Jorisbrood in Veluwse Poort

Someone I know said, Jorisbrood has the best croissants, and she is right. But also the sourdough bread. Finally real bread instead of thin limp slices. I had not discovered this yet but now I am converted!

Beautiful, quietly located bakery with the option of eating a fresh sandwich with varied toppings, for example. The coffee was delicious and the people more than friendly.

Had a whole morning meeting at Jorisbrood during work. It was so well taken care of with delicious fresh, organic products in a nice environment, the bakery. A home-made coffee sandwich, a nice wide choice of lunch, which consisted of various sandwiches. Please note that the meeting room has a staircase and no elevator, so it is not easily accessible for the disabled.

What a nice place for a team meeting. Above the bakery, so you understand what wonderful smells emerged. Service excellent and food really tasty!

Good food and nice coffee! It is a nice spot, nice to land before or after a walk in the woods. It is also ideal that you can park practically in front of the door. A few points that I think could be improved: - Staff could really be more proactive. There were six girls behind the counter and they had no idea what was going on at which table. When our food was brought, we were not asked if we wanted anything to drink. It's a small thing, but in my opinion it is an important part of good service. - Cutlery is placed in a pot on tables as standard. No napkins. That always looks a bit lazy. I would say: serve the cutlery with a sandwich, including cutlery. So dots. We will definitely come back! :)

Best bread and patisserie in Ede and the surrounding area. Very nice atmosphere and nice people! There is also a very nice wine locally next to the bakery.

Unbelievable, when unpacking the cake turns out to be upside down in the box, I heard an oops while she was working on it. Rude The taste is good by the way.

Joris normally has delicious bread; Michelin 3*** quality bread - worth the trip in Michelin terms. Literally drove half an hour today to stop by and get some bread, arrival time 12:45, no more bread, everything gone; 3 employees in the service, 2 bakers at work, but apparently no one knows anything about planning? What a shame!

Nice place, also for meetings. Only a well-functioning air conditioning would be nice. In the summer, long meetings are not an option.

Meeting place or community center of the former Malife Barracks site Ede. Best croissants in the region, if you come early they are still warm inside!

Absolutely fantastic: great location, nice appearance of the interior + staff, delicious coffee and especially great bread! The only point for improvement would be longer opening hours (open more days), then we will visit you more often!

Erg leuke winkel, ambachtelijke producten, behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel.

Bakker in de mooiste buurt van Ede. Lekker natuurlijk brood, maar ook goede koffie, taartjes of lekker lunch kun je hier genieten. Worden ook vaak leuke (buurt) activiteiten georganiseerd. Top tent!

Ze waren al druk met opruimen, omdat het brood was uitverkocht. Maar vol zorg kregen we toch lekkere cappuccino en latte, met extra stukje koek erbij, vanwege een jarige in ons midden.

Heerlijke koffie gedronken. Lekker soepje erbij. Aardige mensen. Prima plekje om even te genieten.

Here for a days meeting outside of workplace. Really nice meeting area above bakery, lovely coffie and lunch. For me personally, i need chairs with better support, but hey, the world isnt perfect.

Jorisbrood is geweldig: heerlijk ambachtelijk bio brood, gebak, zoete lekkernijen, pizza's om thuis af te bakken van zuurdesembrood en vele andere producten. Zowel binnen als buiten terrassen. Prima te doen met gluten- of lactosevrij. Vriendelijk en bekwaam personeel. Een plek om steeds naar terug te keren wanneer in Ede!

Mooi en eerlijk brood voor een 'lekkere' prijs. 'Prijskopen' is voor de supermarkt én zónder liefde.

Altijd erg vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk brood en koffie en ook keuze uit enkele streekproducten zoals eieren en honing. Honden zijn welkom en gelegen vlakbij natuurgebied Sysselt en de Ginkelse Heide

De laatste twee maanden was dit mijn tweede huis en was ik er bijna iedere dag. Ambachtelijk en met liefde gemaakt brood, pastries en heerlijke koffie. Leuk om te kunnen zien hoe het brood met de hand wordt gemaakt door bakker Joris himself. Na dit brood en m’n de ongelofelijk lekkere krenten bolletjes zal het moeilijk zijn weer terug te moeten keren naar Dubai en het gewone leven. Dank aan het vriendelijke en gastvrije team van Jorisbrood!

Schönes kleines Bistro in dem frisch gebacken wird und man die Auswahl zwischen verschiedenen kleinen Mahlzeiten hat. Die Preise könnten etwas niedriger sein. Ansonsten kann man dort aber in schöner Atmosphäre gut sitzen, arbeiten, sich treffen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Heerlijk brood (en andere dingen)! Maar ook als je een stukje aan het wandelen bent is dit een mooi plekje om even wat te drinken... met wat lekkers. Voor iets van Jorisbrood kun je me 's nachts wakker maken!

Lekkere belegde broodjes en vriendelijk personeel! Goede lunchplek. Alleen onhandig dat we roomboter kregen bij een expliciete vraag om veganistische soep.

Beste bakker van NL wat mij betreft. Uitstekend brood, prachtige zaak in een oude militaire paardenstal en je kan er lekker buiten zitten ( en ook binnen). Naast brood ook zeer smakelijke zoetigheden.
