Folks, I order chapli kebab. I then get dry sumac kebab that my aunt makes. My sister orders it because chapli kebab is either in Utrecht or in the bazaar. Well both is difficult for me. So as a surprise she orders it and it is taken. Then I call this company and say that I will get it 3 hours later and they laugh about it and act nonchalant but admit that it is a wrong order. And that it's only 20 euros and they don't understand that I'm being difficult. Apparently never seen a pregnant woman. I say I just want chapli. And he wants this dry kebab back. How am I supposed to get this back there? Well, I text him this photo and indicate that the review is already on Google. And that I don't need anything more from there, and people please trust me, this is really honest!!!! And they would have been better off putting those 8 pieces of fries in their own stomach, or for orders worth 1000 euros, because apparently they count more. HARAM. Earning money is not easy and do it honestly.

I advise this company to really stop cutting back so much by adding so much water to all sauces! That butter chicken was really gross. The sauce itself was very light pink while I am used to red and the chicken was white and almost raw.

The price is very reasonable. The good quantity is very generous. Three quality and taste of food is AMAZING. I got biryani, qabali palao, chapali kabab and the Afghani ice-cream. I enjoyed each of these dishes with my kids. They loved it too. Authentic Afghani food with lovely service. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Best Turkish pizza ever! It's also cheap and really tasty

The place used to have much better taste and fresh kebab. Its prepared frozen kebab now. Taste is fare below what it was before.. rice portion is good, rather big. Im disappointed coz of this fast minded quality and much less taste.

Tasty fresh food. Too bad so many people post bad reviews. They make your food fresh, so it makes sense that you have to wait a little longer.

Worst food ever, way too expensive and I have never eaten so bad. Whole plate is stuffed with bad rice and the kebab is dry, oily and meat is old.

For a snack bar, it's really good food! But if you are looking for a "real" restaurant then this will be disappointing. In any case, I enjoyed it.

Really means nothing. Get a plate three-quarters filled with rice and some meat and nothing else, really very sparse, not normal. Pay €25 for 2 plates🤦. I'm sure more than half won't come back

A place for quick sandwiches...it also serves Middle Eastern falafel and serves ice cream

Had a takeaway of Chicken Tikka and Lamb Biriyani and I must say it WAS FREAKING AMAZING!!! The pieces of meat were tender and spice combination was marvelous. I would strongly recommend this eatery for all the folks from the subcontinent. This small humble restaurant is truly an oasis of flavors in a desert.

Authentic Afghan dishes and tastes very nice. Prices are relatively low compare to other restaurants in city center. Good for take away but not for dine in, since the restaurant is small.

Rich culture of delicious food and the Kabuli Palaw is highly recommended, tried the recipe at home and successfully even tastier, yes you read that right! When I'm hungry and don't feel like cooking, I just drop by Kabul Foods

Best Afghani food in the city. My Afghan best friend already told me it was the best. But it sure is. Don't pay attention to the styling, there is none. Mantu, bread and Ashak could eat every day.

A gem in the ugly delicious category; The interior of the place doesn't look like much, but that doesn't matter because the food is delicious! Try the qabuli palaw, the mantu, the bolani or, for example, the chicken biryani. The portions are large and not expensive, highly recommended

Good food. I got the ashak (vegetarian) and baklava, I really enjoyed my meal. Was a 30 minute walk-in but for me it was worth it.

I hadn't read about the recession. I ate here and was very ill for 2 days with severe stomach cramps and today my intestines are back on track. I think the recession response from the "Cook use fresh" was posted by themselves. I recommend never going here and I will never go there again! It might be useful for the inspectorate to raid there. Because it is not fresh, apparently they store the food for too long and everything is expired. I advise against and hopefully these places that only make you sick will close soon NEVER EVER GO HERE!

Very tasty food too. I had the Chicken Biryani (only 5.99!) the location is also great, this is a nice part of Utrecht with all the activity, on this part there is a hairdresser, a supermarket and Kabul Foods. This time it was takeaway, but I will definitely go there for an hour to try other dishes!

Different than 'usual'. Cheap it is. More for takeaway cuz u van hardly eat inside. But i did expect more quality.

Everything fresh and very cheap every day. The interior is not necessarily cozy, but you are still comfortable there.

Sambosa tastes like bolani. Chatni is water. Kabuli palaw does not taste fresh. This is a poor representation of Afghan food. I won't be back there again, that was the last time.

Highly recommended. This man is a chef through and through and only works with fresh ingredients. The tastiest Mantou I have ever eaten and for only 7 euros. A gem in Lombok!
