The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. As for the food, it's pretty darn good sushi, always tastes fresh and well prepared, with plenty of options and appetizers, the price is more than fair for the quality.

Sushi with gray fish... they buy their fish from a company that only sells frozen fish. Not suitable for sushi, so I'm afraid I got food poisoning too. I didn't get my money back, which is a shame.

The order arrived a good 35 minutes late, even though it was made well in advance. So that was already a drawback. The noodles I ordered weren't particularly tasty either, a bit too greasy in my opinion; the grease already spoiled the flavor.

The noodles were completely flavorless, despite the sauce. We also ordered tofu, but received spongy soy protein chunks… Very disappointed.

Ordering from Kasumi since one year and never disappointed. Always on time and they do pay attention to your notes. Thanks.

Never order at this place ! Instead of 30 minutes it took 2 hours to deliver their horrible and not tasty food. Hope my review will stop someone from ordering at this place 🙏🏾

Good portions per price, and good sushi

Very bad; Ordered 2 dishes yesterday 1)Chiken Teriyaki: pieces of chicken in teriyaki sauce without vegetables or anything, the white rice was very hard. 2) Beef Tokyo: noodles were too soft, stuck together and you had to look for the beef pieces and no taste at all. What a disappointment, very unfortunate. I will never order food here again, wasted money. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures.

I have ordered regularly from this restaurant since 2018.. It tastes really good and has never been a problem with the delivery. Until recently. Similar complaints from other users, ordered via thuisbezorgd.nl. After 1.5 hours of waiting for my food (calls to restaurants are not picked up), the deliverer comes to my doorstep and give me the food, i took the food from him without saying anything. When Im about to close the door, he yells asking me not to order from their restaurants anymore. Shocked to this response, I opened the door again to apologize to the deliverer if i have made any offense against him. So if you would like to get your sushi/wok within 2 hours and the chance to train your patience during your hungerness, you've chosen the right place!

Previously always good, but quality is deteriorating. Today was a low point with a late delivery and they did not answer the phone after calling several times. Then I drove there myself (took me about 1 minute by car), where she claimed that the delivery person had just left. Decided not to leave until I understood from my colleagues that the food had been delivered, which took at least 20 minutes (and the customers in the store told me that they had already left at least 15 minutes ago). There was also no one who could call the delivery service where it was located, as they said they had only left with my order. Customer friendliness in the store itself is substandard, for me it was the last time we ordered here. No one else is interested in what the customer thinks, no excuses or anything like that. just irritated behavior.

It tastes terrible. Really, it tastes terrible. The beef tastes like blood, and the noodles are as sweet as dessert. The fried rice smelled so bad that I vomited. I really vomited, not an adjective. very disgusting food, bad-tasted beef, spoiled fried rice, I puked after eating.

The order arrived later than planned due to the crowds, but this was communicated by telephone, which was nice. The sushi was super delicious! Highly recommended. Nice that chopsticks were included. Unfortunately, they had forgotten the vegetarian spring rolls, but after calling later (it was annoying that they were not immediately available, also due to crowds?) they came to make up for it. 4 stars for the sushi and the effort! Next time I'll add the veggie spring rolls and there will be 5 :)

If you are craving for sushi and love a fried sushi this is the place.Their tempura sushi is best.wok is not so great

Ordered tofu, got soyabean chunk.. also wired vegetables and tasteless garbage which I had to throw in the bin. Worst experience. With no sauce and no salt. Do not order in during closing time. They will cheat you like anything.

Ordered food via Thuisbezorgd. Paid, but never delivered. Even though the restaurant indicated that the order was ready/on its way and even delivered. Now pizza in the oven.

If you want to eat sushi or noodles in Amstelveen, Kasumi is the best. Their noodles are always freshly prepared in front of you, just like the sushi. Why I like their sushi so much is because the rice is always lukewarm, as it should be. Highly recommended.

Sushi was okay (3 stars; a bit loosely rolled, wasabi a bit dry), service was better; order was earlier than stated (about 45 minutes). I requested that chopsticks and napkins be left out and that it be put in as few containers as possible; nicely done!

Ordered food at 5:00 PM with delivery time of 6:00 PM, still not received at half past eight and have already tried to call 8 times but there is no answer. Their website says open today from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM and I also received a confirmation of my order. Still nothing received at 8:00 PM. Then we ordered food elsewhere because we don't know if anything will come. And that was a good thing because nothing was ever delivered, despite the fact that they are open according to their own website, we were never able to reach anyone. Unfortunately, this was not our first bad delivery experience with Kasumi.

Acabamos de pedir aquí. Eso era repugnante. Los fritos estaban empapados en grasa. El sushi estaba pegajoso por el lado equivocado y la temperatura ambiente. El pez no se veía fresco. El gusto fue asombroso. Todo terminó en el cubo de basura. Ahora tengo que cocinarme con lo que pude encontrar en el frigorífico. Por cierto, tampoco era barato. No comas ni pidas nada aquí.

Ordered food at 5:45 PM, and after an hour it had not been delivered, I called the store and said it was on its way. At 8:15 PM we finally arrived at my house (they certainly still had to catch the fish), and in the meantime I ate some sandwiches. The delivery person said that I would get a discount for the next order because it had taken so long, but after all that waiting I will certainly not order food from this place again.

Staff is uninspired and messy. Delivery seems a higher priority than people in the store, which provides awkward waiting moments. They do deliver fast service when they get to you and the concept guarantees a consistent quality. Don't go for the sushi, but take the rice or noodles. They do offer nice kroepoek at the counter.

great tent! However, I think the price-quality ratio is a bit less. Spending a little more for sushi every now and then should be possible :) PS: The Dragon Roll is one you really shouldn't miss, it is divinely delicious!

He pedido comida para llevar y entrega tanto de Kasumi y la comida ha sido muy buena. El menú es grande y bonita, y hay un montón de cosas para elegir. Varios tipos de sushi. Comida en particular no es muy sosa, aunque algunos platos son un poco soso, pero eso es normal para los restaurantes típicos en Europa. La comida también es un precio decente y el tamaño de la porción es también bastante bien. El personal del mostrador es muy agradable. Este es sólo un restaurante o llevar comida. entrega Pruébalo y no te decepcionará.

Food is reasonable. But service is hard to find. If you order, they can be there in 20 minutes. But if the order is once again incomplete, it is apparently very difficult to deliver something quickly. And when you pick up the phone to ask about this, you get all kinds of excuses. Great food, but the question is whether you get what you pay for. The staff's mentality is not okay.

This place does delivery and take away only. Had some great Vietnamese Summer Rolls and Beef Noodles, which will be cooked to order on a genuine Wok with enormous flame.

Ordered once. I didn't liked the food but delivery was good and price range was also attractive.
