Really enjoyed a nice pint of Guinness beer and plenty of choice of whiskey

Small bitterballen, sauce does not fit the snack. Nice service. Too bad about all the Heineken beers. Guinness and Magners on tap and then we would have stayed until 1

Musicians are allowed to wear hats inside, caps are not allowed, but I have to take off my hat (a hat is not a cap and if a musician can keep it on, why not the paying citizen?). Yes, then you won't lose anything to me, the ball tent at the fair has more atmosphere and fun in the empty cans that you can knock over, than the outdated rules of Jan ball tent!!! From now on I will go to Bar 't Ouwe Vat the old-fashioned way, where you can just be who you are and where it is fun for everyone, without being prejudiced whether or not you are wearing a hat, a Scottish kilt, Ajax, PSV, Feyenoord or Barcelona shirt on. You are welcome and can be yourself!!!

We come to Sneek especially for the pub. At least once, but if possible more often per year. Super.

Fantastic location for a party! Two weeks ago I organized a surprise party for my friend at the Irish Pub in Sneek. Pleasant communication, super friendly staff and a nice and relaxed atmosphere. Everything was neatly arranged and we had a great evening. Recommended!

Unfortunately no draught Guinness, but Murphy's is an acceptable alternative. Great atmosphere, and very friendly staff. A wide range of beers, wines and more. Have to admit that the 2023 Saint Patrick's Day celebration was a bit disappointing. Barely any Irish music played. Not really a traditional Irish atmosphere I'm used to when visiting Irish pubs.

Just a beer and a soft drink with a Bitrerball. Murphys Red was just drinkable, the 2nd Murphys was not Red but better to "haggle". Just put it on the keg that was almost empty, no problem. Atmosphere and hospitality are more than ok.

Apparently a nice place, but there is someone working there with blonde hair and curls who thinks it is necessary to take off your headgear, which of course makes no sense..

As a regular guest a bit biased. But it is a cozy pub with an excellent beer list.

Very decent beer selection, there are even different glasses for the individual beers. Unfortunately the atmosphere is a bit stiff, perhaps there is no live music.

Good morning a good address in the city center of Sneek. Large selection of beer and other drinks, friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. A must for us when we stop in Sneek.

The house wine was sour. Paid 4.60 for it. I feel really cheated. Price in relation to quality is incorrect.
