Great ice cream and a beautiful shop! The selection is huge and the price is right for the quality.

The staff here is often very slow, and the ice cream tastes chemically. It's very noisy, so sitting inside is practically impossible.

The tastiest ice cream sundaes and frozen yogurts

We waited over 25 minutes. We deliberately had to ask someone because we couldn't pay for the gift card using the QR code. We were promised twice that someone would come to take our order, but unfortunately, they never showed up. Everyone who arrived after us was served. We went home without any ice cream.

Wonderful ice cream sundaes amd delicious espresso. We enjoyed it immensely. I love the surroundings too. Toilets are clean Plenty of seating too

Delicious ice cream. Maybe I'll go back this week. The taste is good, but the employee isn't friendly. The only thing is, the person in charge is apparently as stiff and surly as a doormat. Yesterday we already made it clear that the dog wasn't allowed inside...he wasn't supposed to sit inside, but that little lane in front of the ice cream wasn't allowed either. And today there was a boy around 16 who I had to tell three times what I wanted...and ask again if I wanted a cone. Yes, I ordered two wafers, and then the ice cream almost fell out of the cone. Too bad. The manager or something was there and shook my ice cream once, and it went back in. Very strange. Also, the ice cream melts very quickly, and you have to eat it very quickly otherwise everything will spill down the line and your hands will be covered in it. So, do something with this review and smile for once!

The ice cream isn't getting any better and the service isn't really pleasant

Super delicious ice cream with a wide variety of flavors and sundaes, and friendly staff. You do need to be patient, as it's almost always busy, but it's definitely worth it. You can also just get a cone if you don't want a sundae.

Fantastic help from Fleur, who works at Clevers Plasmolen. She's a really fun and engaging woman who doesn't laugh because she has to, but because she's the type. Absolutely fantastic! And the ice cream too, by the way 😉

The ice cream was delicious, as always. I personally don't like the decor and atmosphere. Crowded and noisy, a bit like a fast-food chain, but focused on ice cream.

Parking is easy and free here. There are also two or three cafes/bars in the parking lot where you can have breakfast, dinner, or coffee.

Normally, I'm very positive about Clevers, but this time it was disappointing. My friend and I drove half an hour to get some delicious ice cream there. We arrived at 9:45 PM and tried to order online right away. The order wouldn't go through, so I walked inside. It took a while to get help, and by then it was already after 10:00 PM. I explained to a staff member that we'd tried ordering earlier, but the system wasn't working. The staff member said it was probably still possible, but a colleague interrupted him and clearly stated we were late. As an alternative, we could have bought an ice cream by hand or had a sundae made in a small takeaway cup... but that wasn't what we wanted. Disappointed, we drove away. Such a shame.

The view of the large parking lot isn't great, but the ice cream and cappuccino caramel are delicious. Absolutely trendy spot; we had to wait 10 minutes for a table.

What a delicious ice cream you can have there! Even though I opted for a "simple" soft serve (with strawberry sauce) and the rest of the group (11 people) opted for an exotic ice cream, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Anannas Royal en Say Cheese werr lekker. The presentation and flavor combination of the ice creams is amazing. Definitely worth trying if you’re nearby. The location indoors and outdoors is great.

Ouch, that wasn't easy. My daughter had been looking forward to getting ice cream here all day. Strawberry ice cream is my favorite. This "ice cream" is nothing like strawberry ice cream. Not recommended at all, unfortunately.

We accidentally ordered the wrong ice cream, which we immediately reported to staff. According to the manager, it couldn't be corrected and we had to pay the full amount, because she said the ice cream would have to be thrown away. It's very strange that this decision was made. A very unprofessional manager with little regard for the customer.

Delicious ice cream, a wide selection of flavors, easy to drive to, free parking, and a lovely terrace. Inside, it looks spotless; even the Bluetooth speaker for music was cleaned. That's what we call attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Nice selection, but the whipped cream clearly contained fats other than real cream. And if you have an ice cream parlor these days without vegetarian options, except sorbet, you're lagging behind. The service was very friendly.

When you ask for a cookie cup, you get a paper cup. Uh, I'm not asking for a cookie cup. You ask for three scoops of mixed berry yogurt, a special passion fruit, and lemon. But the whole scoop of mixed berry yogurt was nowhere to be found. Very poor.

A very cozy place, a lovely terrace, and above all, (too) many options. A good reason to come back and try something different 😋 We only had to pay immediately, which means that once you're finished, you're not likely to order anything else and leave. They didn't even come by to ask for another drink. But of course, it's not a restaurant, and people usually only come for ice cream. We weren't typical in that sense, but it was perfectly fine! 🤗

Delicious ice creams, something for everyone!

Around coffee time in the middle of the day, there's quite a wait for your order. Even with the scanner on the table, it took 45 minutes. They apologized for this. The ice cream is a treat. Beautifully presented in a coupe and, as always, delicious. Not cheap, but delicious.

Very bad ice cream card I ordered for my child and me an exrotia cup with my child of 5 So the cups arrived I was busy with a business phone call so my child of 5 had already started after 10 minutes I started eating it after the first whipped cream I saw a straw I thought what is that for with an ice cream cup so I take a sip there was 15% alcohol in it me. Child had already drunk cup empty so it was a bit of a shock within a few minutes my 5 year old started to behave strangely I was shocked by this so I looked at the ice cream menu it was nowhere on the menu that it contained alcohol I took an extra menu with me it did say likotette but I thought that was a kind of ice cream liqueur we are not alcohol drinkers because I am not allowed to have alcohol due to illness so I was not aware of this immediately said something about it did get my money back but I did leave with the drunk child straight after the doctor with her I hope she does not have any problems with this otherwise this will have a tail Why is there no mention on the menu that there is alcohol in it even if it is only % this??? And then still see that is nice said sorry I will never go there again really shameful

Went to Clevers last night to eat a ‘nice ice cream’. Too bad, but the ice cream was very tasteless again and there were a lot of pieces of ice in it. There was really no cherry in the yoghurt cherry ice cream. My husband made a comment about that, but there was no response from the employee. The first years of Clevers the ice cream was super tasty, but in recent years the quality has gone downhill. From now on I will go to Foxhill, they can make ice cream the way it should be! Really recommended!

Yesterday after our holiday we went to Clevers Plasmolen, hoping that the ice cream would be better than the past years, what a disappointment again, it is just a cold mass nothing more!, not creamy and tasteless. I would say go to Foxhill in Groesbeek, ice cream as ice cream should be and used to be at Clevers.

Been so sick (allergic reaction) from eating ice cream that had no warning that it was sweetened with aspartame or similar substances. So a fun outing turned into an evening and night in hospital to treat the allergic reaction.

Cleevers Plasmolen has been really sad the last few years. They have far too little staff and can't handle it because of that! Better drive one door further to Cleevers in Overloon. That one is absolutely great!

Nice place to have a drink on the terrace in the evening. Staff consists of many young and inexperienced people, customer focus and service sometimes leaves something to be desired. Ice cream etc. of course of very good quality. Price is firm.

Ice cream was tasty, service was severely below par. Staff were often waiting at the counter, ordering took over 20 minutes (and it wasn't even busy). Then one of the 4 ice creams had been forgotten to write down, so the person had to wait another 5 minutes. No, clevers ice cream is tasty, but the service didn't seem to coordinate with each other. Next time I won't go to Plasmolen again

2 x drove to clevers in de Plasmolen from Nijmegen for a delicious ice cream sundae. 2 x disappointed! 1st time it was extremely busy, so we waited for 45 minutes. inside half of the table was RESERVED. this turned out to be wrong! the reason was too few staff! we left after 45 minutes. you won't believe it but 3 weeks later back to clevers in de Plasmolen. for the 2nd time the same incident, we said that this was the 2nd time we drove from Nijmegen. and why now again half of the tables were (reserved). the answer was unfortunately better next time. I'm going to think about it carefully but I think there won't be a 3rd time because the ice creams are slowly becoming EXPENSIVE. it is the art of entrepreneurship that you don't succumb to your own success !!

Pretty tasty ice cream, great that it is open, so if the weather is reasonable, you can still eat an ice cream after the walk! The ice cream from the chip shop in Mook remains the tastiest for me. Unfortunately, after October 1 they only have soft ice cream and no longer their delicious ice cream.

Ice cream parlor Clevers in Plasmolen, an oasis of sweet temptation, where time seems to stand still as soon as the ice cream touches your lips. Excellent taste, no doubt about that, as if each bulb captures the summer in a cooling embrace. The flavors dance smoothly on the tongue, but it is the hustle and bustle that makes the atmosphere a bit stuffy. When the seats are filled and the line gets longer, the service seems to be swimming in its own haste. Control slips out of your hands, like melting ice cream on a hot day. It is then that you feel how the harmony, so characteristic of the place, becomes a little out of balance. But hey, the ice cream? That remains great.
