Very good food, nice atmosphere, extremely friendly staff. There's nothing to complain about.

We started our day at Kek with delicious cappuccino, hot chocolate and carrot cake. The atmosphere is good and the staff helped us in a friendly manner. It is definitely recommended!

One of my favorite spots in Delft, especially for its interior design and cozy atmosphere! 🌿 It gets quite busy during weekend brunch hours, so finding a table can be tricky — but if you do, it’s totally worth it. On sunny days, sitting by the window or at one of the outdoor tables is a real treat; it’s the perfect place to people-watch and soak in the vibe. ☺️☀️ I also really enjoy their healthy food options and coffee. I’ve heard great things about their desserts too — looking forward to trying them soon!

We had coffee, a vegan vbite and a bounty. The vagan bite was amazing, perfect for people that likes desserts with fruit. Bounty was also nice. We also loved the butter cookie that came with the coffee, it is delicious. The service was nice as well.

We had a lunch in this wonderful hipster restaurant. I had carpaccio sandwich which was delicious! Food is reasonably priced and the young staff was friendly. Note: This restaurant is mostly vegetarian and they do not serve beer or wine.

Nice atmosphere inside, brownie was very tasty. We had chai latte and it was very tasty only there was a lot of herbs or something at the bottom which made it taste a bit sandy.

This is a lunch spot that I would like to come to Delft for again. We had already found this lunch spot independently in advance via Google and it was also recommended to us by someone who lives nearby. It's just down the street from our overnight stay, so that's also easy. Because I had already ordered a sweet caramel Latte decaf, I decided to have something savory for lunch. I went for a carpaccio sandwich, this was a really good choice. I recommend this to everyone! This sandwich can also be ordered as a salad, like most sandwiches here. It is very nicely decorated. There are tables where you can sit, but also benches. There is a juice bar at the beginning of the restaurant, so you can also order various fresh juices. There is also a small stand where you can buy the water bottles that are also on the table and other things. It's a shame that we only had lunch here on the last day of our weekend away. I would have loved to go here again. 1) Terrible! I don't recommend it, I will never come back! 2) Too bad, below my expectations, I won't come again. 3) Ok, nothing wrong with that, but nothing special, nice for once. 4) Fine, worth coming back. 5) Excellent! I recommend, I will definitely come back!

Very nice, popular and busy coffee shop with savory options too. According to my wife, they have the best Chai latté she has ever had: the home-made version with a homemade Chai mixture. The second time we each had a chai, we found it too strong in taste, probably because there were too many herbs in the jar. The apple pie was tasty but wouldn't win any competitions.

Cozy place with super tasty food, good coffee, a nice atmosphere and nice service. If I lived in Delft, I would definitely visit more often!

Fast service, delicious food and always pleasant

Excellent service, always fast and friendly. Anyone who asks for oat milk will also receive a vegan cookie with their coffee by default. And if you don't like sugar on top, you get tasty berries instead of cookies. Top!

Whenever we are near Delft, we like to go to KEK! The special coffees are a real treat and the oatmeal on the menu is also great! A large team of enthusiastic colleagues works there and the business itself also looks nice. There is often a line outside on weekends, but because they are located on a beautiful canal, waiting is not a punishment!

I came to this brunch spot due to the recommendations in tiktok. I ordered BLTA and Pumpkin spice latte. The BLTA was tasty with rich and fresh ingredients. Pumpkin spice was perfect. My friend ordered Golden Almond latte and Carpaccio sandwich. The golden Almond latte was not for everyone - we weren’t very fond of it, however, she liked her sandwich. Service was perfect with kind staff and great presentation. Atmosphere was cozy with the view of Delft canals. Would recommend this place to a friend if they visit this lovely city.

Very good coffee and delicious apple crumble pie

I've heard about KEK many times and so had lunch for the first time today with high expectations. 15 minutes waiting time. The food was delicious (sweet potato waffles) and it was served very nicely. We were in the front section and it is very chilly there because the door is always kept open when addressing waiting people. This caused you to sit uncomfortably with your focus on the door and the hope that it was not open for too long. I also found the interior a bit dingy (toilet door sticky, etc.). Perhaps due to high expectations, but despite the delicious food it was not entirely satisfactory.

Super cozy place to have a coffee and you have also come to the right place for breakfast/brunch/lunch.

Kek is unique in terms of taste, atmosphere and service. The Cinnamon bun and the Apple Crumble brought goosebumps to my soul. So tasty! Kek is extremely popular because you have to wait outside before you can enter. The wait is more than worth it. If you are in Delft you must see and taste Kek. The staff and owner put passion, love and joy into their food!

Nice restaurant with a great breakfast We had homemade bread with avocado and pancakes for breakfast. Both very tasty and very nicely prepared.

For me, Kek is worth a 10 and is the best vegetarian restaurant in Delft! I enjoy coming here for dinner or drinks every week. The coffee bar is attractive and the service is quick and friendly.

The Asian Tempeh Salad Bowl - omg - I think the most delish thing I’ve ever had for brunch… every flavour note is there … sweet, salt, sour, savoury, it’s got marinaded tempeh which is VERY flavourful, kimchi, red and yellow cherry tomatoes salad, sprouted seeds, toasted seeds. And then the sweet potato and cheddar waffles - again savoury but also a little sweet - and very satisfying!! Every drink has a little spicy cake served with it on the side. Lovely cheerful service from the staff Decor a beautiful colourful relaxing space - it was very busy so we sat on the comfy sofas at the back - but no complaints.

We settled down last week with our two young children. Very friendly welcome and a high chair and stroller no problem! Delicious food, what a pleasant and cozy stay this was. We will definitely come back when we visit Delft again, pleasantly surprised, thanks!

The coffee is good, but the food is pricey (15.50 for a sandwich). The place was full, we had to wait outside until there was room.

It is a very cute place that you can have a brunch in Delft ! Their menu is rich and satisfying. We tried different kinds of food and all of them were delicious. The appearance of the food was also appetizing. We will come back again

One of many redundant coffee bars in Delft where regular coffee is a watery brew with brown spots floating on it served with tuthola butter biscuit pieces to dispel the taste.

What a wonderful place. Ideal for a coffee moment (recommended the red velvet latte). They also have fresh juices and delicious sandwiches. Views of the canals of Delft, what more could you want? You get great service with a smile for free.

Tempeh sandwich was very interesting and so tasty, and smoothie bowl very satisfying. Straight shot of espresso was pulled expertly. Carrot cake was fine, but not amazing like the rest. Environment fetching as well. Too bad we were in Delft only for the day!

I happened to drop by here today. The atmosphere is great, nice and cozy, attractively lit. The waitresses know what they are talking about, fast, accurate and customer-friendly. For me a big 8. See the photos of the dishes for yourself.

Kek is a must-try place. Nice location, friendly and efficient staff. I highly recommend the apple and carrot cake. Furthermore, the cheesecakes are also worth mentioning. Juices are made with various fruits and vegetables instead of industrial products. The products are of quality. The price is absolutely honest. Congratulations for everything.

Super friendly oasis of well-being. The first thing we were given without asking was a bottle of tap water and two glasses - what friendly service. The waitress quickly brought us English menus and the sweet potato waffles we ordered didn't take long to arrive: a real treat! We could have stayed for hours – a real tip.

I don’t know about the food but the brownie I ate here was just the worst - dry and impossible to bite/eat with fork. Latte also was very disappointing. I know they have some gluten free options for lunch, and good looking not gluten free cakes which I haven’t tried, but I’ll give 3 stars only because of that.

My favourite cafe and breakfast place in Delft! Normally it is really crowded and I would advise you if it’s weekend ,come early in the morning :) amazing waffles, carrot cake and carpaccio sandwich! I have come here so many times of the past that I have tried most things from the menu and I was never disappointed. The previous weekend we also tried the pancakes and the cheesecake and both were very tasty! The coffee is also super nice and they accompany it with butter cookie:) ! The service is the nicer service I have seen in cafes in the Netherlands! Super friendly and social! Definitely recommend it!!!

Super nice spot for lunch! Everything about the food was freshly prepared and very tasty, most of the main courses are around €15, which is completely normal. The service was helpful and friendly, the atmosphere was cozy and you get tap water brought straight to your table!

Had lunch with a friend, nice and very busy place. beautiful sunny so it was very busy, after 15 minutes of waiting we were assigned a table. Had a nice smoothie bowl, it was good and not too cold and also topped with fresh fruit. and had a chai latte, which was also tasty, not too sweet, and you can try different milk options if you would like.

We had lunch here and what a cute place to sit and eat. Great atmosphere and feels nice and homely and cheerful. Friendly staff, good coffee and I loved the lunch menu. Definitely recommend the sweet potato waffles.

I would honestly not recommend this place. It is way overpriced for the food you get. Even though their coffee is really good, the food portions and quality are questionable. Starting off, we got the pumpkin shakshuka for 14€ which came with HALF an egg and one spoon of yogurt (you can see in the pictures that the dish is as big as a half an egg). We also ordered the vegan BLT for 15€, which was almost inedible. It had this crust around that tasted like the cheese that is stuck in your toaster. Additionally, the bread and the dish in general was very difficult and uncomfortable to eat. Lastly, we ordered the pancakes that were very small. Overall, I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant and their coffee was good but I would not recommend going there if you’re looking for something worth your money.

Lovely place to have a nice lunch or breakfast or just have a coffee and something tasty to eat. There is something for everyone, but especially a lot of vegetarian/vegan options, very nice! The service is extremely friendly and shows initiative, including by replacing the butter cake with our coffee for the vegan variant. We had the green açaí bowl and the Asian Tempeh sandwich, both highly recommended! The sandwich in particular was quite a bite. Finally, we shared a vegan cheesecake, which we had before here and it was delicious! The restaurant is cozy and cozy. Keep in mind that you may have to wait outside for a spot, but that will be quick as there is a lot of traffic.

Trip in May 2023 We were tired from walking around Delft but way too full for a meal and decided to try the local apple cake here whilst re-grouping on our travel plans. The waitress saw that we were going through our maps and was so sweet and lovely to give us suggestions of places to go. Overall, just really great warm service. The apple cake was nice as well but props to the service.

Disappointed Today’s my second time having coffee here at Kek, however there’s a waitress, blonde I remember, she’s so racist… 🙄 she treated me so cold , one second I saw her smiling to the white people sitting next to me, and said something in Dutch, I guess it was” how’s the food” and next second she saw me, after made eye contact that smile immediately disappeared….. turned into this unpleasant face. omg I can’t believe it, and still that poker face when she served me the latte.. this is the first time I have been discriminated. I wasn’t even gonna leave a bad review here honestly, cause it doesn’t worth it, and I had great time when I visited for the first time, the staff were great too. But after being treated like that, it really hurts, I will probably never forget the way that waitress looked at me.

Unfortunately not a very good experience! :( I’ve ordered the pumpkin shakshuka. On menu is specified a boiled egg but you are going to receive only half of it. On menu it says feta but you are going to get only 2 crumbles of it. At my request to meet the menu, it has been replied that I had to pay extra. I’m sorry that I had to give hard time to the waitress which tried to do their best. I hope that in the future there will be more transparency with the menu and care to meet what you promise.
