Food was delivered lukewarm, frikandel was burst open, fries too salty, delivery was fast and nice delivery bike

Shaslick was dry and the warm meat sandwich... there was hardly any meat in it... will never order here again... it was not worth the 17 euros... so bad

I ordered here and paid €42 for two people. It took an hour and a half for delivery. I couldn't pay by card, which wasn't mentioned beforehand. The website said the delivery fee was €2.50, but the receipt suddenly showed €7.50. The half chicken also looked awful, and the fries weren't cooked properly; everything was rock hard. The container the half chicken was in had completely melted. The only good thing was that the milkshake was delicious.

I think the only thing this google rating saves is the number of people who give 5 stars without being critical. I haven't even eaten here yet, but I see enough pictures of raw food and enough reviews to not do it. There is a chance that this is a money laundering case, because I don't understand how this can continue to exist with such a bad rating haha.

Ordered a few snacks via home care. After an hour I called again. "Do you have a moment?".. after a few minutes finally someone on the line. Took at least another hour! Waiting 2 hours for a few snacks, what a service. So unfriendly on the phone too.

We ordered from Joop for a change. We read a lot of bad reviews here, but I used to come here as a little boy, so it was worth a try again. The fries tasted good and were warm. The cheese soufflé and croquettes were tasty, but I ordered a "normal" and kwekkeboom croquette and there was no indication as to which was which. Small detail. So; price quality is excellent. In terms of delivery, we were about to call (30 minutes after the stated time), when the delivery person arrived. I think he did a few wheelies along the way, because there was hardly any milkshake left in the cup. Fortunately packed in a waterproof bag. Service; 10 points, because after a short call (4 euros per shake) a new one was immediately promised and delivered.

After waiting 2 hours we got our food after calling 3 times and each time being told that it would take another 2 minutes, the chicken was tough, the frikandel was burnt and the fries with Döner were unedible, the fries were burnt and the döner was just sad (see the photo) once and never again here!!

When visiting family, we decided to order something from this snack bar via home delivery, which was not wise. After 2.5 hours a child of about 13/14 years old comes to deliver the food, the only thing the kid says is, you still have to pay (which had already been done online), he very indifferently puts the food in our hands and gets back on his bike. Super sweet and ready quickly, walked past it and 10 minutes later we were back home with warm and tasty fries. Our experience in the past was that we always had to check whether we had received everything, because that did not always go well, but now we don't have to do that! Fine👌🏻

Absolutely scandalous company, average delivery time on the website is 25 minutes. Called an hour after ordering, answer: they are working on it now. Called again an hour later, it turns out that they still have to start on it. Two and a half hours later and still nothing, no food. Know what you're getting into when you order here.

Terrible store. I am very dissatisfied with the food there, I ordered a doner, but instead they gave me some kind of meat salad, when I ordered meat on a stick there was a lot of paprika, it was impossible to eat. When I ordered a burger, it was like lego, it was spread out and very hot, it was impossible to eat it, when you take a bite, half of it just falls right onto your clothes. Also, the photographs on TV do not correspond to reality, the photographs seem to be simply from the Internet, and the burgers are prepared based on these photographs, which turns out extremely poorly. I also have complaints about the fries, I ordered large fries with ketchup, but they just took it and poured it right on the potatoes, which made it simply impossible to eat. It's a pity that I spent so much money here.

Someone already said here that one star was still too many. Today's order indeed gets one star too many. Order at 6:30 PM for delivery and receive the message that the preparation time is 45 minutes. Just call again at 7:45 PM to find out it hasn't arrived yet. The lady on the phone said it would take fifteen minutes. 35 minutes after the call, we call again to come pick it up ourselves, because it's taking too long now. Called at least 10 times but was pushed away almost every time, quite antisocial. Once it arrived it was ready within 10 minutes, only one chip shop was on and the apology given but with an attitude that you can't believe the sincerity. When we got home with dinner, the hogweed was missing the satay and just forgot one small fries. You wait almost two hours for that. Don't be quick to say it, but never this place again. It was fine under the previous owner, but the current ones clearly don't know what they are doing. Worthless!

Heerlijke aparte snacks uit eigen keuken. Onze favorieten 'half maantje', 'spekkie' en de bitterballen. Verkopen ook Raspatat. Prijzen jammer genoeg absurd gestegen, hopelijk zakt dit snel, want iedereen moet van Joop's lekkernijen kunnen genieten. Parkeerplaatsen op loopafstand. Goed toegankelijk. Bezorgen ook. 👍🏻

Vriendelijke bediening, patat was perfect gebakken en snacks waren lekker.

De patat was heerlijk goed doorgebakken

Hebben 2,5 uur gewacht op het eten. De patat was lauw en slap, ook niet lekker gekruid. De snackjes waren lauw maar wel lekker.

Heerlijk zelfgemaakte snacks en vriendelijke bediening. Rond 23.30 uur kwamen we terug van een voetbalwedstrijd en was het vet al uit. Hij zette het vet weer aan en bakte met veel plezier onze bestelling. Omdat het zo gezellig was kregen we zelfs wat gratis. We hebben heerlijk gesnackt.

Besteld via thuisbezorgd. Er werd aangegeven dat de bestelling in 25 tot 50 minuten zou komen. We hebben 1 uur en 45 minuten gewacht. En toen het uiteindelijk kwam was het eten zo goed als koud.

Uur op de bestelling zitten wachten en toen ik daarna belde waren ze hem pas aan het inpakken. Eten zelf is prima, maar wel aan de lauwe kant. Er zijn betere alternatieven in Kampen.
