Tasty ice cream, friendly staff. But unfortunately the taste of the balls in a cup cannot be changed. So, for example, spaghetti ice cream must have vanilla flavor as stated on the menu.

They have delicious ice cream, you can get ice cream separately in a bowl or cone or choose from one of the many cups. Too bad you can't choose which type of ice cream you can get for the spaghetti ice cream. What is on the menu is fixed and they do not want to change the taste.

Have there been many times in the past, But this time with the new owner, nothing was right anymore. First stood in line for more than 10 minutes just to hand over the order note, Then waited quite a while (that's possible when it's busy so that's not a criticism) But what I find worse is that of the 5 people, we first get ice cream for 2 adults, and then have to wait at least 5 minutes until the last 2 adults and the children's ice cream arrive. The first ones were almost melted. And the portions have become very simier, I felt like it was a children's ice cream that we got (spaghetti ice cream), the others were normal in size. The menu has not been improved, I personally liked the old menu with images better, but that is a personal taste, so no criticism. All in all, quite a few areas for improvement, I must say that I thought it was very thoughtful that they came with drinks for the dogs, with these temperatures of 25 + degrees that was very nice.

Since new ownership: prices increased and portions reduced. (Costs are higher, so an increase in prices is explainable, but by also halving the balls you double the price. Ice contains ice crystals. Unfortunately, running an ice cream parlor is not for everyone.

Wat een aanfluiting! Bij de vorige eigenaresse kwamen we hier zeer regelmatig. Heerlijk ijs, mooie porties, vriendelijk personeel. Qua prijs wat aan de hoge kant, maar kwaliteit betaal je. Nu ernstig achteruit gegaan, de eigenaresse weet niet wat er op haar ijskaart staat en heeft geen idee welke coupe ze moet maken, ze moet alles van de kaart oplezen en maakt dan nog fouten. Vandaag zin in een ijscoupe, binnen besteld en betaald en na 20 minuten nog geen ijs, binnen gaan vragen. Ze had geen idee dat er bestellingen op haar lagen te wachten. Hebben het geld maar terug gevraagd. Wij komen hier niet meer.

I have been coming here regularly for several years now (it was one of the better ice cream parlors in the area). I don't know what has changed (different owner?) but the quality and taste have clearly deteriorated. Have become a bit more expensive, but that is the case everywhere, just less ice than before. The last time I had chocolate ice cream was with frozen pieces of ice cream in it... And what bothers me personally is that sometimes no coupes are served due to a lack of staff. It's all a bit of a shame.

We ended up here because of the good reviews, but we were very disappointed. The milkshake tasted strange (chemical) and the spaghetti ice cream was mostly whipped cream. We won't be coming back here.

Ice cream parlor Trentino-Florence has incredibly delicious ice cream and a wide range of flavors. Including the staff the location and the artisanal ice cream make it the ultimate experience. I would definitely recommend having an ice cream or a coupe at this ice cream parlor.

Très bon glacier place en centre ville ! Les glaces sont fraîches et le prix est très abordable. Mention spéciale pour les macarons. Le lieu est très sympathique, je recommande !

Ze hebben een ruime keuze, dus voor ieder wat wils! Het ijs is smaakvol, romig en lekker en coupes worden mooi verzorgd opgediend. De bediening is vlot en vriendelijk. Prijs is ook prima voor deze kwaliteit. Het is goed bereikbaar en er zijn voldoende parkeerplaatsen. Ze hebben voornamelijk buiten zitplaatsen.

Zeker een reuze coupe voor weinig! Ja dat mag je op Terwinselen verwachten. Lekkere verse vruchten bij de coupes en ook de wafels zijn erg lekker. Ijs smaakt ambachtelijk lekker. Hoef je niet ver te rijden kan lekker dichtbij...

Je krijgt hier diverse ijssoorten, het ijs is prijziger dan in andere ijssalons. Het ijs is lekker maar gewoonlijk!
