Lovely, small place right a the the back of the church, but a bit hidden. Friendly and quick servive, nice coffee (with cute little syrup and whipped cream on the side, see pic) and really resh waffle with cherries and whipped cream. Delicious.

It's more like 6 stars. We were there for breakfast, just great. The service was very nice and warm. Sliced ​​warm rolls, exclusively prepared breakfast, very fine egg salad and the highlight: a liqueur with cream. Fine coffee, a warm croissant. Everything is just ultra fine.

Mega ambience and fantastic drinks/food

We were looking for breakfast on Good Friday, happened to be at Il Caffe and it was a stroke of luck. We received a very warm welcome and a seat was organized for the seven of us, including three children. We quickly found what we were looking for and enjoyed both a great breakfast and great coffee. The quality of the coffee is particularly noteworthy. Really recommended for connoisseurs. A little highlight, the coffee liqueur with cream, which is available with every hot drink. Super tasty! We are already looking forward to the next visit.

Very small but very, very nice and colorful café with a range of food (brodjes, toast, soups, cakes). Very very nice staff. Small, very cozy outdoor terrace with a view of the market square. Absolutely recommended.

This is the smallest / quaintest café in Winterswijk, but even in winter there is outdoor seating! The coffee is served with numerous liqueurs and DELICIOUS cakes. On Weds and Sat Market days its FULL, try another day and enjoy the 1940s ambience!

Stopped in for breakfast before our drive home and what can we say: it was so beautiful there, cozy, tasty, warm... it couldn't be more. Starting with the super nice service, lovingly prepared and very tasty breakfast, tea with fresh mint, great milk cafe and espresso macchiatto. The literal icing on the cake was a coffee liqueur with powdered cream on top as a little surprise. Thank you to you and we would love to come back!

Top friendly service, we always enjoy drinking latte macchiato here. Although the space is a bit cramped, a dog 🐕 is not a problem here. That would be a no go in Germany. Keep it up👍

Unfortunately we didn't eat anything there, but everything looked very, very tasty. The 5 stars are because our boys urgently needed to use the toilet and it wasn't a problem to use it. We wanted to pay for the use afterwards - but that wasn't what we wanted. The service staff was very nice. Thank you Next time we're in Winterswijk we'll have a coffee with you - we promise ☺️

Gezellige koffiezaak/lunchroom. Vriendelijke bediening. Goede koffie en apfelstrudel. Zelf gemaakte taart was ook zeer lekker. Gebak/taart mooi opgesteld in koelvitrine. Ook gezellig buiten terras aanwezig.
