The order took too long, while others received their sandwiches after 5 minutes, we were only helped with our last sandwich after 20 minutes. After 15 minutes (10 minutes after our first sandwich) we wanted to cancel our order because it was taking too long and the first sandwich was already cold and tough, but we were told not to worry too much and that we should keep our patience, only receiving our last sandwich after 20 minutes. Very bad, especially that they did not want to accept that the wait was too long and gave us the 2nd sandwich without apologies.
