What a terrible pub this is. Annoying bartender and absolutely no atmosphere. Apparently, I'm not the only one who feels this way about the pub and its staff.

Unfriendly, and the bartender is a weirdo. Some things make you wish for a return to the coronavirus period, and this is one of them.

I rated the food at 3 stars because I left early. "Why are you taking that chair?" "That's not our chair." Instead of: "Gee, could you maybe take a different chair since that's not our chair?" Just an example of how things could be done differently. Sounds childish. I would be more accommodating to the guests who pay my wages. Extremely sad. Therefore, 1 star for atmosphere and service.

A very strange and angry owner trying to intimidate us! We asked if they happened to have a cocktail, to which we were met with an angry reply, "What do you think?" He then refused to help us because we didn't belong on his patio and walked away, even though it was practically empty. A very strange reaction!

Thought we'd have a beer with a group of 7 at In De Buurt on the terrace. So we pushed two tables together. However, this was not appreciated by the waitress and she preferred to see us leave. This did not fall on deaf ears and we went to the next tent for a beer. Greetings to In De Buurt.

We arrived with 7 people and pushed two tables together on a completely empty terrace. We were immediately asked if this was the intention at home and if we wanted to leave everything alone. We then sat down and were sent away within 5 seconds. Only because we moved a table 2 meters while no one else was there. Not really a warm welcome, if you ask me and they apparently have an empty terrace, then 7 customers. Never again for us!

Staff is very unfriendly. Calls from one corner of the terrace to customers on the other side of the terrace. Not recommended.

Very nasty intimidating owner. He became aggressive when we moved a table to make room. We left immediately and even then he shouted after us reproachfully and contemptuously.

One of the best bars in town. Their selection of beer is out of this world! Very nice and quick service too! 🙂

Had a nice time there with a group, sent away by the owner because we were too nice. Never come here again bad thing. The bill was also not allowed to be split

Never been treated so antisocially. We wanted to sit and were told very condescendingly that we were not allowed to use the chair with a backrest, while I have back problems. Pointed out to the stool that was allowed and then the cynical comment: “good evening too”. This while he silently started the interaction by pulling the chair I wanted to sit on out from under me. Then shouted as we walked away. What a bad place.

Wonderful tent. If I can go to the pub, I come here. Nice people, nice atmosphere.

Good service, good beer menu. Camembert snacks are a must. That and tipping :)

Very nice pub with very nice people!

Now that we no longer have Café De Singel, we have to look for an alternative. Nearby cafe comes with it "nearby" 😉. Nice, cozy cafe with a wide range of specialty beers and tasty snacks. There are also regular fun gigs. It is definitely recommended for an evening with friends and/or family to have a beer and enjoy the casual atmosphere.

Nice cafe. No catering, but just a cafe, where you can make a receipt and the bartender knows your name. The music was a little too loud for my taste the evening we were there, but I didn't find it very disturbing.

Lovely cafe, for normal people. Not for guests who want to shake things up. Large noisy groups are excluded. What heroes that owner and his wife... Would rather have less turnover than annoying paupers in the business. Recommended! Recommended! Recommended. Above all, go for the fun. And also pay attention to how hard those people work, yes, work for their guests. Absolutely great!

The bartender muttered that she thinks I'm very strange and that they won't serve me here, not even coffee or cola. I went outside and the bartender walked out to tell me, 'do you want to leave?!' This is not the most cozy pub and the most poor service and unfriendly attitude from the staff. Moreover, it was a sad sight inside. Definitely not recommended to spend your time here.

Hopeless operation. They don't appreciate a little fun, and with the necessary arrogance we were asked to leave the pub.

Super leuk stel met een goede dosis humor en te gekke werknemers runnen dit café op een hoog niveau. Aparte bieren en veelzijdige zwaardere alcoholische versnaperingen vallen op doordat ze bijna nergens anders te krijgen zijn waar ik ben geweest. En de leukste Guus van de wereld komt men daar tegen, echt een aanrader om de neus eens om de deur te gooien

Supermooi café. Goeie bier selectie. Lekkere koffie ook. Uitbaters zijn supervriendelijk en echt hele fijne mensen.

Lekker op het terras, met vermaak van handhaving. Die verhaal kwamen halen over de grote van het terras. Zo onprofessioneel van deze dienst om 22u.

Binnengelopen met een groep vrienden. Madrugada op de speakers en vorstelijk bediend. Wat een kroeg!

Gemoedelijk café met fijne uitbaters. Geschikt voor een kopje koffie in de middag of een biertje met vrienden in de avond.

Geen glitter en glamour maar gewoon een zielsfijne kroeg

Leukste kroeg van Zwolle en ver daarbuiten. Alles klopt hier. Goede bierkaart (en altijd iets moois op de wisseltap), relaxte sfeer, uitstekende muziekkeuze en ontzettend vriendelijk en deskundig personeel.

Kroeg met potentie, maar helaas onvriendelijke personeel/uitbater. Ik blijf vooral uit de buurt.

De meest gastvrije bar van zwolle en wijde omgeving!

Leuk cafe, met een gezellig terrasje. Het zit een beetje verstopt achter de kerk, dus als je de rust zoekt om rustig te kunnen genieten van een glas wijn of bier, zit je hier goed. De drukte van het centrum hoor je hier niet, maar toch zit het vlak naast de stap straat van Zwolle. Bierkaart is niet heel uitgebreid maar goed genoeg. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Ontzettend veel lekkere biertjes op de tap en fles en heel veel lekkere muziek...

Nice pub..good music...good beer..barman seems a bit off hand but maybe he doesn't mean to be..probably has an unfortunate face..expression wise i mean.
