A gem in Breda, with a wonderful selection to choose from, a great location, and excellent service. Four of us enjoyed a wine and beer tasting. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommended for everyone.

In one word great🥳 delicious food and a nice atmosphere to sit. We were served by a sweet and knowledgeable young man, who really radiated that he was having a great time. We also took some goodies from the shop in the store. A big 10

Delicious tea and cheese tasting at Latour. Highly recommended! Only disadvantage: I think the toilet can only be reached by stairs to a basement. How should this be done for the disabled?

Cozy place , friendly staff , many options for a snack or a cold/warm sandwich. It is also a shop so you can get cheese/charcuterie/snacks to go

Had a divine lunch here with my wife. What a gem of Breda, this business! I had a warm ham sandwich and my wife had a hot chicken sandwich. We both had a bottle of delicious red wine and water. Man oh man, the sandwiches were perfectly prepared. Really delicious! Very tasty. Just like the red wine. Top. After lunch we had a coffee with a slice of apple pie. This apple pie was so deliciously moist, amazing. Truly the best apple pie in a long time! After paying, we walked into the shop. You can buy cheeses, wines and all the accessories for a great cheese board. After first taking a look at the underground wine cellar, we did this. For a very friendly price too! And we had a nice drink here in the evening. Latour really offers a fantastic overall picture. We have already discussed with friends about doing their wine tasting with snacks (the 'Lurken and Corks') soon. See it now! And hopefully we will be sitting in the wine cellar among the wines, because there were nice seats for something like that. Highly recommended!

Ordered a roast beef sandwich to-go, the sandwich was fine but not special, and a lot of money (€8) for a brown sandwich of less than 15 cm

Holy moly. We stopped by here for a late lunch and thought we would first choose a quick sandwich. Then we discovered that we could also have a cheese and meat board put together. We were allowed to give some guidelines and fifteen minutes later a delicious cheese and meat board was on our table. Yommy! That truffle salami! And that delicious cheese with caramelized nuts! And that language! And so many more goodies. We had a delicious sauvignon blanc with that. And the leftover cheese was neatly packed and could be taken home. So everything is in order at Latour!!!

8 euros for literally a bottle of rosé is absurd. Price-quality is completely out of balance. Staff absolutely friendly. I think it has gone to the owner's head that he has something special to offer, but not so

Lovely terrace to sit on when the sun is shining. Delicious sandwiches and salads. Also a nice shop with a delicious range if you want to take something tasty with you at home.

Very nice wine and cheese store with a lunch restaurant. Their sandwich smoske is the best. Unfortunately pricing have increased recently and portions are decreased.

I got sandwiches from Latour in the afternoon. There was no egg on the martino sandwich and there was no truffle mayonnaise on the roast beef carpaccio sandwiches. We only found out about this at home, which is a shame

Very friendly and helpful staff. I came by with a friend who doesn't like or know much about cheese, especially young soft cheeses or hard aged cheeses, but no funky cheeses. Suggestions were made and they were all tasty. Wine was also very tasty. We will definitely come back again. Recommended for a drink or instead of dining, just enjoy a long meal after shopping! The homemade cheese salad is highly recommended.

Latour scores very well for me in terms of food, atmosphere and service. What really strikes me (I am a regular visitor) is that the upholstery of the furniture immediately after the 2nd door on the left is extremely worn. Once you notice it, you can't ignore it anymore. Tip; If there are means to refresh or replace that furniture. Doing!

Opted for high tea together with a friend. Best high tea ever! (if you like savory) the only sweet thing was the potato pie in glass with whipped cream. The rest were very tasty homemade salads, tomato soup, crispy bread, delicious salad, very tasty cheeses and various fresh teas. You can really taste that this is quality food! We actually saw it as a big extended lunch. It was more than enough food and we even had leftovers as much as we liked it. The only thing we had to get used to was drinking tea from wine glasses. We received friendly service from the staff all the time and the atmosphere is cozy (also nice that there is a real wine cellar downstairs). We will definitely come back!

Intimate place with beautiful cheeses and beautiful wines. We can definitely recommend the Big 5, with a selection of their beautiful products. You see the love and pride for those products in the staff. This is a warm recommendation.

Leuk personeel! Gezellig en spontaan. Goede gevarieerde broodjes met genoeg vegetarische keuzes (die ook nog eens heerlijk zijn)!

Smakelijke lunch, maar zeer kleine hoeveelheid voor de prijs. Zeer attente en vriendelijke bediening.

Knus, gezellig, Vriendelijk personeel. Knus terrasje. Lekkere verse jus d'orange. Personeel komt wel erg vaak vragen of je nog iets nodig hebt. Op zich prettig natuurlijk maar toen wij er waren was het echt teveel.

Wat een heerlijke plek is dit! Super lekkere en goed belegde broodjes, de wijntjes smaken naar meer én je kunt er de lekkerste borrelplanken van Breda bestellen. De 5 sterren meer dan waard.

Mooie koffie. Simpel maar lekker broodje. Prima espresso na. Vriendelijke en behulpzame bediening. Wel aanwezig maar niet opdringerig. Al met al een prima lunchervaring!

Wijnproeferij in de kelder. Leuk met enthousiaste bediening. Maar moet dat nou € 1,50 extra rekenen voor een paar stukjes extra stokbrood? Daar doe je jezelf tekort mee qua mate van aanbeveling.

Lekkere hapjes, goede wijnen en vooral super leuk geserveerd. Aanrader!

Enorm leuke wijnproeverij “Lurken & Kurken” gehad. Je wordt vriendelijk ontvangen door het personeel met de boodschap dat ze bij je komen en alles gaan regelen. Dat maken ze vervolgens ook waar, binnen de kortste keren staan de hapjes, brood, glazen en een karaf water op tafel. De wijnen worden aan tafel ingeschonken met uitleg over waar de wijn vandaan komt, welke smaken en geuren daarbij komen kijken en hoe de wijn gerijpt wordt. Ook wordt uitgelegd welk hapje daarbij past en waarom dat zo is. In alle rust hebben wij een ruime twee uur heerlijk genoten van al het lekkers wat ons geserveerd is. Aanrader voor in Breda! 🍷🍇

Een zeer goed verzorgde lunch mogen gebruiken in de wijnkelder. De bediening en service was perfect en het eten lekker en uitgebreid.

Prima lunchgelegenheid en wijnwinkel. Bieden niet alleen een bovengemiddelde keuze aan goede wijnen, maar de bediening heeft er ook verstand van. Dat mag ook wel 'ns in de krant, so to speak.

Latour heeft een nieuwe eigenaar. Ze heeft een cruciale verandering doorgevoerd. De kwaliteit van het aanbod is nog steeds top maar het tempo waarin de smaakvolle (smaak en opmaak) komt overeen met wat de hedendaagse consument graag ziet. Ook de bediening is vlot en vriendelijk. Voor iedere bezoeker van Breda (en iedere Bredanaar ☺️) is een broodje van Latour een must. Absolute aanrader voor kaasliefhebbers is de kaassalade. Just enjoy!
