Very, very tasty. Spent about €50 for three people, including drinks! The meat (lamb skewer) was delicious! We'll be back!

First, but also the last time. The meat was tasteless, and after I mentioned it, nothing was done about it at checkout. Well...!

The worst and filthiest restaurant I have ever seen in my life.

Super clean and friendly staff, price is reasonable, I recommend this establishment.

We stop by every time we go, but they never accept credit cards, so you have to carry cash, otherwise you might get caught off guard.

The döner, lahmacun and pide were all below average. It was my first time there and it will be my last.

I ordered a mixed grill, and all the meats were way overcooked, and the Adana was a piece of steel. Unfortunately, the food wasn't good.

Price is good, portions are good, ordered doner menu and satay dish, definitely recommended.

We ordered almost 20 minutes before other customers, but they got their food while we were still waiting. When we asked where our food was, we were told that everything was in order, but that was clearly not true. Finally, 40 minutes later we had to go to the cash register to pay, and there were even dishes on the bill that we never received. Nobody seemed to know what was going on - the kitchen, service and cash register were working past each other. Very unprofessional. Not recommended, better to get something from the bakery.

Unfortunately very disappointing I was really hungry and ordered a Dürüm Kebab. Unfortunately the meat was very tough and hardly edible. I complained politely and was offered a new dish. However, this was very simple, without cheese, and tasted disappointing. What bothered me most was that despite the poor quality of the first dish, I had to pay full price - and there was no apology from the staff. For me the visit was a disappointment. I won't eat there again.

Ordered and ate a durum döner kebab. Not very special. Ratio of the cold wrap with too much salad and relatively little meat. This can be better. Then I would give it 5 stars. Taste was good. I think you can expect more for the price.

I recently ordered food from here and unfortunately got food poisoning. After just two bites I knew something was wrong. The meat tasted old and bad, and I immediately had a bad feeling about it. Not much later I started to feel quite bad I really want to warn others: don't eat here if your health is important to you. No one should get that sick from a meal. A huge disappointment, and I will never order from here again.

Te smerig voor woorden. Durum doner besteld en ik heb nog nooit zo'n aftandse versie van een durum gegeten. Het vlees leek meer op rund dan lam.de wrap werd niet eens getoast en het was ongelooflijk nat het droop mijn hele bord vol met rood vet. Het vlees smaakte ook nergens naar en het voelde droog terwijl het met zn eigen vet zat te druipen. Ergens is dit heel knap dat ze het zo kunnen verknallen.

Economical with the döner but super quality

When I came to the Netherlands over 10 years ago, it was difficult to find a good kebab. It was the same everywhere - cheap meat, sweet sauces and mediocre vegetables. And so I searched until I found Instanbul in Roermond. And I finally found a place with real, tasty meat, well-balanced sauces and fresh vegetables. The proportions of ingredients are at a very good level. The size of the dishes is large, you can really eat to your heart's content. My favorite dish is kapsalon and Turkish tea as a drink. The portion of capsalon is huge - it's hard to fit it in. Lots of meat, lots of cheese and lots of fries. Everything is always freshly prepared. It's never happened to me that I left there dissatisfied. The owner of the restaurant clearly shows that he does it out of passion because he looks after the kitchen himself and this restaurant is everything to him. He takes care of the customers himself, serving the dishes to the tables and sometimes we received a starter as a gift. I have been their customer for probably 7 years and whenever I have the opportunity to be in Roermond, I always visit Istanbul. I recommend it because it is a family restaurant where you can see the heart and passion in cooking. Regards

One of the worst capsalons I ate in the Netherlands. The food arrived cold, the meat was hard and the entire dish was dry, the additionally ordered sauces did not help. It was the first and last time I ordered from this place.

Great eatery/restaurant! This is seriously the best restaurant with the sweetest, respectful employees. Food super tasty! If you go to Roermond, you really have to eat here! 100% recommended.

Just walked in and got a drink, then I waited 20 minutes and no one came to take my food. It doesn't look cozy inside anymore.

Our plate was suddenly cleared while we were still eating... much too young to serve or they are not properly trained...

Ordered here because of the high review on Thuisbezorgd.nl, but cold weak fries. Döner not tasty and also cold. Disappointing.

Ordered Durym doner. Cold, no sauce, little meat and just not tasty. Half thrown away.

Whenever you order food, they don't even show up. Bless them, half past 10. If there's no food, then you're hungry and you spend money for nothing. I no longer order through Julie, it is a disappointment that there is no delivery person

The mixed grill dish was really delicious. Enough different types of meat that were full of flavor and juicy. Also good rice and good peppers. The presentation of the meat seemed very fresh and hygenic. The service was also very friendly.

I clearly indicate no vegetables. Pack the entire order full of vegetables. I call the delivery person and he promises a new order. After an hour of waiting nothing... I am the restaurant: just yes but yes and customer is king (apparently not), no new order and owner Achmed of course did not want to give any money back. What a typhoid gang

Kapsalon, soup and pide is delicious. But I wouldn't try the laughing macun. I have never had so little meat on a laughing macun. The staff asked afterwards if everything was to your liking

This was really good food there, we were there with 6 adults and 3 children. None of them had anything to complain about. Super friendly, nothing too much and the food was really tasty.

Had delicious food delivered for a birthday with 12 adults and 4 kids. The grill dishes and pizzas on charcoal are highly recommended! Promptly on time, everything still very hot and super tasty. It was nice to see how the food was “attacked”. You have new fans!

Server was nice. Man behind the counter had no manners. Food was super disgusting, I immediately started getting stomach cramps. We ordered kapsalon chicken, honestly the dirtiest and most expensive kapsalon I have ever eaten.

Super tasty food, best of Roermond, come here 4 times a week

So I was there with two colleagues and we were told to just sit down and he would come straight away (side note: there were already a few people sitting there but almost everyone had their food) Shortly after we sat down, a young couple came in and were immediately offered çay, which was also served quickly (it wasn't offered to us 😅). At some point after 15 minutes we at least got the menu, I don't know whether I should laugh or cry aq haha We then ordered 3x Beyti & 2 Ayran 1 Cola The food came after 30-40 minutes. It tasted okay, there wasn't really anything special about it. Classical Turkish music was playing in the background the whole time, which saved the mood a bit haha. We paid a total of €65

This and other things, nothing else... Not tasty at all. Very expensive, not recommended, The restaurant is very expensive and the quality of the grills and doners is very poor. It is not recommended

The food are great there. We tried a mix of kebabs. All were delicious. The atmosphere was comfortable

I have never eaten a more terrible kapsalon. 1. the fries were not fried - they tasted like boiled potatoes. 2. old salad. 3. Even the sauce had no taste. 4. meat... as in the attached picture! I threw away 90% of the meal, the dog didn't want to eat it. I lost almost 30e. never again..

Ordered today for the first time via their own site instead of home delivery. 1.5 hours before closing. Received confirmation email but no food. Called 20 minutes before closing, no one answers. Very unfortunate, especially if you are a regular customer

There are never any seats available, very very bad service, there is no way to leave, first I was told it was free and then it was suddenly gone. I have never seen such a bad shop in my life. I recommend you don't go there

Heerlijk eten zeer vriendelijk personeel eten super lekker geen klachten over . Bediening heel erg vriendelijk . Gaan vaker eten daar of thuis laten bezorgen echt een aanrader.
