I have ordered about 4 times now, but every time everything is almost cold and the fries are rock hard, so I'm going to try another shawarma place again.

You used to enjoy coming here for your shawarma sandwich. These days, the atmosphere is so hostile, and the food is so bad. It's just not worth it anymore, unfortunately.

I used to avoid Jerusalem in a wide berth. These days, I rarely pick up a kapsalon with lamb, and it's really good quality. It's quite expensive, but the meat is delicious and the kapsalon is nice and warm. Perhaps not the best option for delivery, but pickup is certainly not bad!

I spent an hour waiting for my Uber Eats food. It turned out they'd quietly canceled it because they thought 13 euros wasn't enough to drive to Nootdorp. Disgraceful! And they didn't even inform me.

I asked for a plastic bag He said 25 cents (!) I said yes but i can only pay by card He said no bag then I give one star 🌟

Sir calls me after a (bad) review on Thuisbezorgd. While according to Thuisbezorgd that is not possible, a bit of a strange story. I would not order here.

It's been taking way too long already!

What a horrible place this is!! No respect!! The man behind the bar was challenging my friend in a very nasty way, while we were just waiting for our order. Eventually another man suddenly came (from the kitchen) and threw a bottle at our heads. The bottle luckily flew past our heads. Really TOO BIZARRE and unbelievable. It really escalated for nothing and suddenly from 0 to 100. I also reported this to the police. I hope that more reports will follow, because the way this staff treats their customers does not deserve customers.

Not friendly and the price was lied about

Food is fine but if you ask a question you will be shown the door. I understand it is late but it is your job so try to be a bear normal to your guests :)

Chicken sandwich, was a pita with chicken, packed like an Ikea package

The restaurant is bad and the service is bad. I don’t recommend it to anyone, but I tried it. I saw the meat and sat on the ground and found it. I picked it up from the ground and then tried to bring it to me, but I threw it in the trash can.

Don't recognize the bad reviews. Love coming here. Nicely seasoned. Delicious garlic sauce. Excellent portions. Especially when picking up or eating there, tip top organised.

This is the 3rd time that it takes way too long for them to deliver, I have been waiting for more than an hour and 10 minutes now!!! Plus I don't know how many stops there are along the way, how on earth can my food still be warm upon arrival????

I don't know what happened here, but what a bad impression. People who are cooking smoke inside. There is meat outside the refrigerator on the windowsill where everyone passes when entering. The sambal and garlic sauce don't taste like anything and the food has not gotten any better despite being more expensive. The staff behind the counter and the 20-30 year old interior do not really give off an atmosphere that makes you think: I would like to come back here again... when I asked for a "normal" size hair salon, there was an unfriendly discussion three times about the fact that they only had small, large or extra large. You can also show the container what is meant by these strange sizes. Very customer friendly.

Short and sweet: better eat somewhere else.. really very disappointing, too sad for words.. bad experience whether you get it delivered, take away or eat in First Jerusalem was a big 5 stars, now it is run by a nasty owner who no longer cares about his hospitality and food quality.

Unfriendly and everything takes so long!!!! In the past I have also forgotten to send my drinks and the owner denies it. Another error in the order last week. It's a bit sad to speak to people like that.

Order placed before delivery time 03:45, delivery person was at the door at 00:45 so it was returned. Received a call later that it closes at 3:00 AM on Sunday, while the site states that delivery is until 3:55 AM (see photo). Order was canceled by them but I am still waiting for my money. Service has been very bad in recent years.

Been a loyal customer at Jerusalem for years, never really had anything to complain about. Today I ordered 2 hours in advance for half past six, at half past seven the doorbell rings and the man pushes a half-crumpled bag containing a crushed hair salon and Turkish pizza into my hand. Quite irritated so far, there appears to be a piece of iron wire in BOTH the hair salon and the Turkish pizza. We're done here.

JERUSALEM DELFT We have been ordering from Jerusalem for years and I don't know if there is a different owner, but what disgusting food we got here, 3 hair salons and all 3 with very dirty, disgusting brown lettuce on it, really disgusting. And when you call they say that's coming. because of the heat 🤷and if I still talk then hang it up. we are ready at jerusalem.

I like the food here. Staff talks to you derogatorily and is not friendly, they act very arrogant. They make jokes about you and do not give you a customer-friendly feeling at all.

The food is tasty, not too expensive and available until the early hours. Every now and then you have to spend a few hours on the toilet the next day. And the later you order, the faster the food comes out. But overall fine.

Dry and tasteless hot wings heated with a microwave. When i asked the the guy behind the counter if they just came from the microwave he got angry and irritated and lied to me about the wings being microwaved. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Never order here again!! what a drama. It's better to throw your money in the ditch than do business here. The delivery person failed to deliver the order properly the first time and I thought I would give them an extra chance so I waited. The second time they forgot the garlic sauce and I had to wait another half hour for it. In short, my food is no longer warm, the fries are limp and cold and I have been working on this for almost 2 hours. This place is criminally underrated, its location is a bit further away from the regular kapsalon hotspots, however Jeruzalem delivers some very high quality kapsalon with a unique dining experience. The kapsalon is served in a ceramic plate which elevates the dish to a whole new level. The homemade sambal sauce and the stringiness of the cheese stand out for me as well as the taste of the shoarma. The gambling slot machines in the back do make Jeruzalem feel like another world. This is where real men enjoy their kapsalon. However, the waiters can be unfriendly and ignorant, we ordered three 8,50 kapsalons, and had to pay for 11,50 kapsalons.

Recently ordered food and am very satisfied with the delivery and especially the food. Kapsalon super tastes really good, I definitely recommend ordering from here. Great!

Really dirty food and no respect

I order my food at 01:07 with a Ben and Jerrys ice cream, I only receive my order at 03:20 with a milkshake ice cream for 09.00 euros and the food was cold and when you call you get a stubborn owner on the line who a bad thing!

If I could have given 0 stars I would have done so. Ordered half past 12, okay it's Friday night they will be busy but food arrived at QUARTER PAST 1, had to wait almost 2 hours for it. No wonder the food arrived cold. Turkish Pizza Hawaii, pineapple is far away, Turkish pizza is as tough as rope. Hot Chicken dish. 15 euros for a few mild pieces of chicken floating in a thick layer of oil. You call and say they forgot the potato slices, "that will be compensated next time." Well sir, this was the last time we ordered here, because it is so dirty and gross! Too bad, because we have eaten here a number of times

Really taaty food for affordable prices

(English below) Do not order here! Our order never arrived and they refuse to give our money back. They claim that it "had been delivered somewhere", while we looked around the building several times and it was only checked off as "delivered" by Thuisbezorgd the next day. Do not order from here! Our delivery never arrived and they refused to give us a refund, claiming it was "dropped off somewhere" despite us having checked the premises of our building repeatedly. It was never checked off as delivered at Thuisbezorgd until the day afterwards either.

Jeruzalem is the restaurant you go to when you need a nice, satisfying meal later in the evening in peace. Staff is friendly and they do not try hard to be overly friendly, which I liked. It's a cozy little restaurant where you can eat and really savor your meal. I had the Kapsalon here and it was delicious! At a very generous price, too! Don't expect luxury. Expect comfort, peace, and great food at Jeruzalem!!

I ordered a kapsalon shorma super well I literally got a layer of meat under my cheese there was hardly any meat in it just fries

Kwaliteit is prima. Hoeveelheid is precies waarvoor je betaald. Eten is heel erg lekker en ik bestel er graag en soms eet ik ook daar in de zaak. Super snelle service!

Normaliter gaan mijn vrienden die in Delft wonen na een avond ouderwets door het licht te gaan hier een klein hapje benuttigen. Na een prachtige dag Delft te hebben gehad en een heerlijke versnapering nodig te hebben kwamen wij na doorverwijzing bij deze tent terecht. Een (super) broodje shoarma trok onze aandacht omdat alle andere aroma’s uit de tent naar de kak van m’n oma die de vorige nacht haar aambeien heeft uitgekakt (gelukkig inmiddels aan de medicatie). Er was keuze tussen verschillende broodjes: klein, normaal en het SUPER broodje. De situatie waar wij ons in bevonden was het noodzakelijk om een SUPER broodje te bestellen. Eenmaal thuis aangekomen bleek niets minder waar. We hebben één pita broodje met een klein bakje shoarma gekregen. Het broodje was een welbekend pita broodje wat je voor 10 cent bij de Lidl kan kopen. Daarnaast kregen we er een uiterst mager bakje zalf erbij gekregen om het weg te spoelen. Concluderend raadt ik cafetaria Jeruzalem af! Mager eten, weinig zalf en broodjes van de Lidl voldeed niet aan de verwachtingen. Het bedrijf heeft veel verbeterpunten!

Super aardige mensen, heerlijk en eten optijd !!

Geweldige service , ruime porties heerlijke mix grill plus een aardige bezorger

De bezorger was weliswaar netjes rond de aangegeven tijd bij onze flat. Echter belde hij mij op en zei hij in zeer gebrekkig Nederlands (Engels sprak hij niet) dat hij niet wist hoe hij de flat binnen moest komen. Ik kreeg het niet voor elkaar om hem duidelijk te maken hoe de intercom werkte. Uiteindelijk maar naar beneden gelopen. De bezorger bood zijn excuses aan. Het eten zelf was heel matig, helaas. De kebab smaakte nog oké. De patat was heel erg slap. De kapsalon was niet veel bijzonders. Er zat bijna geen smaak aan. Al met al geen geweldige ervaring gehad, helaas.

Het was goed & lekker broodjes shoarma en andere schotel.

De beste shoarma van Delft met heerlijke knoflooksaus.

Heerlijke kip en shoarma schotels opgehaald. Alle 7 aanwezigen blij en tevreden. Prima!

Insofar ive tried 20ish kapsalons in Netherlands, and Jeruzalem is the best!

Op Uber eats mogen we niet een review achterlaten, dus dan maar hier. Ik weet niet of het een miscommunicatie is met Uber eats, maar ze bezorgen in 60-70 minuten ipv de 5-25 aangegeven in de app. De bestelling was niet volledig geleverd, de prijs/hoeveelheid&kwaliteit verhouding is niet redelijk voor de hoeveelheid kapsalon die je in een 11,- schotel verwacht en hoewel ik het wel lekker vond deelde de rest deze mening niet met me. "Het smaakt naar schoenzool, en Charlotte had geen eten"

Beste kapsalon gegeten in tijden.

Ik vind dat ze hele lekkere turse pizza's en kapsalons maken, spareribs waren ook best lekker. Heel vriendelijke mensen binnen ook kan fijn een praatje maken terwijl ik op mijn eten wacht.

Bestellen al jaren hier is gewoon de beste” een keer spareribs geprobeerd echt te lekker is een aanrader zoet!

Net 5 normale kapsalons besteld. Binnen 20 minuten waren ze bezorgd en allemaal waren ze van hoge kwaliteit. Niet teveel shoarma en genoeg knoflooksaus, precies in balans. Dit wordt onze vaste stack, zeker een aanrader!

Kwamen snel en netjes een nieuwe kapsalon brengen na een bestelling die verkeerd was. Top!

Als je er bent wordt het classy op een bord geserveerd. Daarnaast is het een goeie hap na een avondje(/nachtje) doorhelen en feesten.

Net bakje shoarma gehaald helemaal top

Zeer slechte eten niet te kauwen je krijgt bakje droog verbrand vlees en wat uien. Maar was wel zo vriendelijk om op nieuw eten te bezorgen om toch de klant tevreden houden. Ook All smaakt het eten echt niet maar Service is top Ik geef 3 ster voor service en begrip en vriendelijkheid maar 1 ster voor eten. Verder bezorger zeer vriendelijk en sociaal en de eigenaar of de telefoniste ook aardig maar kwa eten baken ze zeker niks van heel jammer.

Heerlijke runder donner, ook nauwelijks duurder dan kalfsvlees, zeer top Het enige wat echt zeer jammer is aan deze tent, is dat een medium donner box equivalent is aan 3 à 4 vorken aan prikken en je voor 4.50 zelfs minder dan een turkse pizsa krijgt aan voedsel. Voor een maagvuller, ga vooral *niet* naar deze tent..
