Delicious sushi. Delivered on time. One sushi roll was missing. It happens. It was promptly delivered. Perfectly handled.

Delivered quickly, even on Christmas Day! The sushi was delicious. Everything looked great and neat.

We've ordered several times now. The sushi is delicious. Each time, the delivery was over half an hour late, but last time it was an hour and 45 minutes late. And then the only thing we can do is deduct: "Yeah, it's busy." So I have to make my guests wait almost two hours? There should have been at least a discount/compensation. Such a shame.

Ordered food with hot dishes. It wasn't delivered until an hour and a half later, and all the hot dishes were cold and no longer crispy. The woman on the phone was completely uninterested in the complaint and offered no solution: no discount, no new hot dishes, nothing at all. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time. It's a shame they were always so good. It's a shame to see things going so downhill.

Gyoza not delivered. Phone number doesn't work. Sushi stuck together. Tastes good though. No customer service.

This is my third and last time ordering from here! I requested no chopsticks, but they included them. I also requested no advertising flyer, but they included one. I also ordered extra salmon (for €3.50) with my Poke Bowl, which wasn't included. The entire Poke Bowl tasted awful. I also ordered 6 mini spring rolls, which were cold! Even the receipt says: "No chopsticks included." The comments section says: "Please do not include advertising flyer." Absolutely terrible! This was the last straw for me. Itoshi Barendrecht, food 45 minutes late and forgot to deliver shrimp, so almost cold.

Ordered at 5:21 PM, food arrived a little late, and without any sauce. At 7:20 PM, still no sauce. Poor service and very condescending.

The food we just ate was super tasty and well-prepared.

WAITING OVER 2 HOURS FOR MY ORDER, STILL NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING!!! AFTER (1.5 hours) I called to find out where the food was, they were working on it. It would take 15 MINUTES. After waiting more than 2 hours, I called again and it turned out that THEY STILL HAD TO MAKE my order. Soooooo bad.. It doesn't even deserve a star. You are even being lied to!!!!

Ordered a Crunchi box and a California handroll, Both products looked as if they had barely survived a scooter crash. Taste not too good either, after eating everything was returned to the sanitary facilities an hour later. In other words, one or more products were no longer good. Will never order from here again.

Firth time I waited for more than 2 hours for my deliver. Will never order again even though the taste is good.

Ordered here often, but never again. Placed an order at 15:00 for 1800 delivery. At 1830 it still wasn't there. The gentleman said it had just left the door. The status had not yet been adjusted at 19:00, it was still on order has arrived but not yet being prepared. Waited over an hour and a half for my order

Ordered for the first time today. What delicious sushi and what a very sweet delivery person. The lady who answered the phone was also super friendly. This is highly recommended.

Tasty sushi for a great price. Due to allergies, I always call vtv to ask if they can make an adjustment to an existing menu box. So far they have always been helpful and friendly, they take very good care of you. We always order vegetarian, always fresh and the rice is still lukewarm when it arrives.

I read in the description that the order takes a very long time. That is not the fault of the delivery person, I was knocked off my feet by a delivery person who was going particularly fast on a cycle path.

The food will probably be hot, because the delivery person speeds along the cycle path without giving way, so we have to anchor...

Had to wait more than 2.5 hours for sushi for 2 people!! I don't recommend this place. Called after an hour of waiting, the person spoke little to no English, said he would bring it within 10 minutes. After waiting an hour I called again, hung up twice, answered the 3rd time, same story again "it's ready within 10 minutes" It wasn't there after half an hour! Asked if we could get the money back, but she didn't "get it" and customer friendliness didn't play a role either. She said a Dutch colleague would call back, but that never happened. Received food after waiting more than 2.5 hours! I do not recommend delivery.

Excellent sushi. It's a shame that when you order sushi for 100 euros, it doesn't come with soy sauce or chopsticks.

Ordered sushi. We waited 90 minutes for the delivery person to arrive. Called several times where is our food. Busy and the delivery person is on his way, we were told every time. We won't do this a second time

Excellent sushi, always arrives on time. Today we received an order that was completely crushed, which must have happened to the delivery person, but after 1 phone call, we received the entire order again within 20 minutes. So good service. Order here regularly and it's always great.

Really delicious sushi and fresh! We also received something extra with our order compared to what we ordered. The case itself looked a bit less neat, but that did not detract from the quality. Food was also ready on time as ordered.

Excellent sushi, but the price list is not correct compared to what they charge. When you say something about it, you are treated with indifference and no solution is offered. Too bad because that's how an entrepreneur smashes his own windows...

Orderd some sushi in on a lazy evening and was pleasantly surprised. Had some unique and even spicy combinations that you do not often see. Rice was also nicely marinated. Do wish they had some slightly more extravagant choices and the salmon was not very flavourful. But definitely a good sushi spot!

Food is always fresh and delicious. Often some extra things are added to your order if they have anything left. The only major downside is the delivery. Especially on weekends it is always too late. Even if you place an order at 12:00 for, for example, 19:30, it will not arrive at the agreed time. If they can get this right from a planning perspective, it will be a great thing.

Bezorging/service was slecht. Om 15:30 een bestelling geplaatst om op 18:15 te laten bezorgen, om 18:45 was het eten er nog niet en heb ik dus gebeld om te vragen hoelang het nog duurde. Toen werd mij verteld dat de bestelling werd ingepakt en de deur uit ging, woon op circa 10 min rijden vanaf de vestiging maar 45 minuten later was het eten er nog steeds niet. Wederom gebeld maar kregen alleen te horen dat het heel druk is en dat was het.. Uiteindelijk bijna 1,5 uur na de ‘afgesproken’ bezorgtijd de sushi mogen ontvangen.. Het is dat de sushi hier altijd top is.

Besteld voor een paar uur later ivm Ramadan. De bestelling kwam precies op rij en de sushi was vers en lekker

De sushi is echt heel lekker! Niet al te veel saus (precies genoeg) en lekker veel zalm in de rollen. Bezorging was ook snel dus zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Konden niet online bestellen omdat mijn adres nèt buiten het bezorggebied viel en wij hadden geen contant geld. Kwamen met de oplossing om van tevoren een tikkie te sturen en zou daarna bezorgd worden. Eten was goed en ook nog een snel bezorgd!

Vandaag sushi gehaald bij Ithosi in barendrecht en echt heerlijk gegeten. Word hygiënisch bereid en smaakte heerlijk!

Haal hier vaak mijn pokebowl. En zeker goed te eten. Ze hebben zelfs gratis loempia's erbij gedaan. Wat een service. Ga zo zeker door!

Heerlijke en vooral goede sushi! Sneller bezorgd dan aangegeven. Wij zijn heel tevreden en zullen hen zeker aanraden en hier vaker bestellen!

Snel geleverd, eten was okee maar niet super. Een kleine voldoende.

Wel oké maar niet meer dan dat. Bestelling was nog niet klaar op het door hen zelf aangegeven tijdstip. Zag er verzorgd uit maar qua smaak onder het niveau van de sushi collega's in Barendrecht.

This place is THE BEST! Best quality sashimi I've had in South-Holland! Great sushi, too. The service is super friendly and they sometimes give extras with is really cool and keeps us coming back for me. Keep it up! Xie xie ha!

Ik heb op zondag sushi besteld voor twee personen, de bestelling kwam wat te laat, maar dat is nadat ik contact heb gehad met de eigenaar heel netjes opgelost. Verder is het het ontzettend lekkere sushi. Ik kan het aanbevelen!
