Grote keuze ijscoupes, grote porties. Lekker vers bereid ijs, groot terras. Vlotte bediening. Parkeren in de straat.

In combinatie met een overnachting in Roermond en een bezoekje aan kennissen natuurlijk even hierheen geweest. Clevers is wel mijn favoriete restaurant hier in de omgeving. Altijd superlekkere ijscoupes om uit te kiezen en de smaak is 👍

We waren hier met vriendinnen 2 e pinksterdag, via QR bestelling geplaatst na 45 min geen bestelling, vriendin is gaan vragen lag t systeem eruit. Ze zijn Niet langs de tafels geweest om dit aan te geven, 10 min later weer geïnformeerd over bestelling werd aan gewerkt konden ze niets aan doen werd gezegd, maar wij hadden een volgende planning dus aangegeven dat we echt 15:15 wegmoeten. Daarna kwam een personeelslid aan tafel met voorstel 2 opties om het geld terug aan te nemen ( wat al betaald was middels QR code uur geleden) of nu ter plekke een nieuwe order te plaatsen. Heel brutaal dit wij zijn niet eerder geïnformeerd dat er een systeemfput is en dan beschuldigend naar ons toe. Uiteindelijk na een uur en kwartier wachten kwamen onze coupes. Was eerste en laatste keer personeel is niet aardig met name de dame die aan ons tafel kwam

Ice cream the way ice cream should be! Nice to have them nearby. It is busier in the summer months than in the winter. Logically! On a beautiful summer day the terrace is overflowing. The prices of the various coupes should not rise further. Even for this quality it is relatively high. Today (31.05.22) we went again and for the last time for a while. Ice cream is still good, service is very poor! They are disinterested and would rather you pay very quickly so they can get on with their business! It can't be a good evening! Replace these people (read: youth) Clevers and things will probably be fine again!

The ice cream is tasty and especially with tasty fruit. We deliberately went on a day with less weather because then it is nice and quiet and you can enjoy everything even more.

Staff walk past your radius and do not make any contact. You're not important, because people will come anyway, it seems. If on a busy day there is only a bottle of soft drink on a tray, you are running out of steam. That does not happen in Arcen and Grubbenvorst. After 40 minutes we left and went for Farmer's Ice Cream, 2 km further.

I have visited several times. Located on the Maas route. The service was very friendly and quick despite there being a lot of customers. The strawberry sundae was well filled and very tasty. The cappuciono enjoyed afterwards as well. I would love to come back.

Actually everything was great. Only the outside terrace could be designed a little nicer. Plenty of bicycle parking space!

Clever's ice cream is a household name, I don't have to add anything to that. I was there on Sunday and it was very busy, people were queuing, but everything went in a good atmosphere; the staff kept coming to pick up people when a spot became available. The terrace is small but cozy, we enjoyed our visit.

Had a very tasty meal at Clevers in Kessel. The egg is really delicious and the coupes are well filled with nuts and cookies. The whipped cream was also great. It's just a shame that the terrace is so small, we had to queue for quite a long time for a spot. While there is enough space to add a number of chairs and tables. You also sit quite low, so that if you have a big coup you are almost obliged to hold it, which makes the claim melt faster.

Having to wait a long time for after-hours and always standing around chatting and not looking around to see who was waiting was very annoying!

Coupes laatste tijd minder gevuld. Men mag meer aandacht voor de opmaak hebben. Wij zijn beter gewend van Clevers. Smaak prima, maar coupes niet zoals bij andere Clevers ijszaken.

This branch is certainly not inferior to the branch in Arcen, which we have been visiting for years. We also received super friendly service here and the ice cream sundaes we had were at least as tasty as we are used to from Clevers. There is also a very spacious outdoor terrace with many tables. It was also busy, especially by cyclists. It was a pleasant hustle and bustle. Not disturbing, just pleasant. We will come here more often!!

I didn't think anything special. Just a caramel ice cream, what good could happen. But as I ate it I was resurrected and floated upwards. I could already see the stairs to heaven and could hear the voices of God. That wasn't it, when I left the store I got a message that I had won 2.6 million euros in the lottery. I don't even play the lottery. The ice cream was so good that I only dreamed about it for the next 3 nights. 5 stars, even 6 if possible.

Delicious ice cream, wide choice. Always a few special flavors. Orange ice cream on King's Day. And yesterday they had green Dylan Haegens ice cream. We were only half an hour before closing time yesterday, but even then the display case was completely full. And from the ice cream parlor you can walk straight to the Maas where it is wonderful to enjoy your ice cream. We regularly go there from camping de Leistert. Parking is also easy and free. There is always room in front of the door and behind the tennis courts.

Vandaag, 25 juni, bijclevers Kessel een frozen yogurt met aardbeien besteld. Echter het geserveerde zag er heel anders uit dan de afbeelding op de ijskaart. Geen saus, slagroom of wafeltjes. Het geserveerde was frozen yoghurt met aardbeien. Mijn vrouw had hetzelfde met de vruchten.

Very friendly staff It wasn't busy when we visited as the weather was a bit grey and rainy but the atmosphere and coffee were very nice. We decided to also opt for an ice coupe which was delivered promptly and was very tasty. Parking a car near the ice cream parlour can be challenging on busy days.

Tasty homemade ice cream. Wheelchair friendly, disabled toilet available. A disturbing factor is guests smoking next to your table, especially if there are three of them.😟

It should be an "experience". Unfortunately, we experienced differently. Provided that it was a beautiful day and there were fewer available staff due to the changing of the guard and breaks. We waited more than an hour for a cup of coffee and ice cream (combi deal). The coffee and tea were not hot. The ice glass was half full due to the large pieces of cake in the glass. The strawberries were slightly frozen. Good news that the cookie was crispy and the banana was fresh. There were a lot of flies on the terrace. The terrace is not inviting to sit comfortably (old furniture). Smoking is allowed on the terrace, which is very annoying if you think you are eating a nice ice cream. We also waited more than fifteen minutes to pay... they first asked again "have you paid yet?" A tip: a trash can in the ladies' room. There were napkins and half a cookie on the sink.

Clevers Kessel is the best Clevers location in terms of service! Prices have risen enormously. The combination deal (which is highly recommended!) is also far beyond its limits. A number of coupes have also disappeared from the map. For 4 people ice cream and 1 drink you can easily spend over €50. Too bad... we don't go that often anymore.

Very tasty ice cream and very friendly service! It's kind of strange that as a German you don't speak Dutch, but every Dutch person speaks German. We definitely thought it was great, we were advised in our language and received excellent service. Many businesses in Germany should follow this service as an example. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Clevers!

Comparably, the atmosphere is less appealing, that is, having been to Clevers' other locations. That said, the service is wonderful and the ice-cream as expected: something to look forward to.

Hebben hier een heerlijk ijs gegeten!Vonden dat er minder tafels en stoelen stonden maar dat was vanwege tekort aan personeel. Een aanrader om een lekker ijs te eten. Personeel erg vriendelijk, dat mag ook gezegd worden!

Heerlijk ijs gegeten, vriendelijke bediening aan tafel (binnen). normale prijzen in gezellige ambiance, ook nog gezellig buiten terras aan de achterzijde, let op, het toilet is boven (trap op)

Wir haben schon so einige der Filialen besucht. Enorm ist das vielfältige Angebot...man weiß gar nicht wo man anfangen soll.
