In den Anker in Wijk 01 Klein - Zundert

After a day of exploring the area, we were in need of a good beer. We could, but we'd have to order inside and take it with us. The owner who took our order at the bar wasn't very talkative or cheerful. We enjoyed a delicious Zundert 10. We chatted with some people on the terrace, mostly passersby on their bikes. We politely brought our glasses inside, but even then, after a "goodbye" from me, the barman didn't give us a damn.

Just had a few drinks, great location and a lovely spacious terrace. Friendly service, relaxed atmosphere, and welcoming.

Very basic coffee shop. As far as I understand it has been there for decades, but apparently nothing more than some plastic furniture and old-fashioned filter coffee can be done. I can understand picking up your own drinks; it saves on personnel costs and is effective in itself. But it does feel very much like: OK, we have a farm and in the weekend we earn a little extra by giving people passing by something to drink. Service with a smile is also unknown. There were 2 grumpy people behind the bar.

Delicious coffee on the terrace.

It is a wonderful place to walk, drink a good Trappist beer from Zundert, a beautiful old-fashioned cafe and farmhouse in top condition.

Get your own drink at the bar. Good atmosphere

Relaxed on a sunny terrace. Microwaved sausage rolls, mediocre quality. We always notice that the people behind the bar do not enjoy their work. Shame. But it is a lovely place after a long walk

Special place where time has stood still, except for the visitors. Nice place for a beer from the very extensive beer list. When the weather is nice, sit outside and watch. The limited menu contains some snacks and is simple.

A nice location to refuel after a walk or bike ride, near a junction route. A nice hot drink with different types of pastries of your choice or an extensive range of Trappist beers are offered here, at reasonable prices (self-service at the bar). Definitely worth 5 stars for me.

Nice old-fashioned cafe in a barn. With a very extensive beer selection and at very reasonable prices.

Always nice, after a walk, to enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink with something tasty in a friendly atmosphere.

A great cafe to drink a nice beer. It's self-service but I'm totally fine with that. The prices are very reasonable compared to what you normally pay everywhere. 4.50 for a specialty beer. We took the cubes of cheese as a snack. Very tasty, flavorful cheese and mustard.

Beautiful area to go for a walk first

On the side of the forest you find a Pub with loads of Belgien Beers !! Coffee is also served, preferably with  Pie!

It's getting busier here. Occasionally even service. ! 👍

Good place to have a nice beer, plenty of choice

Beautiful historic inn. Only they don't really serve lunch here, but they do serve something small to eat. (including sausage rolls). Plenty of something to drink after a nice walk there.

Authentic café, with a great choice of (special) beers. You cannot get a full meal there, but you can get various snacks and drinks. Oh yes, you always have to order yourself and pick it up at the bar.

Drinking local Trappist beer Zundert 8. In den Anker is the closest cafe to taste the Trappist from the nearby Abbey. On the recommendation of the abbey shop! You must place your order yourself at the counter.

Net buiten Zundert ligt In den Anker. Een oude boerderij die van binnen nog redelijk authentiek is. Buiten een uitgebreid terras en lekkere koffie met een goed stuk appeltaart te midden van een prachtige fietsomgeving.

Het buitenterras is zelfbediening, maar het is er wel gezellig.

Stamkroeg van de buurt. Drink er geen koffie want die was niet te drinken. Oud lauw en vreselijk sterk. Neem een flesje daar kan niks mee misgaan.

Gezellige uitspanning. Wel zelfbediening. Indien buiten gecosumeerd wordt graag alles terug naar binnen brengen. Ruim assortiment aan dranken.

Leuke rondleiding gehad door bier brauwerij

El mejor sitio para degustar cerveza trapense, una de las dos únicas cervezas de Abadía trapense de Holanda, ZUNDERT TRAPPIST de 8° y de 10°, en el pueblo natal del pintor Van Gogh.

Heel leuk authentiek café om te stoppen voor een drankje. Mooie ligging. En goedkoop

Leuke lokatie om wat te drinken het is wel zelf bediening, mooie omgeving om te wandelen of te fietsen.

Er straalt zoveel rust uit hier

Aparte plaats dus ook een Aparte beleving, maar wel goed.

Een goed terras met voldoende plaats. Zeer geschikt voor fietsers.

Op mijn fietstocht een leuk verassend cafetje tegengekomen op een mooie locatie.

Lekker bakkie koffie en appeltaart. Zelf bestellen en halen binnen. Geen terrasbediening.

Heerlijke stop tijdens je fiets- of wandeltocht

Druk bezochte fiets pleisterplaats. Zelf je drinken halen, ruime keuze.

Vriendelijke personeel, wel zelf binnen ophalen, lekker terras en koffie en appeltaart voor een schappelijke prijs. Daar komen we graag nog eens voor langs. Oh, en tegenwoordig kun je ook met pin betalen.

Langs gewandeld, helaas was terras dicht.

Leuke en voor een kopje koffie. Worstenbroodje smaakt prima.

Mooie plek voor een kop koffie tijdens een wandeling, gezellig en vriendelijk personeel.

Een zeer oude drinkgelegenheden. Erg leuk.

Tijdens of na een fiets- of wandeltocht is het prima uitrusten bij deze eeuwenoude herberg. Helaas was de oude gelagkamer niet (meer) in gebruik. Voorheen was het een belevenis om in deze authentieke historische ruimte te kunnen genieten van een lekker kopje koffie of een heerlijke Zundert Trappist.

Leuk oude boerderij waar je na bepaalde routes te hebben gelopen lekker wat kan eten of drinken.Let op, je kan er niet pinnen.

Gezellig. Niet duur en heel gemoedelijk. Jammer dat je daar niet kunt eten.

Vanaf hier flink gewandeld, daarna hier wat gedronken en een snackje op.
