I waited an hour for my order. It wasn't the first time I'd ordered from here, and they were late. I called to ask what was wrong with my order; they couldn't find it, and I was finally told it had been delivered. I explained that I hadn't received anything. I was told it had been left on the stairs, but I live in a house without stairs. Suddenly, the doorbell rang, and when I opened the door, I only saw half the order on the floor in front of the door. This is indescribable; it's simply ridiculous. I'll never order from here again. What a disgrace! 👎🏼

We ordered food (for 5, all with fries). The burgers were fine, but unfortunately, the fries were cold and soggy, as if they were very old. Incidentally, one of us received a Radler 0.0 instead of a 2.0 as ordered (he still had to show his ID). When I called to report this, I wasn't treated very kindly. We wanted two bags of new fries (originally, there were 5, but this saved time, and we didn't want much more, just a decent amount). One of us also ordered a potato as a side dish, which was quite cold and rock-hard inside. It was still burnt on the outside. So, we threw it away. We received our food around 4:50-5:00 PM, and I called them at 5:10 PM. They said they were sending new ones. They arrived at 6:49 PM. We expected them to never arrive and were very surprised. Our joy was short-lived, as the fries were once again soggy and limp, unseasoned, and worse than the last time. This is the second time we've experienced bad fries and service, and we will never order from them again. It's a shame, because we've ordered from them many times before, and they were always very good.

These were the worst spareribs I have ever eaten. You can order them in 3 flavors, which we did. The taste was far-fetched, all 3 tasted exactly the same. The spareribs were tasteless and not tasty, fried and soggy. I threw half of them in the trash. The fries that came with it were of the same quality, soggy and cold, they are also next to the spareribs in the trash. A waste of 100 euros. This was a once-in-a-lifetime decision and I will never order anything from you again.

Burgers were good, carpaccio was not delivered. Called the branch, they brought the carpaccio. There were burnt bacon bits on it and cheese that was picked from somewhere behind the pantry. Absolutely not recommended. I deliberately don't order food here anymore, not because of the menu, but because of the staff. The people hanging around here and tearing across the pavements as if they were in a racing game are downright antisocial and dangerous. The language used is substandard and exudes anything but hospitality or decency. The appearance of the place is messy, unsavory and is more reminiscent of a written-off snack bar than a serious delivery/take-away restaurant. I seriously wonder whether the owner approves of this behaviour or simply looks the other way. Would he/she be ashamed? Anyone who values ​​decency and quality would do well to give this place a wide berth.

Half of order not delivered. We call and are told that the delivery person will not return because he has had an accident. We live in an apartment and was only gone for 2-3 minutes. Baked potatoes are wrapped in aluminum and popped into the oven. Even a toddler can make these tastier. Speaking of the toddler, that was the one who spoke to us behind the counter. Ordered the soygarlic and teryaki ribs. Used to be my favourite ribs place, but the quality has went down the last 6 months. The ribs are not sauced well, the sauce itself doesnt have much flavor anymore. The ribs used to be a lot more juicy and tender. What a shame since the prices increased when they were already expensive.... really sad about it
