I had ice cream with pistachio, grandma's apple pie and the most favorite (I don't remember the name but it had cookie pieces in it). I really liked the quality and taste of all 3. But I just have to say this for the place to better itself, the cone was not fresh and the scoops of ice cream were very small. Everything else is fine. I will definitely come again!

Really very good ice cream and decent full scoops. There is also plenty of choice for dairy-free ice cream. Also wide choice in terms of toppings. Pastries or macarons in a wide range. I often find it takes a long time before you receive your order if you order via the QR code on your table.

The prize cabinet is overflowing with all the flavors that Marcel and all of Marjo's ice cream creations have won with. You cannot become 3-time Ice Cream Parlor of the Year with "ordinary" flavors. There isn't one that isn't tasty, maybe even unusual. And the next generation is ready to move on.

Poor service, a group of 9, after our holiday, just returned from France, we are waiting neatly for a nice outing with grandpa, grandma, children and grandchildren. We are flexible by first adding 2 chairs: immediately a grumpy lady who bites us without hospitality: you are not allowed to sit here, because we have to pass by. We're in the way and we just have to wait for a bigger table. We then wait for a larger table, luckily we find it and immediately an employee comes sprinting over to tell us that we can only eat ice cream by hand or something like that. So far for the service and atmosphere, not rated the food, we didn't wait for that

After many years of success and partly due to loyal customer visits, this business has proven to be a true gold mine for the owners. Through hard work and quality. Unfortunately, it often turns out that success often goes to our heads. This is clearly evident here, given the not always very friendly reactions of the owner. Shame. I used to be a loyal customer here, but I don't live right next door now, in Thailand. But when visiting the Netherlands, definitely visit these 2 addresses for an ice cream. This salon and of course from the Linde in Amsterdam.

The ice cream tastes good, but it is customer unfriendly that you are not allowed to sit on the terrace with a cone. We were directed to a bench outside the terrace. I won't go here again.

We have been coming here for years! A friend lives nearby and we always go here for a delicious ice cream. Preferably a coupe of course 🥰 the Nutella and Snickers ice cream is delicious, but the apricot ice cream is also great! Also nice to take with you. Sometimes we take a tub with us for the freezer. We do live in Eindhoven, but that is possible if it is well packed!

Very simple, pay 27 euros for 2 sorbets, the flavors did not match what we wanted. Then we said something about this and were told we should just make do with this. Well, you drive almost 60 km back and forth for the best ice cream parlor in the Netherlands. It's not a one-euro soft serve. Good luck, but I thought it was really rude

Great quality and wide range of ice cream. However, something needs to be done about the acoustics inside.

Diverse smaken ijs geprobeerd, maar ik kreeg niet echt het whauw-gevoel. Oom de rest van gezin was niet laaiend enthousiast. De bolletjes waren vrij klein, zeker voor de prijs,die we er voor moesten betalen. Veel te duur! Geen reden om nog eens terug te komen.

I had been here for the first time in the fall. Very cozy furnishings with lots of greenery (hanging plants). Looked very cozy. Enjoyed the ice cream and they also have many other treats. Ice cream cake, chocolate and other special treats. Definitely worth going there once. I then saw that you could also have lunch there. So today I drove there from Geldrop especially for an outing. Wanted to have lunch in combination with some delicacies. Disappointment because lunch was no longer available. I was told this was only in winter months. I think it's still winter and it's a shame they don't extend it until the ice season gets really busy. I think the interior also seemed to have been adjusted? There were now large planters, so I thought seating was a bit tight. Hanging plants (which made it playful/cozy were no longer there.) In my experience, the atmosphere was more pleasant last time. Now it looked a bit more sterile.

Certain products were not available at the time, but we thoroughly enjoyed our own chosen creation, definitely recommended

Vind het vrij prijzig voor een klein bolletje ijs, wel lekker!

Ze hebben suikerarm ijs maar je bent verplicht om 2 bollen te nemen. Niet echt meedenken met mensen die diabeet zijn. De rest had een lekker ijsje maar niet heel bijzonder.

Speciaal voor omgereden op weg naar huis. Het is het waard! Jammie wat een heerlijk ijs!

IJssalon met behoorlijk veel keuze in smaken. Yoghurtijs is altijd mijn favoriet. Daar ben ik voor gegaan. Ik heb gekozen voor de combinatie van amarene- en perzik yoghurt ijs. De coupe oogt, gezien de prijs toch wat eenvoudig en karig. Weinig verschil met 3 bolletjes met slagroom. Dat kan zeker beter. De smaak van het yoghurtijs is verder prima, maar overstijgt wat mij betreft niet de concurrentie. Daarom de 3 sterren. Zelf zou ik nog wat meer keuzes voor yoghurtcoupes op de kaart willen zien. Florance is winnaar van de verkiezing ijssalon van het jaar 2023.

Toegegeven ik hem niet de prijs winnaars genomen en dat had ik wellicht wel moeten doen, dit ijs zou wellicht spectacularder zijn geweest dan mijn keuze. Een blik op de redelijk kleine kaart maakte dat ik voor de Mandorio koos een in het bijzonder benieuwd was naar de caramel saus. De amandel krokant is zeker geslaagd, de showroom lekker ouderwets maar de karamelsaus vrij afwezig de toffee sprong er ook niet uit. De koekjes zouden iets toe kunnen voegen maar deden dat eigenlijk ook niet. Lekker ijs maar op basis van deze coupe kom ik niet verder dan 4 sterren. Wellicht dat een ommetje voor de prijs winnaars me op andere gedachte brengt.

Mooie ijssalon, heerlijk ijs en prettig geprijsd maar wat echt niet kan is bordjes in de salon waarop staat dat je met een hand ijsje geen plaats mag nemen in de salon. Hoezo ben je met een hand ijsje een mindere klant??? Dit zou in Rotterdam waar ik vandaan kom echt niet kunnen. Stop hiermee dan hebben jullie nog meer tevreden klanten.

Als ijs liefhebber wou ik hier graag naar toe, na veel goede dingen te hebben gelezen. Ik ging voor de walnoot vijg en de witte chocola pistache! Echt heerlijk! vooral de walnoot vijg een hele unieke smaak die ik nog nergens anders eerder tegen ben gekomen. Mijn man nam meloen en die was ook goed, alleen zijn bolletje was wel heel iniminie dat was wat jammer. Verder goed,snel en vriendelijk geholpen.

Ijs zoals je van een ijssalon verwacht. Goed en lekker. Klantvriendelijke bediening. Zeker om nog een keer voor terug te gaan, als wij in de buurt zijn.

Zoals anderen een stamkroeg hebben, hebben wij een stamijssalon en dat is (was) florence. Dit jaar zijn er echter een paar veranderingen doorgevoerd en die zijn niet allemaal even positief. Het bestelsysteem bv: geen menukaarten meer op tafel waar je een lekkere coupe uit kunt kiezen, maar je moet via een qr-code op je telefoon een ijs uitkiezen op het schermpje (had de bejaarde mevr. een tafel verderop best moeite mee) en dan moet je na veel zoeken en klikken maar hopen dat het afrekenen werkt (niet). Het wisselen van ijssmaken in een coupe kost nu ineens 35 cent per bolletje. Dat was vorig jaar nooit een probleem, alleen bij grote drukte deden ze dat liever niet en dat is logisch. Vroeger (vorig jaar) kon je lekker met zijn drie of vier buiten zitten, nu zijn bijna alle tafels maar voor twee, en alleen helemaal achterin heb je een paar tafels voor vier. Ben je met meer dan twee dan moet je al snel binnen zitten, maar met mooi weer is dat nou net niet de bedoeling natuurlijk. Of florence onze stamijssalon blijft zijn we nog niet helemaal uit.

Wat een fijne ijssalon. Was steeds op het verkeerde tijdstip in de buurt maar gelukkig toch gelukt daar te mogen genieten van heerlijk ijs. Wat een lieve dames die mij hielpen. Heb zelf mijn ijscoupe kunnen samenstelling met nootjes en stukjes banaan. Ook witte chocola ijs, snicker ijs Echt top
