They are always friendly, and when I'm there it's certainly not busy.

I ordered a cup cheesecake and Pistachio and I liked it. Large portions compared to ones in Haarlem. The place is super nice and people are friendly inside. Recommend it.

Da Vinci....what can I say. Normally we come to Da Vinci Amstelveen but to my great joy I saw after a walk in the waterleidingduinen Pannenland that they also have a branch in Heemstede and we drove around for it and it was definitely worth it. Ice cream was delicious, so yes dear people this Da Vinci store is also worth a visit

Best ice cream parlor in Haarlem and surrounding areas.

A family business (though they grew into several shops), they make their ice cream, and oh it's good! We also ordered an ice cream birthday cake here. Check the backyard, when the weather allows sitting outside.

I stopped in here after taking my dog to the vet and I was kindly offered a complimentary coffee! What a nice surprise! I also had an amazing ice cream, very flavourful and high quality! They are very friendly and there is a nice atmosphere and vibe. Highly recommend! Thank you for the nice experience today!

Nice ice creams, tasty and as per their statement, made with natural ingredients. Choosing a taste is always a hassle in the ice cream shop and here if there is a line and gets very busy its very hard to do a choice. Staff also give you the looks, saying "just choose something and be off dammit!" I mean it's stressful when it's busy and that's something to think about. Also I would expect that they offer the a taste of the ice cream to help customers choose, some more trash cans and more smile on their faces. I know it's a stressful work, but it's a work. If you think you're not paid well, and that's why you cannot smile, that's something the bosses should intervene. I'm sure they read these.

the lady in the Haarlem branch on Da Vinciplein was busy calling (in another language). It was actually not possible to take them with you, the containers were put separately in a paper bag. Very small balls but tasty.

Da Vinci has many flavors of ice cream, including vegan. For example, the dark chocolate sorbet ice cream. You can sit in front of the store, at the back of the store or on the terrace behind the store.

GREAT ICE CREAM and FRIENDLY PEOPLE! Many great flavors, all of them fresh-tasting and not too sugary (this is very welcome). They also make lovely coffees and coffee drinks (affogato, etc.). AND: they are open until 10 pm every evening - how cool is that?!?! Located nearby a small park where you can stroll or sit while you eat, this is a great addition to the neighborhood. Highly recommended.
