I find it a shame that the selection of sugar-free ice cream is so limited. I've been there three times now, and there are only two flavors. The reason given is that there's no time to make it during peak season, and that basic flavors like chocolate are therefore unavailable. For such a large salon, I find this a real shame. My son, however, is always happy with the ice cream.

Delicious ice creams! You handle our son's lactose intolerance very well! You are one of the few places in the neighborhood where we can "safely" get an ice cream. So we also visit you regularly. Really recommended!

Recommended to go there for ice cream

I went there for an ice cream this weekend, but I felt anything but welcome. When I asked if they could take my gluten allergy into account, the response was curt and uninterested. No effort was made to think along or to serve safely – as if I was a nuisance because I asked a question. As if that wasn't enough, I didn't even get a spoon with my ice cream. It came across as a kind of 'own fault' treatment, simply because I have an allergy. For people with allergies, it is already difficult enough to be able to eat somewhere safely. The least you can expect is a bit of friendliness. Unfortunately, that was completely absent here. No understanding, no service, and certainly no customer friendliness. I will not be coming back here – and advise others with allergies to skip this place.

Delicious ice cream. My favorites are: Bon bon and Hazelnut. And former monthly toppers: Snickers and Marshmellows. Hopefully they will come back someday. I come there almost every week.

What a bad ice cream parlor. Staff who feel too good to be friendly, dirty ice, dirty business. Also not coordinated, which makes it a big chaos. And which ice cream parlor doesn't make a milkshake with scoops of ice cream? No, this salon makes it with syrup yuck! Will definitely skip this salon!

Nice clear ice cream display. You are politely addressed by the staff when you enter, and when your ice cream has been scooped they say: enjoy it." Delicious ice cream and looks neat and tidy.

Unfortunately the ice cream was not as tasty as I would expect. Lacked flavour. Furthermore, the operation was also not very convenient. The price is reasonable, but for the taste I would rather go elsewhere.

Heerlijk ijs alleen Alles in stapjes, bestelling doen en betalen, dan gaat de volgende aan 'twerk om ijsje te maken.. Mss een tip om iets sneller te werken.. Verder echt heerlijk hoor en de macarons zijn helemaal bom😍

Lekker ijs en een vriendelijke proactieve bediening.

Als redelijk verslaafd ijs-eter weet ik in de provincies Noord-Holland en Utrecht zo'n beetje wel de betere ijssalons te vinden en ben ik vaak ook bereid om er nog enige kilometers voor om te rijden. IJssalon Vivaldi ligt helaas zo'n 45 tot 50 minuten reistijd vanaf mijn huis waardoor ik er niet dagelijks of wekelijks kan komen, maar behoort wat mij betreft zeer zeker ergens in mijn Top 3 en wat prijs/kwaliteit betreft denk ik dat ik hem zondermeer op de 1e plek durf te zetten. Schoon, uiterst betaalbaar en verschrikkelijk lekker, TOP !!!
