Assessing is a bit difficult, review based on the 2023 season Price; 1 star. Nowhere else do I know of an ice cream parlor where a scoop costs 2 euros each. Really very stiff for the price. The price is absurd when you see how small (some) employees make the sphere. Price/quantity is then completely out of balance; 1 star. Service; This is very employee-dependent, but a course on how to deal with customers can do no harm to some. Complaint handling also 1 star. The owner himself, Theo, does not know how to deal with customers Min12 used to be good at everything, but has now deteriorated to a questionable level. The only positive is the quality, which is quite good. Ahead 3 stars.

Best ice cream shop in the country of the ones I discovered. Maybe there are more, but I don't want to believe that. Min-12 has the tastiest farmer's yoghurt ice cream in the Netherlands. So delicious that I had two friends take it to Zwolle because they happened to be there, and now I'm eating it in my room. Smack smack, smuggle that shit to Zwolle! I can't get enough of it!

What a sad intention... a crappy scoop of ice cream measured with the smallest scoop is €2.00 and even worse... no prices to report yet... I already regretted the first lick from now on but back to iiskald.

Just a special point of attention; Nowhere in the shop is it visible how much a few scoops of ice cream (with whipped cream) costs. That is very special; Now you will only hear the amount when you pay. Now the most important thing; the taste and texture of the ice cream (vanilla and pistachio; the classics to test quality) is simply disappointing. There is no vanilla flavor to vanilla ice cream, despite the visible seeds (seeds that have been used in making extract can also be added to ice cream, which will leave tasteless seeds). The texture appears as if the ice cream is already quite 'old'. A waste of money. The ice cream maker had better receive proper training. Give it a try at 'Piet' in the Pietheinstraat in The Hague. Then you will taste the difference in any way it could be done.

MIN12 has delicious ice cream but I think it has become very expensive. 2 persons 1 scoop of ice cream with whipped cream 10 euros. That you don't do every week!!!

The unicorn ice cream is simply great.

After a previous positive experience with delivery, we found it substandard today. We won't do this again. We did not receive the flavors ordered. The whipped cream was of poor quality and very little. There were no cookies and wooden spoons (terrible to have to lick wood). Because we only received 1 flavor of the 3 ordered, the remaining ice cream was indefinable and terribly sweet. We don't like sweet flavors with fruits. The order took a very long time.

Fancy a nice ice cream, cycle along Min12 Sneek. Three scoops of raspberry sorbet, forest fruit yoghurt and croccangelo. 4.50 euros please. Delicious ice cream can cost a few euros. I was a little disappointed in the size of the balls. I had read that it should be about 70g per scoop. My disappointment was justified after a small test on the kitchen scale. This barely indicated the weight of two balls. This includes a bowl and spoon. Well, I may be a wimp, but I paid for three scoops and not for three flavors in two scoops. Enjoyed the ice cream.

High quality ice cream for a relatively high but fair price. The chocolate and Oreo pieces in the ice cream really added to it and you could taste the high quality ingredients well. Good ice cream and definitely advisable to anyone as there is also a large selection!

Amazing quality and service. You can try flavours for free, order in bulk, or get the "Smaak in het zonnetje" for free whipped cream. The "smaak in het zonnetje" rotates between various flavours from time to time. New flavours are also introduced frequently, but the classic flavours are always present. I can't decide what my favourite one is, as I mostly try out new ones and order 2 scoops every time. One Flavour I would like them to return is "trekdrop". Its a very specific type of sweet, and none of my friends understand why I think it tastes great as ice cream. They probably never had the sweet to begin with, assuming it to taste like any other dutch "drop". Anyways, whats also fun to look out for if you come to the Min 12 alot, is the mystery flavour, which is pointed towards with a sign just like the "smaak in het zonnetje". You can ask the staff for details, but essentially its a complex recipe which if you guess whats in it the closest, you win a year of free ice cream. I'd like to end off this review with a note about the pricing: It has been steadily increasing with a few cents per scoop per year. I don't think it's gonna increase alot anymore, just know that if you've been at a Min 12 a couple of years ago, be a little more prepared. The staff are helpfull and friendly, so if you can't decide what to get, they will gladly help you decide.
