Employee Kyara thought it was funny to pour balsamic vinegar on our fries. This was due to a personal matter which she wanted to resolve during her work hours. We returned with the two fries, and apparently the boss knew about it and thought it was okay, on behalf of the employees. Where is Kempersnack going?

Wide range of options, reasonable quality, and not too expensive. It also looks neat.

Unfortunately not what it used to be, dry hard fries with a huge mountain of salt on top. The same number of times in a row, so no coincidence. Too bad, but we'll have to go somewhere else. The system of ordering and paying is also very unusual, which means you have to wait a very long time, but that's besides the point.

Absolutely the tastiest fries in Sittard! Friendly staff too, but I have been amazed by the process for 20 years: waiting in a line, then you place your order, which is not recorded anywhere, then wait until you are called to pay. Here the order of the person behind the snacks is called forward. Doubts are often raised and the customer is asked about this. For large orders, this is not always immediately reproducible for the customer. Anyway, you pay and then you can wait again until everything is ready. To top it all off, in our case it often happens that orders are not completely correct (1 in 4/5 times), but you only find out about that at home. I don't know any chip shop that handles their orders like that! A big but oh so simple tip: immediately place your order at the cash register. This way, the customer pays immediately and it is also stated in black and white what needs to be baked, errors are prevented and the waiting time can be shortened.

The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude. Never correctly indicates when your order is ready, you will always have to wait even if it is emphatically stated not. This chip shop is many times more expensive than others in the area, certain snacks are incomprehensibly priced, so you would expect a little service. Yet there is something every time, especially because of that employee in question.

So the containers for fries and salads have been halved in size, but the costs have not been reduced. It's unbelievable how this place still makes weak fries after years and actually forgets something with every order. And the satay sauce remains tasteless.

Pick up the phone and print immediately. Super customer friendly! 1 star and not worth repeating, bunch of simpletons

Good chip shop with friendly staff and fast service. It is possible to order different things without difficulty, such as fries without salt. There is a large amount of snacks, hamburgers and special fries with a separate topping/filling. Food can be served on location or to take away.

This chip shop is great and has good, fast service. A great meeting place for both families and singles.

Small rooster for €8.00. Served with salad. Didn't receive a salad. The Bickyburger contained a piece of plastic (see photo). Bicky burger was tasty. Price/quality is quite expensive for what you get compared to other cafeterias.

These positive reviews are nice and nice, but this is already the third time in 4 times that you have been waiting for 30 minutes before you can order, without being spoken to in the meantime. Extremely bad system and service….

Have already called and ordered several times and then you arrive at the agreed time, you still have to wait half an hour... otherwise good fries and snacks... but I will go somewhere else next time unfortunately

It is not without reason that this is a busy chip shop. Had to wait in line for a while, but the help was great and I noticed that the team that works there is very well coordinated, so everything went smoothly despite the crowds. Very tasty food. Really great chip shop!

Fries were tasty and more than enough. Sputnik with satay was very disappointing. Hardly any onions, very little sauce for way too high a price and the meatball was too hard.

Closing the baking tray too early, doing badly about 2 euros of fries about an order of 50 euros, some things not cooked properly (things were cold), no curry on the fries war.

More often than not the order was not complete. Arrived well before closing time but they could not make hamburgers because the griddle was out. Cold snacks. Tasty sour meat.

We have been getting fries here for years and sometimes something has gone wrong, but then it just happens 1 in 20 times. No complaints otherwise; always friendly, tasty fries, and if there was a problem it was resolved neatly.

The food is really great. But today I waited (clocked) 29 minutes before I could even order. The ladies behind the counter look chaotic, causing the organization to disappear. A shame, because it makes me less likely to consider this chip shop next time.

After the renovation, the store became very stylish. Everything is clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly and the food was delicious! However, you should bring some time during peak times because the store is very popular!

She read via TripAdvisor that this would be one of the best chip shops in Sittard. Since my daughter was visiting who lives 700 km away, I thought I would visit this chip shop. Beautiful interior, clean and tidy was the first impression. 4 stars for that. Fries were hard and many small ones, had already been fried once. Frikandel XXL special, unfortunately lukewarm and poorly cut open, so the special was outside the frikandel instead of in between. The regular croquette was ok. The chicken croquette was dry potato puree without chicken, at least so small that I don't know if this could be the case. Cup of sour meat also deserves 4 stars. All in all, I know several chip shops where I have often had better food.

Simple but very neat chip shop. Clean and correct staff. Team effort is the best way to achieve this, as they clearly demonstrate. Well done, tasty fries. Hearty frikadellen, with plenty of onions and sauce. The bag of fries was well filled. Simply value for money, by people who know their trade.

If you already go to a chip shop in Sittard, this is head and shoulders above the rest the best choice. It is a clean, open store, with clearly fresh products. The employees and the products also look well cared for. They have a wide choice of snacks, some of which are home-prepared. We recommend the hamburger from your own home or the fresh satay. Of course it's not exactly healthy, but no one expects that at a snack bar. If there is a downside, it is that many people know that the food here is good, which means it can be busy, especially on weekends. However, the employees are fast and helpful. A good example of going the extra mile for the guest is that, when you sit down to eat, the food is served to you on tableware at the table. Kudos. An example for all chip shops in the region.

Tasty fries. Pleasant employees. They are happy to have a chat with you and are not afraid to meet any additional wishes (such as a microwaved sausage). I often came there as a regular customer in the 4 years that I lived a 5-minute walk away.

Always been a good chip shop, but after today we are unfortunately less satisfied... Fries were not fully cooked, but we threw away the snacks (berehap) after 2 bites, because they tasted tough/dry and did not taste good! Oh yeah and ordered 2 x small fries and paid for 2 x large :\ Shame...

Always friendly staff. They don't make a fuss if you have additional wishes. Just never could find the opening hours on the internet. For the record: Open every day from 4:30 PM to 12:00 AM!!
