Always a pleasure. The value for money is excellent, the owner has everything perfectly under control, and the atmosphere is very lively (so probably not for people seeking peace and quiet). We've been there several times and have never been disappointed.

Authentic Italian food, especially because the kitchen is staffed by Italians. This makes it a little different from our pizza/shawarma joints.

The menu is extensive, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. As a starter, I had the bruschetta – wonderfully fresh and flavorful. Then I had the tenderloin with gorgonzola sauce, perfectly prepared and super tender. To finish, I had the Grand Dessert, a delicious combination of different desserts. In short: a pleasant evening with fantastic food, great service, and a truly Italian atmosphere. Highly recommended! 🇮🇹🍷🍝

Delicious pizzas, fast service, and friendly staff. It was busy for a Wednesday evening, a good sign. The interior is rather bland, though.

I ordered a takeout pizza, which I found unappetizing; it was hard and almost cooled down when I got home. Perhaps using some warming foil would be a good idea. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere inside and out is excellent. Hopefully, the quality will improve. The pickup time (Saturday evening) might not be ideal. The restaurant was packed.

Went here for dinner last night. Unbelievable...salade carne...with arugula and walnuts...salad from a bag with lettuce scraps...6 arugula leaves...beef tenderloin completely overcooked and cold. My companion had tagliatelle vongole...all he tasted was garlic... The service was curt...not recommended!

I really had a delicious dinner

We've been coming here regularly for a while now. Until recently, in my opinion, they had the best pizza in the area. But something seems to have changed, and I unfortunately have to revise my rating. The service and atmosphere are still excellent, but the pizza is now "just a pizza." Sadly, nothing special anymore. The dough tastes bland. The toppings are sparse. The cheese is chewy. A shame.

Just (August 20th) I was confronted by a closed door. It was closed for vacation, even though Google didn't mention it. It seems like a point to be aware of.

We were very surprised that we had seen and reviewed Il Caminetto's menu on several websites on Google. We were shocked by the bill afterward! We paid much more than what was advertised on the menu! That's just not right, is it?

Both had delicious food and excellent service.

The food was delicious. We had to wait over an hour for our food. No one came to ask if we wanted anything else after we'd received our first drink, so I had to ask a server myself.

One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! We'd even drive 1.5 hours from Cologne to eat this pizza. The service leaves a little to be desired, as you're rarely asked about drinks or if everything is okay. The food, on the other hand, arrives very quickly! The restaurant can be very noisy at times, as it's almost always full.

This Italian restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere and a varied menu with wide choices for every guest. The dishes are tasty and well presented. It is striking that the menu is very extensive, possibly even too extensive. The dessert offering is also well represented, with various attractive options. Unfortunately, the speed of service left much to be desired. After placing our order we had to wait no less than 50 minutes before the dishes were served. In addition, the coffee we had ordered was initially forgotten, so we had to report it to the staff again. Although the staff was polite, the service was somewhat chaotic. In addition, the noise level in the restaurant was very high, making it difficult to have a conversation with people on the other side of the table.

Had dinner here with friends by invitation. Very large restaurant that could use a facelift, chairs were not comfortable. Huge map that you get lost in. Dishes were Italian in my opinion, but "Dutchized" for the average Dutch person. Too young staff who just can't put a twist on it.

This place has delicious pasta and friendly staff. We had made a reservation with a group of 11 people and were helped very friendly. They even wrote out the receipt by hand because we asked about it. Delicious food I really liked the pasta carbonara and the delicious vanilla ice cream that I combined with a coffee. Pizzas looked very tasty too Thanks for the service!

I ordered seafood pasta, to my surprise, I only saw surimis and a few fresh mussels. After complaining, the boss came with a supermarket package with supposedly seafood to show me that my story was incorrect. So nothing fresh. Disappointing. Never again.

We are spoiled eaters and were taken along by friends who live IN Echt. We would not choose this type of restaurant ourselves. Tasty & cozy food, but it is not really Italian. Service is friendly and attentive.

Great evening...but too much noise

This is a restaurant where we no longer go, menu cards are still open and we are asked 3 times in 2 minutes if we already know. The food arrived on the table within 5 minutes of ordering. I had a tortellini but this was more like soup, no flavor and very little. After everything had been removed from the table, we waited half an hour for someone to come to the table and ask if we would like to have something else. No one came so we asked for the bill. No, not recommended unfortunately. Finished eating half an hour after arrival and an hour outside is not a nice evening for us, a tasty and especially pleasant meal out.

The food is always delicious, and there is a wide choice of meat, fish, pizzas, pastas and salads (and more). Prices excellent, location excellent and service top notch. Highly recommended.

Delicious Italian food and delicious desserts. An extensive menu, so lots to choose from. There is a spacious terrace in front of the business. I sat on the terrace and ate a pizza contadina. This is a pizza without tomato sauce, with mushrooms, mozzarella, walnuts and raw ham. For dessert I had a coppa caramello. I had a nice meal! Make sure you reserve in advance.

Fast service and very friendly staff. The questions about our 2-year-old son and interest were also very good.

We received a very friendly welcome even though we had not made a reservation. Very extensive menu; ultimately opted for 1x mussels in spicy sauce, 1 mussels in wine sauce as a starter, 1x salmon with saffron sauce and 1x entrecote as a main course and 2 tiramisu for dessert.. Nice portions & all equally delicious! It was filling up well (also in terms of take-out) but the staff had it under control. We would love to come back again!

Ate there for the 1st time with a friend. She often went there to get pizza, so she knew this restaurant. For a Tuesday it was very full of people, so that says something. We had a delicious meal, also ordered spaghetti, which was made in Aollie (I believe). I'm not very familiar with Italian cuisine. Drank Lambrusco, which was very full of flavor. Delicious . And had a dessert called Teramisu, also delicious, homemade. Top restaurant...

It is a real Italian and the food is tasty. You can choose the pieces of meat with all kinds of different sauces, but you can also order a pasta or a pizza. So definitely plenty of choice. The drinks menu is also excellent. They have delicious lambrusco. The service and atmosphere is very nice. They think along with you and do their very best to make you happy. We always take a piece of meat with sauce, fries, pasta and salad as a side dish. The paste is simple in some oil. The salad is cut very coarsely, which lacks some finesse. Furthermore, the food tastes good and is balanced. So a great meal and with reasonable prices. The dessert menu leaves something to be desired for me. It's all very powerful and the balance is hard to find. Almost everything is based on whipped cream (in combination with even more whipped cream). I'm missing a fresh addition here. And I miss pistachio! That makes it even more Italian, like a croissant filled with pistachio cream, or a good pistachio ice cream. It's just a suggestion 😊 Don't get me wrong, because it really is a great experience for dinner!

Very full restaurant on a Sunday evening. And also a solid walk through. Lots of staff, but they don't always keep track (perhaps it was even busier than expected). But always friendly and correct! A bit noisy at times due to the crowds. Food absolutely fine. Cozze alla Marinara, good flavor and the mussels cooked just right. And no unnecessary frills. Zuppetta di pesce with spaghetti on the side. Excellent spaghetti with parsley and oil, wonderfully simple and delicious! 'Di pesce' could be a little more exciting in my opinion. Squid, cockles... We had a very tasty and enjoyable meal!

Food was tasty, standard large menu of which Italians may still wonder what the authenticity would be. Staff are busy, which is of course everywhere at this time😔 And the atmosphere inside has little to do with a cozy Italy.

Normally I wouldn't leave a bad review, but our experience in this restaurant was so bad that I still want to share it. The restaurant is very noisy, you can barely hear each other. Pizzas were reasonable, pastas and tenderloin had little flavor. Dishes are also severely overpriced for what you get. One dish out of six was served almost 15 (!) minutes later than the rest, so everyone had already finished their food and the other could have dinner alone, no one even came to let us know that something had gone wrong. and the food that was served later, let alone any form of apology. Are you breaking the clog anyway? They won't see us again.

Redelijk eten maar onattent personeel!. Mooi restaurant in Echt, op 15min van Roermond waar veel restaurants op woensdag dicht zijn. Snel drank en stokbrood gekregen, opnemen van de bestelling, door de eigenaresse zelf, duurde wat langer maar was niet erg. Gegrilde ossenhaas met een klein bordje sla met klein beetje olie en azijn, bijna smakeloos, helaas geen olie en balsamico op tafel. Vlees was ok, spaghetti aglio olio obtbrak net de fijne smaak aan. Mijn partner bestelde tongfilet; tong was gedeeltelijk niet gaar, daar had ze s nachts last van. Er is die avond door niemand gevraagd of we nog wat wilden drinken(wilden we toch even testen) Toen we het diner op hadden en de tafel afgeruimd was hebben we na 15min zelf maar om de dessertkaart gevraagd. Personeel liep de hele avond druk heen en weer maar helaas, niemand die om het simpelst te verdienen geld dacht nl, drank; 5,50 fles water, 3,50 biertje, etc..... Uiteindelijk de bazin aangesproken die aangaf al blij te zijn met het personeel dat ze heeft en dat ze normaal wel goed zijn en drank biet wilden pushen! Verder gaf ze aan dat mijn partner beter baars iov tong had moeten nemen, veel smakelijker...,dat had ze beter bij t opnemen van de bestelling kunnen zeggen, zij nam zelf de bestellibg op. Dessert was top. Uiteindelijk de rekening gaan vragen en die zou zo komen. Na 10minuten nog maar es gevraagd???? Kortom, teveel personeel dat de horeca niet helemaal snapte die avobd en niet goed let op simpele omzet en een bazin waar we een klein beetje medelijden mee hebben!

Tasty pizzas. Average prices. Somehow they remain averse to a decent cash register/ordering system. We employ 1 FTE to continue to process all orders and settlements by hand, making it virtually impossible to pay separately in a group. Either way, the food is good!

Mass is cash register. The food was bad. The meat had been mixed up. You hardly get any bread with your soup. And the food is just not seasoned properly. Really bad.

Was er vanavond voor de laatste keer! Vind het eten beneden peil en heel rommelig en rumoerig! Totaal geen aandacht voor de gasten. Het personeel loopt maar wat rond. Zit geen systeem in. Verkeerde bestelling, alhoewel dat goed werd opgelost. Vroeger was het echt goed. Dan de klanten laten betalen achter een tafel in het restaurant ziet er niet uit. Het is eigenlijk een chaos en je kunt elkaar bijna niet verstaan door de herrie. Nee, ik heb het weer geprobeerd, maar het houdt op voor mij. Kwaliteit is echt achteruit gegaan.
