Exceptional, I can't say otherwise. Very wide selection and original menu. Ice cream quality is top-notch, all the fruit is fresh, and presentation and service are exemplary. Highly recommended, therefore. Sure, you pay a little more, but it is well worth it.

Sometimes there is a wait for the order. It also sometimes takes a long time via the table scanner. The ice cream is a real treat. Beautifully made in a sundae and, as always, delicious. Not cheap, but very tasty.

I ordered a combo (progress), but you get 2 balls with only crunch on top, that was it, no whipped cream, no meringues. Really a shame.

Everyone should know this. I went to Clevers with my children today because it was their birthday. I went to the ice cream counter and saw a slightly darker-skinned young man with curly hair, who looked young, around 14 years old, behind the counter. My children wanted 2 scoops of ice cream in a cup and I wanted 3. Well, that is not what I got. I don't think he knows how to scoop, but I asked for 3 scoops of ice cream but got 1 scoop with 3 flavors in it. NO, I didn't want 1, I wanted 3 SEPARATE scoops. And the same with my children. So when I went to pay, the young man said, "I am not allowed to use the cash register." Well, young man, then do something else and let someone else with MORE sense stand behind the counter. He made no eye contact and spoke with street slang. Well, I just paid with the card. But I won't be coming back here if that same young man is behind the counter. (I have nothing against the young man otherwise, but he didn't do his job well) and one more thing, I had to pay for those 3 rolls plus those for my children. Well, let me pay for 3 rolls instead of 7 then. I'll let it go this time.

A young man, 14 years old, dark-skinned. He dropped my ice cream cone on the floor and then picked it up; super gross, but okay. I asked for two flavors. Banana and mango, not difficult, right? I subsequently received banana and chocolate. I then confronted the young man about it and received no normal reaction. Super rude. I vote for that guy to be kicked out; this is scandalous.

This ice cream is amazing!!!! And you get value for your money. Definitely a reason to make a special detour for it.

Bad service takes a long time. You have to pay in advance. Then, after a long wait, you get the wrong order. And on top of that, a piece of plastic in the whipped cream. When you mention it, they don't even apologize. Just a simple "yeah, it's busy." Never again.

Phew, the ice cream from here is next level. Absolutely worth it!

Visit on a Sunday afternoon. Not exactly a sunny day. The long line at the counter seems to be caused by the self-ordering kiosk, which does not excel in ease of use. At the time of our visit, the kiosk was the only way to order our ice cream. Once ordered, prompt service provided us with an excellent-tasting ice cream.

Normally pretty good ice cream (certainly not the best in the region) But yesterday was not normal, there was a dark-skinned 14-year-old boy behind the counter, couldn't process payments so had to order via a kiosk, fine no problem, I ordered 3 scoops (6.30) well I don't know what that guy is/was doing. But normally those 3 scoops weren't even 1, and he knew it too because everyone was glaring at him, but he's just terrible at it. Get rid of this guy please. Can't scoop ice cream or process payments totally useless.

We just sat waiting for over an hour for a "delicious" ice cream sundae that we ordered from a waitress. We spoke to the staff a few times to ask where our order was. She assured us that there was a staff shortage, so it was taking a bit longer. Eventually, we went inside. It wasn't clear to me who could help me. Eventually, someone was willing to check the system. They couldn't find an order for our table number. We were able to order something else, though... 28 euros for 2 sundaes. It wasn't worth it to us anymore. To have to wait again. Our appetite for ice cream was gone.

Yesterday, I went to this ice cream parlor with my husband. We ordered ice cream and sat inside. When the ice cream was brought to the table, we were required to pay immediately. When we left, we noticed that other customers simply paid at the counter at the end of their visit. This difference in treatment was incomprehensible to us. Because we were the only ones who had to pay immediately, we strongly felt that we were being treated differently because of our foreign background. To us, this felt like discrimination and completely ruined our visit. Everyone should be treated equally, regardless of background. Because of this experience, we do not feel welcome and will not be returning here. I hope the owner takes this seriously and ensures that all customers are treated in the same way.

Delicious ice cream. Fresh, tasty fruit. Fast and friendly service. They even speak German. Great atmosphere – I'll definitely be back. Edit: On my second visit, they didn't take my order for 20 minutes, even though the shop was only half full and there were plenty of staff.

Visited here again last week after a long time. I don't know how long it's been since I last went, though 🙈 But it has been renovated beautifully. Now it really is a nice and lovely place to sit. It has become a neat ice cream parlor. Great deals. Delicious latte macchiato and an ice cream for a reasonable price. Had a nice chat with a friend there. It's no longer such a boring place, but truly a spot where you can sit quietly and enjoy yourself. Kudos. I have a feeling I'll be popping in here again sometime 😉 Amazingly tasty ice cream! It can be best described as mediocre, just a tourist trap because there are no other options close by. This is topped off by rude staff who treat you like they are doing you a favor by selling you ice cream.

Nice place to have a drink on the terrace in the evening. Staff consists of many young and inexperienced people, customer focus and service sometimes leaves something to be desired. Ice cream etc. of course of very good quality. Price is firm.

We waited over 25 minutes. We deliberately had to ask someone because we couldn't pay for the gift card using the QR code. We were promised twice that someone would come to take our order, but unfortunately, they never showed up. Everyone who arrived after us was served. We went home without any ice cream.

Delicious ice cream. Maybe I'll go back this week. The taste is good, but the employee isn't friendly. The only thing is, the person in charge is apparently as stiff and surly as a doormat. Yesterday we already made it clear that the dog wasn't allowed inside...he wasn't supposed to sit inside, but that little lane in front of the ice cream wasn't allowed either. And today there was a boy around 16 who I had to tell three times what I wanted...and ask again if I wanted a cone. Yes, I ordered two wafers, and then the ice cream almost fell out of the cone. Too bad. The manager or something was there and shook my ice cream once, and it went back in. Very strange. Also, the ice cream melts very quickly, and you have to eat it very quickly otherwise everything will spill down the line and your hands will be covered in it. So, do something with this review and smile for once!

Parking is easy and free here. There are also two or three cafes/bars in the parking lot where you can have breakfast, dinner, or coffee.

Normally, I'm very positive about Clevers, but this time it was disappointing. My friend and I drove half an hour to get some delicious ice cream there. We arrived at 9:45 PM and tried to order online right away. The order wouldn't go through, so I walked inside. It took a while to get help, and by then it was already after 10:00 PM. I explained to a staff member that we'd tried ordering earlier, but the system wasn't working. The staff member said it was probably still possible, but a colleague interrupted him and clearly stated we were late. As an alternative, we could have bought an ice cream by hand or had a sundae made in a small takeaway cup... but that wasn't what we wanted. Disappointed, we drove away. Such a shame.
