Great to eat, I thought I would die of hunger in Amsterdam, but I found this wonderful place where you can taste a varied and delicious meal and also harmonize the evening with the Spanish guitar!

The Customer service was very fantastic 👌 and my boyfriend and I order beef steak. It's was very delicious 😋 Am definitely visiting Isabella pizza-Grill anytime I very Amsterdam again

This small Argentine restaurant offers a menu featuring steak, pasta, and burgers, all prepared by the owner, who also handles everything from cooking to serving. While the wait time can be a bit long due to the one-man operation, the food is well worth it. The steaks are flavorful, the pasta is well-prepared, and the burgers are satisfying. Despite the longer wait, the service is friendly and welcoming. The restaurant also maintains a clean and tidy environment, including the restroom. It's a great spot for those who appreciate good food and a personal touch.

The prawns were burnt and had an expired taste, which completely spoiled my appetite for prawns. I think after this experience I will never eat them again as the taste was almost traumatic. The food was also completely unseasoned, it was simply inedible. Unfortunately, the invoice in the end did not match the previously agreed price. Overall, I cannot recommend this store.

The one who speaks Spanish goes to you, the very kind man, the place is well taken care of and we go for the important things. My family and I ordered 4 different dishes and they were all delicious My great experience (approximately 15 to 20 euros per person dish and drink)

We came by some time ago because we were hungry. I start with some starters (Which we got after the main courses, btw): The Calamaris were store bought, which wasn't that bad, but despite being fried they somehow managed to be served cold and hard. We also had Gambas, with a sauce which i can describe as "just heavy cream with salt" mixed with those gambas. And the "Focaccia"? Basically just Pizza Dough with (semi-burned) garlic oil... Now to some of the main courses: I had Spare Ribs with fries, salad and garlic sauce. The only good thing was the sauce and it wasn't even included, which means I had to pay 2€ for a small portion of sauce. Those Spare Ribs tasted pretty artificial and burned at some parts and those soggy fries weren't good either. The "Salad" was litteraly just 2 leafs of lettuce, two slices of tomato and 1 slice of cucumber. My mom and my sister in law each ordered Schnitzel with fries and salad. They described the Schnitzel as dark, hard and dry at the same time. My dad ordered a steak dish but got the wrong order, despite the waiter asking him twice which food he wanted. My girlfriend ordered Spaghetti Frutti di Mare. She described it as "An unflavored tomato sauce and just a little bit of frozen Seafood". The drinks were also pretty expensive. 6,50€ for a 0,5L Heineken (which was under 0,5L btw...), 5€ for a medium soda. Maybe it's because it's located at the city centre. But still. Did i mentioned how one of the sauces are made? Just instant powder blended with water... It was mixed and stored in a huge container. The owner (or waiter, idk) was all alone when we got there (We were like 8 people, there was a family of 4 and a group of five.) I felt and still feel sorry for him but if there is only one person working there, while having lots of customers, maybe it might be a good idea to ask for backup or to serve for a very limited amount of guests only. Unfortunately we got during the payment into a heated argument with the waiter, because he couldn't take the constructive criticism. He acted pretty rude towards us and he was threatening to call the police on us. After some back and forth we came to an agreement and he put a 50€ discount on the bill. Unless there will be positive changes in the future, this Restaurant is a place, definitely to avoid....

Everything went great, the cafe itself is very calm, but outside the window you can watch the active nightlife. It feels like the restaurant is purely for locals, plus it is quite inexpensive. The owner works alone, but everything is really very fast and tasty

The price for the quantity of food you get is horrible, and he gave me fries instead of rice, and there was no one else in the restaurant at lunch time

Looking for a place with affordable prices and good food, we found this little place where we were welcomed with kindness and friendliness. Pretty good food, variety between sandwiches, pizza and meat. Ideal if you don't want to spend too much and want tranquility and friendliness. 5 stars for the commitment of the (I think) owner and the kindness.

Way overpriced (25 euros) for a very small steak (the manager said the steak was 30 percent smaller because I ordered it well done). Then the manager charged for a little ketchup. Then the manager argued that the steak was the cheapest in town (while also stating that they needed to pay a lot for rent) and got another customer involved. Poor and rude service from the manager and a very bad value overall.

Had Hawaiian pizza and spare ribs, both dishes flawless and at a good price.

Im assuming the owner, served and cooked our food. Lovely polite guy. We ordered spicy sausages to start, and for mains a pepperoni pizza and tuna steak with chips. The food was really enjoyable. And we would likely return if we weren't here just for a few days. Thank you for a good lunch.

The owner welcomed us with all 3 languages we spoke, took our order and prepared all the meals himself. Very high quality food at quite reasonable price. It's astonishing how little people give this place a chance, but It's very worth it.

Netter Chef, aber leider war das Essen dort wirklich schlecht. Der Burger war mit den Mikrowellenburgern von Lidl Vergleichbar. Das Fleisch war lediglich ein Stück Hünchen ohne Soße und ein paar Salatblättern. Alle Gerichte waren kaum oder garnicht gewürzt. Die Pilze in der Pilzsuppe waren hart und und die Suppe war wässrig.

From the moment we arrived, the owner greeted us and made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately, my boyfriend became unwell before our meal, but the owner went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He was incredibly understanding and friendly, and we felt very well taken care of. The food was also delicious especially the pizza.

Sehr netter Inhaber, ich wurde schnell bedient, essen hat etwas gedauert, dafür war die Lasagne gut. Mit 0,5l Cola für 16€. Kann nicht schlechtes zum essen sagen. Die Tische waren leider klebrig und die musik für meine Meinung etwas zu laut

Very very slow. First drinks then 45 min later the food. 3 times i had to say what I wanted, an Argentinian steak that cost 13,5 € but they didn’t has it on the menu. Totally bizarre.

Mwah... De serveerster was aardig maar verstond ons ons niet dus kwam 3x de bestelling opnemen en uiteindelijk kwam de eigenaar zelf ook nog. We waren met een groepje van 6 en 2x lams waren in plaats van medium helemaal rare. Werd opnieuw gebakken. 1x de kip was half rauw van binnen en de serveerster zei dat sommige mensen daar juist om vroegen....👀 Ik vroeg toen "om een salmonella besmetting"? Waarop ze zei "Ja de kok heeft toch sorry gezegd en wilt het toch corrigeren". Mijn vriendin wilde het niet meer terwijl ze bleef aandringen om het nog een keer op de plaat te gooien. Ze vroeg het zeker een stuk of 8x. De rest vh eten was gelukkig goed en erg lekker. Bij het afrekenen vroeg ik geeneens om compensatie maar zei tegen de eigenaar dat we niet voor de kip zouden betalen. Hij stemde meteen in. Hij bood ons ook nog koffie aan, dat was heel aardig maar we moesten helaas afslaan.

Such a lovely restaurant! The owner was so nice and welcoming. The food is delicious. We got the beef shaslik and vegetarian pizza. Food is high quality, price is reasonable and well worth it. The waiter or owner went above and beyond, even baked us fresh bread. Highly recommend

No entiendo tanto comentario negativo, a nosotros el señor nos atendió estupendamente y la comida estaba muy rica.

Gisteren pizza gegeten, vandaag teruggekomen en gekozen voor een Argentijns biefstukstoofpotje met rijst en extra gegrilde champignons. 2x een schot in de roos. Superlekker en heel vriendelijke bediening. En heel schappelijk van prijs. 👍👍

Wir waren zu Mittag die einzigen Gäste, Tisch mit Blick auf die Passage, siehe Foto. Thunfisch - Pizza und gemischter Salat, sehr zu empfehlen! Sehr guter Service durch Koch und Bedienung in einer Person. Wlan WiFi - Code in der Speisekarte. Kann schlechte Kritik nicht bestätigen, zeitlich liegt es vielleicht daran, dass wir die einzigen Gäste waren und klar kommuniziert haben, dass wir nur 40 Minuten Zeit haben, um pünktlich im Anne Frank Haus zu sein. Getränke vielleicht etwas über Durchschnitt, es ist aber Amsterdam City und meiner Erinnerung überall ähnlich teuer.

Food was not so good and pretty expensive. The wine and the water are incredibly overpriced (5 and 23 euros...). The staff is nice though.

Wij zijn met 11 man wezen eten bij dit restaurant. De eigenaar van het restaurant is een zeer aangename man die de gezelligheid van een grote groep enorm kan waarderen en daarbij enorm klantvriendelijk is. Kwalitatief was het eten ook erg smakelijk en voor een zeer acceptabele prijs krijg je een groot stuk vlees met heerlijke frieten. Een echte aanrader!!
