Of course she wanted to. So two fries/mayo please. And what can I say? The fries were very, very tasty. We didn't order any special sauces. The normal mayo was enough for us and tasted good too.
