Last Friday, four of us had a wonderful meal at this cozy restaurant. We had a variety of dishes (pizzas and pasta), and they were all delicious. The young waitresses were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we were very satisfied!

I've eaten here twice already. Both times the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and professional. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

It can be extremely dangerous in that pizza oven. I wouldn't dare eat there again. Unfortunately, after eight years of chimney sweeping, we discovered a defect/wear and tear in the pizza oven's chimney. We were politely advised. The owner, Marc, felt we needed to do something about it. We immediately told him to call his installer because we're overcrowded until February. Because he couldn't get us on the line, he left a rather misleading and ugly review for our company. He did try to fix it, but in my opinion, it wasn't safe. We eventually notified the municipality about a potential fire hazard. I don't want to be responsible for the place burning down with guests inside.

A lovely restaurant, where we had a delicious meal, both the trio bruschetta and the appetizer. The pizzas and pasta were also fantastic! The staff is also very friendly; everyone did their best. We even had a nice chat with them afterward. Highly recommended.

Disappointing experience despite excellent food! Our visit with a group of nine people, including two young children, should have been a pleasant evening. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was disrupted by a staff member (a man with heavy glasses, presumably the owner), who made inappropriately hasty remarks about a child's behavior. His reaction to an innocent situation was disproportionate and showed little hospitality. Although the waitress was very friendly and helpful, and the food itself was excellent, this staff member's attitude was disruptive. A conversation at the end of the evening led not to understanding, but to defensiveness. I had expected that – like any normal restaurant – there would be a willingness to engage in a normal, open conversation with customers. Given his attitude and the resulting atmosphere, I cannot recommend this restaurant. Especially not to anyone who values ​​customer service and a relaxed dining experience. A rather long review, but hopefully this clarifies the situation, and I hope even more that the restaurant will think about it carefully this time!

We won't be coming back. The host/owner/chef (?) is a really rude man! He's not hospitable, unprofessional, and downright insulting to guests during conversation. The food is okay, and the female staff is very friendly. But because of this man, I'll definitely never come back.

This was by far the best pizza my husband and I have ever had. And we've eaten a lot of pizza in our lives. Sublime. Nothing but flavor and a crispy, thin crust. Wow. The only shame is that we only recently discovered this restaurant.

We were planning a family weekend and a pleasant dinner out with our family. Our grandson, who had just turned four, was playing on the floor and tore a napkin. Before we could do anything about it, the owner (?) gave us a stern reprimand. He also kept a close eye on us throughout the meal. When our grandson moved toward the shiny knobs on the wine cabinet while putting on our coats, he came back to us with an angry face and a finger pointing. When we paid, my wife told him that this behavior had a significant impact on our evening. "That's just the way it is, ma'am." And when I asked if he had any grandchildren, "Yes, I do, but mine are well-behaved...". Stunned, my wife said, "Maybe we won't eat here again." She replied, "That would be great, ma'am." This was utterly insulting and, above all, incredibly unprofessional. We left €350 behind—without a tip—and left with a hangover.

We had dinner at Il Trattamento last night, our first time. The service was excellent, the staff friendly, and the food was delicious. Highly recommended!

If you have children, I'd look for another place. I've never seen such a grumpy and unprofessional host react to a 4-year-old tearing a napkin. The food was fine... the waitress was nice. Nothing good to say about the host or owner.

The pizza dough is excellent, and the ingredients are also very good. Cozy place, and the staff is very friendly.

We spontaneously stopped by here on a Friday evening with our toddler and large dog. We received a warm welcome and very friendly service. The large stone-baked pizzas are fantastic, with incredibly good crust and such delicious toppings. We've rarely eaten such good pizza outside of Italy. The eggplant (Melanzane) was also very good. The service was excellent. Thank you!

Top restaurant...delicious food at a reasonable price

Just back from vacation in Tuscany. We can't beat the homemade pizza at Il Trattemento! We had a delicious meal ☺️👌. Good quality pizza. And we enjoyed a fantastic Tri di bruschetta beforehand🤩. Friends wanted to eat here, but after reading the reviews, I started to get a little worried. Two-hour time slots, while we, as a group of friends, wanted to enjoy a long meal and have lots to talk about? Anyway, we made a reservation for 6 pm on a Friday night and left around 10 pm. No problem at all. The staff was extremely friendly, and an incorrect order was corrected immediately. The food isn't particularly special, but it's fine, and the prices are reasonable. The desserts were excellent! The men were singing the praises of their Limoncello ice cream, which is really saying something. It definitely needs to stay on the menu; we'll be back for that!

Despite the negative reviews before, we decided to visit this restaurant. And we weren't disappointed 🙂 You serve the best Italian pizza, we will visit you more often! 🥰 The pizza is very aromatic and the pizza dough is crispy 🔥 We waited only 5-10 minutes for two pizzas.☺️ Also the restaurant service was very nice 🫶🏼 Thank you! 🙂

Eten perfect bereid , erg lekker en veel keus. Hoofdgerechten werden niet samen gesereveerd, zat zeker 10 min in. Dit lijkt me toch echt niet kunnen. Eigenaren onvriendelijk, kijken je niet aan bij betalen of weggaan. Bediening doet hun best, en is vriendelijk.

Prima gegeten. Gefrituurde calamaris was uit eigen keuken. Pizza tonno uit houtoven was ook lekker. Kortom een fijn Italiaans restaurant. Niet bijzonder maar gewoon goed!

Been sick from the risotto I ate here. Risotto was undercooked and extremely salty! Made a reservation and my husband and I felt like they had forgotten about us. This restaurant used to be really great. We will certainly never go here again.

I was there a few years ago, it was a nice restaurant, but now I returned, but unfortunately it was a one-off. The pizza was okay, but the risotto was unfortunately far from tasty, very salty and the rice was still partly hard. Apparently they had forgotten us, including the drinks. Went on recommendation but almost a worthless experience. Cheap tables, chairs and furnishings with paper placemats. No tasty bread with tasty oils from the house, nothing. Vegetarian choice moderate to nil. Bruschetta was a joke, a kind of Dutch version?? Carpaccio was soaked in oil, only oil taste (little attention paid to it). Eggplant was too hard. Main course Tartufo, almost vicarious shame... some pillows of dough stuck on a plate with a stiff sauce on top that looked like it had come straight from a can. Only ate 2, left the rest to partner. Another person had scampi, again the plate was floating in oil. The paper placemat also floated off, plate returned. No tasty scampi fried in butter with garlic, but again a strange sauce on top. Not worthy of the name Italian, what a mockery!! Waitress nice. Possible boss? Didn't respond at all when we said the plate was floating with oil and the waitress also didn't respond at all when we said it tasted "only mediocre". The only thing that wasn't mediocre was the bill!! What a price for this b-restaurant... yuck

We were received unfriendly by an old woman with short hair and glasses. I think it's the owner. You can't help but laugh. A customer service course will do her good. The young ladies serving were friendly. Upon entering the restaurant smelled like sewage. The air in the toilet was unbearable. That smell is not very appetizing. Luckily we were sitting near the exit and we had kilos of garlic in our food, so at a certain point you can't smell anything anymore. The food we had was mediocre. We had one of the most expensive dishes on the menu. The specials. The sea bass was something for a hollow molar. It was tasty but very hot in the oven dish. The tenderloin, a few small slices, was also something for a hollow molar and was buried under a mountain of arugula. This was just cold. Spaghetti aglio olio was delicious. Tiramisu was also tasty. For the overall experience I would skip this restaurant. There are plenty of other Italian restaurants that offer better and friendly service and a wonderfully tasty Italian evening for the same money.

Onvriendelijke oude vrouw met kort haar. Ik denk dat het de eigenaresse is. Een lesje klantvriendelijkheid bij binnenkomst zou haar goed doen. Bij binnenkomst stonk het naar de riolering in de zaak. Dat bleek op het toilet nog erger te zijn. Niet echt smakelijk voor een restaurant. De porties zijn echt iets voor een holle kies. De zeebaars was klein. Werd geserveerd in een overschaaltje en was echt loeiheet voor consumptie. Terwijl de rest van het gezelschap op hetzelfde moment de (mini) ossenhaas had, begraven onder een berg rucola en die was gewoon koud. Dit was een van de duurste gerechten op de kaart. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding was dus echt slecht. Spaghetti aglio olio was wel lekker. Ik begrijp niet waarom de zaak vol zat. Misschien vanwege de simpele pasta's en pizza's die niet duur waren. Ik zou zeggen: wil je een Italiaanse gezellige culinaire avond? Sla dit restaurant dan over er zijn veel meer Italiaanse restaurants in de buurt die veel beter zijn. Happy italy is zelfs veel beter, qua eten en bediening!

Delicious food and if you have wishes in terms of food, a lot is possible

This is/was pretty much our regular restaurant. A restaurant that, in our opinion, is a victim of its own success. Little is now left of the passion, friendliness and service that once existed there. The quality of the food is still okay, but certainly no longer of the standard we were used to from them a few years ago. Depending on where your table is located, ordering a drink can be a challenge. The atmosphere in the restaurant is great, although the back and forth of the owner can detract from that somewhat. Now they work with time slots, which is a shame, but we understand that they want to maximize turnover. What is unacceptable, however, is that you are unfriendly asked to leave the restaurant half an hour before the end of your reservation because the time is already up... They simply already had new customers who wanted to give the table. This restaurant has become a complete cash grab. Maybe they should go back to running a hair salon, where you can 'finish' people within a short time.

Another delicious meal at Trattamento. With 6 people. Starter, main course and dessert. Sambuco, Limoncello, bottles of wine. All the trimmings for €50 pp. Where else do you get that? I'm going to sleep well now 😁

Never again for us! The fact that you work with a time slot is fine, that was exactly the reason for me to choose this restaurant because of a concert. But what if you sit down at half past six and still don't have a pizza at a quarter to seven? And still stuck with your first drink? Then the fun will pass. Because we had plenty to chat, we were not so concerned with the time and the pizza taking a long time. But when we had finished our pizza at a quarter past 7, had still only had a drink and there was no service to be seen, our good mood faded. The big hit was yet to come! We ordered dessert, I indicated that we had to leave at a quarter to 8, so they had to hurry. The owner came to our table and told us to eat dessert at the bar, it was half past eight and I should have kept an eye on the time slot myself. While she has absolutely no control over the kitchen and service. Once at the bar we were completely ignored. I was not allowed to express my dissatisfaction and nothing was done about it. Owner poured a beer for a customer and used half a beer that was still there and added more? Gawd! I once again indicated my dissatisfaction at checkout, but again nothing was done about it. I understand time slots, but if you offer three courses you must also give the opportunity for this. NEVER AGAIN!

We have eaten here many times and it is always delicious!...UNFORTUNATELY. We found the owner very unfriendly the last two times (and probably also the harried staff). It's a pity that the delicious food and atmosphere are not upheld by this lady, otherwise we would have liked to eat here more often.

Order pasta to take away more often and there is something every time.. you pay 25 euros for a pasta that comes with a salad.. this is regularly forgotten.. this time even ordered an extra salad and they also have it not done.. it is a 20 minute detour for us so I didn't do that because then everything is cold before you can eat.. they don't want to refund you money even though you just didn't get everything.. just ask enough times she says... who says I want to come back... really worthless again

Nice Italian restaurant where you can also pick up. Great meal. Pizzas, very warm spaghetti pomodori and delicious eggplant from the oven. At the back is a spacious terrace for sitting outside. However, you are between 4 walls so don't do it for the view or ambiance. Inside you will find more atmosphere. The service was friendly and good. The only downside was that the pizzas arrived 5 minutes later than the pasta. Therefore 4 stars for service. Vegetarians can feel free to come in here. I would go there again if I am in the area.

Pretty worthless, 1st the food took a very long time, 2nd fish was of poor quality and very salted, there was supposed to be seasonal vegetables, well 1 potato and the rest was indefinable and the whole thing was way too greasy. And that for € 22.50 spaghetti had to be ordered separately for € 7.-. I had spaghetti with shrimp that was completely floating in the oil. € 24.-...…....

Food was fantastic, the restaurant itself is also attractive. The staff was very busy but they tried to help you, when we were eating a family with 3 small children was seated next to us, which unfortunately ended our quiet dinner.

We sat all the way around the corner, at the front at a table for two at the (coffee) bar. Unfortunately this was very disturbing. What a racket. Food was good, service was attentive. I would go there again, but I would like to sit somewhere in the back of the shop.

Belabberde service. Aan tafel om 18:05 en pas om 19:20 (!) onze pizza’s klaar :-(. Tussen 18:20 en 19:15 kwam niemand aan onze tafel vragen of we nog een drankje of stukje brood konden gebruiken. Strak genegeerd. Om 19:15 werd verteld dat we wel wat geduld moesten tonen want een grote groep voor ons en iedereen wil vandaag pizza. Mijn dochter: het is toch een pizzeria 😂?? Na klagen werd ons gratis koffie aangeboden (huh?) nog voordat er pizza was (en we wilden zo snel mogelijk weg..). De tacopizza droop van de mayonaise/saus en geen truffel gezien tussen de bos rucola op de il trattamento pizza. Om 19:50 stonden we pas buiten. Wat een drama!

At your table at 5:30 PM and when you make your reservation, know that you have to leave at 7:00 PM. I assume the service and kitchen know this too. Ordered food and drinks immediately, so definitely before 6 p.m. 6.05 pm: drinks on the table. 6.30 pm no more food or drinks. Especially no service in the corner where we were sitting. Next to the cold window. 6.40 pm no food yet, laughingly saying to each other "it's time to eat!" 6.50 pm first one plate, about 3 minutes (!!!) later the second plate is served. We wanted to order drinks, but the service had already left. At 7 p.m. I got up and looked for service to order drinks. And ask for some bread to go with the sauce. 7.20pm main course. Did we want dessert and/or drinks? The "regular" service did not seem to be bothered by time pressure and was nice and relaxed. Just pay the bill. Paid at 7:25 PM. With tip (precisely because of that relaxed-ness) 7.26pm the owner comes (?!?) "Do you want to go now because the table was only available until 7pm and there are people waiting?" while she cleans up the table, quite irritated. Serious?!?!!! If the food comes at 6:50 PM, you shouldn't be with your customers if the table isn't available at 7 PM!!! We only had a main course. Pizza and ravioli. This should normally be on the table within 20 minutes! In addition, there were several 4-person tables free & not covered: RETHINK & put the couple there that has been waiting for half an hour. Less irritation for your customers and more relaxed for the staff. To eat: the truffle ravioli was especially very salty (from the parmesan cheese in the cream sauce?) I asked very emphatically whether it contained real truffle, or whether it was pasta or cream (these things are stated with the pizzas). No: real truffle...... That wasn't entirely fair. Sad and disappointing. What a non-Italian way to feed people.

17.30 aan tafel en bij reservering weten dat je om 19.00 weg moet. Dit weet de bediening én keuken ook neem ik aan. Direct eten en drinken besteld, dus zeker vóór 18.00. 18.05: drinken op tafel. 18.30 nog geen eten en géén drinken meer. Vooral ook geen bediening in de uithoek waar we zaten. Naast het koude raam. 18.40 nog geen eten, lachend tegen elkaar zeggen "dat wordt door-eten!" 18.50 eerst het ene bord, een minuut of 3 (!!!) later het tweede bord opgediend krijgen. Drinken wilden we bestellen, maar bediening was al weer weg. 19.00 zelf maar eens opgestaan op zoek naar bediening om drinken te bestellen. En wat brood te vragen bij de saus. 19.20 hoofdgerecht op. Of we dessert en/of drinken wilden? De "vaste" bediening leek geen last te hebben van tijdsdruk en was lekker relaxed. Doe de rekening maar. 19.25 betaald. Met fooi (juist vanwege die relax-heid) 19.26 komt de eigenaresse (?!?) "Willen jullie nu wel gaan want de tafel was maar tot 19 uur en er zitten mensen te wachten" terwijl ze de tafel redelijk geïrriteerd opruimt. Serieus?!?!!! Als om 18.50 het eten komt moet je niet bij je klanten zijn dat de tafel om 19 niet vrij is!!! We hadden alleen een hoofdgerecht. Pizza en ravioli. Dat moet normaal binnen 20 minuten op tafel kunnen staan! Daarbij waren er verschillende 4-persoonstafels vrij & niet opgedekt: doe aan OMDENKEN & zet daar het koppel dat al een half uur wacht. Minder irritatie bij je klanten en relaxter voor het personeel. Eten: de truffel-ravioli was vooral heel zout (van de parmezaanse kaas in de roomsaus?) Ik heb heel nadrukkelijk gevraagd of er échte truffel in zit, of dat t -pasta of -crème (deze dingen staan namelijk bij de pizza's vermeld) was. Nee: échte truffel...... Dat was niet helemaal eerlijk. Jammer en tegenvallend. Wat een niet-italiaanse manier om mensen eten te geven.

Uitstekend. Je kunt zien en proeven dat er hier nog met passie echte Italiaanse pizza’s en pasta’s worden geserveerd. Eerlijk en puur. Zoals het hoort! In tegenstelling tot veel andere restaurants schenken ze hier goede wijn tegen een redelijke prijs. (de primitivo is een aanrader) Bediening is vriendelijk en het personeel werkt keihard om jou onbezorgd te laten genieten van een avondje uit.

Lekker gegeten. Vriendelijke bediening en ontvangst. Bestelling ging in mijn geval verkeerd, maar ik heb er geen melding van gemaakt. Leuke ambiance. Alleen best rumoerig als het vol zit. Ze zouden wat akoestische maatregelen mogen nemen.

Awesome food. It was a friday night 7.30 and the place was full and no we did not have to wait long. We were a party of four with appetizers and drinks, the bill was 145 euros. The Calazone was tasty and not dry, the pasta was not overcooked. The waitress was young but very accommodating. We even had a visit from the owner. Note: The cooks are from Tuscany, and you can see and taste it in the food. It's a bit expensive for Italian but worth every cent, don't miss this great place.

@Via Regia: normaal reageer ik nooit op het commentaar van een ander, maar jouw recensie vind ik zó maf dat ik toch even een reactie erop wil plaatsen. Als ik je bericht goed begrijp had je al op het internet gezien dat deze zaak om 21:00 u sluit. Toch ben je -naar eigen zeggen- met 3 kinderen van onder de 10 jaar om 21:02 u bij het restaurant aangekomen. En dan klagen dat de bediening (uiteraard!) gezegd heeft dat de zaak om 21:00 u sluit. Ook is het sowieso erg vreemd om met kinderen van die leeftijd pas om 21:02 u te gaan dineren. Met kinderen van die leeftijd zou je tussen 18:00 en 18:30 u moeten gaan dineren. Vind het wel erg zielig voor die kinderen van je. En dan de schuld ook nog aan het restaurant geven. Schaam je.

Heerlijk gegeten. In ons geval was dit niet aan de orde, maar vind het jammer dat bij drukte er met een tijdslot gewerkt wordt. Hierdoor zit je meer op de klok te kijken dan dat je van het eten geniet.

In 2020 bij toeval hier heerlijk gegeten met name de spaghetti Vongole is een aanrader. Nu weer bezocht in 2023, zelfde kok en weer super heerlijk gegeten, ook nagerecht was van dezelfde hoge kwaliteit. Goede vriendelijke jonge bediening. Na afloop nog een heerlijke afsluiter in de vorm van een Limoncello van het huis genoten. Kortom aanrader!!

We zijn heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenares en daarna meteen door goedlachse medewerkster naar een fijne tafel op het terras gebracht. We werden snel voorzien van een lekker drankje en konden direct bestellen. We hebben hoogstens 15 min hoeven wachten voor de Spaghetti Carbonara en de Spaghetti Vongole, waar ik speciaal voor kwam, werden geserveerd. Beide gerechten waren *super* lekker! Als dessert hadden we Tartufo Limonchello en de huisgemaakte Tiramisu die beiden zeer smakelijk waren. Na het afrekenen bij de kassa kregen we een héérlijk glaasje Limonchello, kortom het was een geweldige avond. Tot snel !

Heerlijke pizza's in een mooie ambiance

Il Trattamento mag zich terecht en met recht een italiaans restaurant noemen. De sfeer de gehele ambiance het vuur van de oven de foto's aan de muren kortom je waant je in Bologna of in Verona. En dan komt het mooiste. Een diner dat verrukkelijk smaakt en heerlijk ruikt naar Italië. IL Tratamento doet geen enkele consessie en trakteert ons op pure Italiaanse gerechten met een hoge verfijndheid. Een daarbij passende wijn is vanzelfsprekend. Tot slot een heerlijk ijs. Wat een heerlijke avond in Italië bij Il Trattamento en zo kortbij.

Echt lekker, boven verwachting, sfeer en bediening ok. Geen glutenvrije gerechten. Tagliata di manzo goed mals. Ravioli erg goed.

Met mijn vriendinnen hier gaan dineren en heerlijk gegeten. De sfeer was geweldig. Maar dat is altijd als we samen zijn.

The food was delicious, personele enough and friendly. We only had to wait one hour between starter and maintenant course which was a bit too long. For the rest good experience.

Super vriendelijk en heerlijk gegeten!

We zijn hier onlangs gaan eten met twee personen. Het eten is zeker lekker, maar de service was (zeer) matig. We hadden beiden een pizza besteld en hebben hier 1,5 uur op moeten wachten. Ook meerdere malen het personeel hierop aangesproken maar het werd beantwoord met een “de pizza zit in de oven” (vervolgens nog meer dan 30 min wachten). Voor ons in ieder geval 1 keer nooit meer (of hooguit om af te halen).

Heerlijk. Lekker eten, een goede sfeer en vriendelijk personeel. Een (niet te) uitgebreide kaart met genoeg keuze. Ik ga hier graag uit eten.

Gisteren hier gegeten ik had spaghetti scampi. Geweldig! Mijn tafelgenoten hadden tortellini, pizza en cannelloni en waren ook super tevreden. Vriendelijk en attent personeel en een nette, sfeervol ingerichte zaak. Kortom een echte aanrader. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding: uitstekend. Ik kom hier zeker terug!

Als ik zes sterren kon geven, dan had ik dat zeker gedaan! Wat een verademing. Een enorm goed restaurant, heerlijk en uitstekend eten voor een goed betaalbare prijs. Zal zeker vaker komen!

Lovely restaurant, friendly staff and great food! Unfortunately reservations only last for two hours and then you're kindly asked the bill. We were asked to leave at eight, which is kind of weird, since the restaurant closes at 9. I doubt our table was reserved for that last hour and we would have liked to stay for a while and have some more (delicious) wine, but sadly that wasn't possible. Will definitely be back though.
