Delicious cheeseburger and the crunchiest french fries I've ever had. Easy parking outside. Easy to place the order and quick and professional service. Very satisfied.

Once on time, and the food was reasonably warm. Once an hour late, the food was cold. Once on time, but the food was cold. All in all, the food was cold.

We ordered for six people but were disappointed. All the fries were cold and very limp. The chicken wrap was also very limp and cold and didn't taste very fresh. In short: everyone was disappointed. You're better off going to McDonald's.

The food arrived on time, but the fries were so tough you needed a saw to cut through them. The burger wasn't very interesting, and that for such a premium price. I'd order somewhere else if I were you.

I've ordered and picked up food a few times. The food isn't bad, but they should be ashamed of themselves tearing through the neighborhood with their delivery van. Full throttle, screeching tires, driving through the neighborhood and past a playground with children playing. Irresponsible and life-threatening. For this reason alone, I don't order delivery.

Ordered twice, and once it didn't even arrive. The other time it took over two hours. The food is also really not exciting at all. So, I'll keep looking.

This review is purely about the driving behavior of the little Johnny's cars in the residential areas of Noordwijk. They drive like idiots through the streets where children play, and just now they took over the roundabout almost straight ahead near Albert Heijn, with screeching tires, practically on one wheel. How can you drive a promotional car like that? It's truly shameless and irresponsible. I've already gone into the store to report this, but nothing is being done about it. It's young men driving them.

It was good. The burger was tasty and looked good. Satisfaction.

Ordered a menu for 17.60 where I got twister fries which seemed like the last bit and had been refried more often and a burger with 1 piece of tomato, a little sauce, lettuce and chicken fillet. I thought it was quite meager for 17.60. The chicken was nice and tender but I didn't think the rest was worth my 17.60.

How do you guys even keep your heads above water with these consistent blunders? You could almost say that this chain only exists to launder money. I would take a look at other franchises to see how to train people, or close the franchise and find another job. Too pathetic for words

The amount of food is amazing for the price of the meals, and the food is by far the tastiest we've had since visiting Noordwijk. Thank you for such a good fast meal, my wrap was delicious!

I was really looking forward to having a nice burger with a friend, so we ordered a double cheeseburger, we waited, the delivery person arrived, very friendly, we opened the cheeseburger order, then no cheese on either burger, even though you assumed it would be a cheeseburger, and you called right away, then you were told that we were too busy to come by now, so just see how you arrange your cheese, and I opened my mouth. Finally, I came up with the neat solution to call back later and get an order refunded. Now I hope this happens.

The delivery person was here quickly, the food was still warm, there was no salt on the fries, paid for 2 sauces, unfortunately I didn't get them, the chicken nuggets were warm, nice and warm, next time I'll order somewhere else

A favorite place where we order burgers. They are always on time and the burgers are very tasty. The fries too.

I placed an order in the app Thuisbezorgd, and I was waiting for it patiently. It supposed to be delivered at 20:44 but it was never delivered. Around 21:30 status in the app changed to delivered when in the fact it’s not there!

(Chick&cheez) Just finished. I had a delicious, chicken dish and the waffle fries were very crispy! But the container of ketchup (€1) went all the way through the bag, so no ketchup :( but still delicious

First time ordering from this establishment but what a hopeless meal I received. (However, it arrived perfectly on time). A hamburger that is so dry that you can use it as shoe soles. Fries fried in (I think) old frying fat. But above all everything lukewarm/cold. Now I live about 7 minutes from this place. If you can't keep your stuff warm...don't deliver then I think. No unfortunately €28 ended up in the trash.

After 2 hours the food finally arrives, I'm normally not the worst, of course it can be a bit busy, but when the food arrives ice cold with a delivery person on the phone, I also think why is my food cold, I don't think it's because it's very busy

I just read that management would have changed as of October 1... well service is still crap! Didn't receive what I ordered (promo 1+1 free) and when you call it comes down to a shame, you have to go to Thuisbezorgd.nl. Not recommended!!! Home delivery was very friendly, but they don't bake burgers.... Addition: if I put the promo products in the basket twice, nothing was charged, I showed that to the delivery person and I also tried to make it clear on the telephone. So it is an error in the Thuisbezorgd.nl app, very annoying but not my fault. It would have been nice if they had listened and looked for a solution instead of passing the buck

The burgers were delicious, I recommend it to everyone

Food arrived after 3 hours and it was inedible

What incredibly bad service at this business in Noordwijk! I placed an order and even paid for delivery, but they then refuse to deliver it. When I contacted by phone I was treated in a very rude manner. The staff shouted at me on the phone, totally unacceptable! The worst part is that my children are now without food, while I simply paid for the meal and delivery. This business clearly takes no responsibility for their mistakes and simply leaves their customers out in the cold. I strongly discourage anyone from ever ordering from here. A terrible experience and absolutely no respect for their customers.

Every time you walk past the place, a pit smell hits your face, not normal, I think this fryer and extractor hood haven't been cleaned in ten years, so never eat here.

3 hours later. Called twice and they promised us free chicken tenders and our money back. None of that happened. The food eventually arrived and was ice cold. It was food we didn't even order. First time and never again. Actually zero stars..

THESE SMART GUYS HAVE REGISTERED THEMSELVES AT HOME DELIVERY AS A NEW RESTAURANT, SO ALL THE BAD REVIEWS HAVE DISAPPEARED AND THE REVIEWS ARE ZERO. Applies to 0'Tacos, Johnnys burgers and crick 'n crisp Noordwijk. Instead of hiding bad reviews, you should work on your service. Bunch of thieves. Ordered Ben and Jerry's ice cream via Uber Eats, but upon delivery it turned out that they did not have Ben and Jerry's at all. Called Johnny's Burger twice. The first time it would be refunded within two days and the second time after I didn't receive any money she would call Uber eats and call me back the same evening. Never heard anything again and lost more than 8 euros. I have never experienced this.

My order at "O'Tacos Noordwijk" took 45 minutes from the time I placed the order until the doorbell rang. This was within the stated delivery time on Tuisbezorgd nl. My order: 1 x O'Tacos Large Chicken cordon bleu, Chili Thai sauce. My order met what I expected. Judging from the included flyer, this is clearly intertwined with Johnny's BURGER. I have seen previous reviews and luckily I don't see any of that in my moment order and (car) delivery. The delivery lady was nice and helpful.

Ordered via uber eats. Upon arrival it turned out that my ben & jerries were not included. Called and they said it was an error by Uber Eats and that they had no ice, within 2 days I would get more than 8 euros back. Called again a week later. Would get a call back the same day from Johnny's employee because she was going to call Uber Eats. That was two weeks ago. Never heard anything again and no refund. This is simply deception and theft. By the way, I sometimes also find the other 5 star reviews special. For example, someone (perhaps Johnny himself) said that those lazy dogs who give bad reviews should pick it up themselves. Those 5 stars usually come across as aggressive and contrived. By the way, I missed the two orders for this sauce several times and a large fries were delivered special as a small fries without sauce.

Decided to cancel our order after we specified that they shouldn't. Totally disreputable business practice to do that. So annoyed at this company for their dishonesty. Do not order here!

TL;Dr; Charged us and just didn't deliver the food. We called to see what the payment method was because the Uber Eats app had a bug. We specifically said at the end of the call to "please not cancel the other" because we would call Uber Eats to fix it. An hour later or food is marked as delivered. No one is here. We called and they said they cancelled it and, apparently, just decided to mark it as delivered instead of being adults and marking it as cancelled on their own.

Scandalous! Placed an order at 7pm for delivery at 8:15pm. Finally, I called twice at 8:30 PM, at first there was no answer, but eventually I was told that the order would be there within 15 minutes. Then at 9:15 PM I called again twice about the case, but again there was no answer. Irritated, we get into the car to leave, but then we encounter the delivery people in the street. Unfortunately, after all that waiting, the food was also cold. Ridiculous.

Ordered at 7:56 PM via home delivery for O'tacos. Then waited 2 hours for the food, expected delivery time was 45 minutes. Waited for an hour and a half and then tried to call several times, no one answered. Food was cold and greasy when it arrived. Highly recommended, which is a shame because O'tacos is usually very tasty from other locations.

We ordered for delivery at 6pm and still haven't received our food at 8.30pm. Nobody tried to call us or anything like that. When we wanted to call to ask where the food was, the shop was already closed! Shame - the food was already paid for!!

De burgers zijn goed en ruime keuze alleen de zaak zelf is niet heel schoon.

Hier nu al een paar keer besteld, kwaliteit van eten blijft hetzelfde! Super lekker, vriendelijke bezorger. Sommige mensen verwachten soms dat het eten binnen 3 minuten voor de deur staat... maar ik had mijn eten lekker optijd binnen (20-30min). Iedereen kan het druk hebben. Tot de volgende bestelling!

Misschien was het net rustig toen ik om 18.00 uur bestelde, maar de burger was er binnen een half uur (stond 45 min voor) bezorging in Katwijk! Een hele vriendelijke jongen kwam hem brengen. Ondanks de lange rit was de burger nog net warm genoeg en de aardappelschijfjes goed warm. Alles smaakte prima. Uitstekende service, zeker een aanrader!

Normaliter erg goed en lekker. De laatste keer een uur te laat en koud eten.. We bestellen de komende tijd ergens anders. Wellicht in de loop van het jaar weer.

1 jaar geleden heel ontevreden met mijn bestelling geweest. Afgelopen woensdag 9/10/19 weer is geprobeerd en het was perfect. Burger dik in orde 200 gr met extra toppings, jalapeno cheesepops 7 stuks heerlijk. Me vrouwtje had een chicken wrap en patato wedges en van de wedges hebben we ruim met zijn 2en kunnen eten. Update Oktober 2020 GEEN JALAPENO CHEESEPOPS MEERR?? Dat word minder JB voor mij.

Als je Johnny’s niet lekker vind spring aub in een kuil

2 uur zitten wachten op het eten, na 1 uur en 15 minuten gebeld hoe het er voor staat. Waarop mij verteld wordt " 15 minuten staat hij voor de deur meneer". Dat werden er geen 15, maar nogmaals 45. Het eten is meestal lekker, al was daar met onze vorige bestelling ook nog wat over te zeggen. Maar met alle bijkomende zaken was dit voor ons de laatste keer.

Best burger I had in Holland, I recomend 200% 😉😉😀😆

Probably have tried everything that's on menu and I can simply say it's all deliciuos:) one super advantage of them is that every time you order home - you receive your food really hot !

Prijs kwaliteit verhoudingen kloppen niet echt. Voor het mooie veels te duur. 2 hamburgertjes en 2 patat met drinken voor €24,- is serieus veel geld voor wat je krijgt. Grote broodjes met een klein hamburgertje met een drupje saus en 1 schijfje tomaat. Kwaliteit is wel goed.

Top burger! Snelle bezorging, leuke bezorger. Eten qualitatief goed.

Ik heb net een lekkere cheese bacon burger op. Als je zelf op haalt maar 5 euro, en veel beter dan het restaurant met de gouden bogen.

Beim Reinkommen zunächst etwas verwundert über den Zustand, doch als die Burger kamen wurde man vom Gegenteil überzeugt. Die Burger waren sehr lecker. Das Fleisch war schön saftig, nicht zu trocken und die Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr nett. Fazit: Lasst euch nicht vom ersten Eindruck beeinflussen, denn ihr wisst nicht wie das Essen für euch persönlich schmeckt.
