Every time I order from KFC, the delivery is either less or the wrong order is delivered!

Ordered and paid for food but I am missing 2 x fries! Phone not answered - really bad service!

The order took too long to get to where I’m staying, nearly an hour, but the food was good. Very expensive. Ketchup was €1 per sachet

Went to this KFC in Osdorp today. Firstly, you get someone who doesn't speak Dutch, I don't make that a problem and speak English to him. He still enters the order incorrectly, I ordered a bucket of 14 hot wings, 2 fries, corn and 9 fillet bites. Then the gentleman feeds 2x 14 hot wings and we don't get fries. Now we have to pay more for chicken that was poorly cooked and looked as if it had been in the warming device for hours. 35 euros poorer and almost everything was thrown away. Never again chicken at this KFC branch.

Today I got crispy tenders that were in the snack box. One of the two was narrower than a baby's pinky. This is indicated. Then the manager brings me a new one, but instead of saying sorry, he tries to prove himself right and say that he can get those tenders delivered straight away from the head office. What a bastard…

I'm normally surprised. I'm used to a KFC restaurant not being clean, everything on the floor, dirty trays on the table, but here everything is school food, also nice and crunchy.

The machine did not give us a ticket and we were waiting at a table with a number, which thanks to the fact that we managed to deliver it to the table. When we went to complain after 15 minutes because the order did not appear on the screen, the waiter who had the tray in his hand told us that it is not that one and left with the order and put it on the table where my partner was sitting. Well everyone has to start but.... A little more attention would be nice. They were €13-14 for two with two average menus of €6.80 more or less.

This placed changed a lot recently. The service depends on the staff you have at the register at that moment. Mainly polite. Food is tasty. Sometimes the orders get messed up so pay attention to what you get once you receive the order. I have asked for a burger with no sauce. They still put sauce in it. After that they made it right but it was cold. Would like it better if the burger is warm as well, and not just the fries. They have a good range of desserts too. Overall happy with the food they make! Very tasty.

It doesn't make sense, we ordered at 10:00 pm to eat at a place where other people were eating, and they sent us away saying that it was only for take-out and we couldn't eat there! Absurd! Because there were other people eating and the place says on Google that it closes at 00:00.

An ordinary fast food restaurant with lots of chicken and fries etc

After I first went to the toilet, a large white roll (toilet paper) suddenly flew past my head when I came out of the toilet, I saw that it had been thrown by and to a staff member (distance 7 to 8 meters) and no excuse from it the staff. When I went to order what I did at the cash register, I ordered 6 hot wings and a milkshake, when I went to pick up my order there were suddenly fries included, at the table I checked my receipt and saw that there were also fries, I thought so. I'll eat it, but I came home from a rude awakening, the fries were lukewarm and soft. I didn't eat it anymore. When I left, I also left the mess behind because if you served me junk, you would have to clean it up yourself. This was the first and last time I ate at KFC.

This is possibly the worst KFC in amsterdam. We have been waiting for our order for over 40 minutes. When asking when we were going to get our order they still had to start on our order. They lost it. Not the first time……

Never had such a bad meal at a KFC, but here in Osdorp it worked. Lukewarm, soft, shriveled chicken (so it had probably been lying there for a while), salad that was not even half full (doesn't look anything like the photo on the site), extra sauce forgotten and a small bag of fries on a Large menu. Only burger ordered was good. But according to staff, everything was fine

Lousy service, order was taken incorrectly and sauce was missing from the salad. The begging junkie doesn't contribute to the atmosphere either.

Wanna wait over 20 min for Salad, at almost empty restaurant without working WiFi? Go here! I decided not do stay and got back the money after short discussion. This was not the service I had expected!

Unfortunately the service is completely not like before, We paid for ice cream in plastic cups, they gave us in paper cups. Plastic cup costs 1 euro for each.

Took chicken wings bucket here. Wings were surprisingly good and tasty but some of them had feathers/fur sticking out of coating. But from my experience, it is totally normal here in NL 😬 In terms of atmosphere and cleanness it was one of the best KFC's in Ams.

Filthy business of frying old chicken that has been lying around for half the day and reselling it. And they do that to you when you place your order through the drive. Then you find out when you get home. Dirty dogs!!!!

Awful service. The workers seemed like that didn't wanna be there. We waited very long for our food although we could see that it was ready, but the workers wanted to chat more than to give us food. We ordered a simple order in uber eats with 2 buckets of 10 crispy tenders and 6 hot wings and they forgot to put 1 of the buckets of 25€. What a shame! After this, we tried to contact the delivery guys and they didn't answer for 3 times. We had to buy another bucket and they fee us with 5€ because of the delivery service. At least it should be for free because it is their fault. 0% recommended.

Half missed three times in a row. The third time I made it very easy for them by ordering 1 bucket and a burger combo. That's 2 burgers and onion rings. But only got the bucket… Haha but how? A whole dish? 3 TIMES?? Anyway, chicken was tasty.

Had to wait almost 45 minutes for 2 chicken burgers. They had forgotten me. Unfortunately, the bucket chicken tenders are a big greasy mess. If you are looking for 'fast food' you should not go through the drive-thru here after 11 p.m. We had to wait more than 1.5 hours. Ordered via the kiosk the second time and just waited. After 10 minutes I am asked what I am waiting for and show the receipt and then learn that the order is not on their screen. If you ask and now you get the response: you have to wait a while (you wonder why). After 15 minutes, I spoke to the manager and showed my receipt, and then you got your food in 3 minutes. Again, no apologies or apologies. This should be possible better (I never have this problem with the Drive through). Judge for yourself whether you still want to eat here.

The worst place I ever have eaten in. Very dirty, food is prepared on the super old oil, you can feel this in taste and see on the colour of the chips and chicken. Ketchup was 99% made of starch, not possible to eat. And the cherry on a cake: when you order beverages, you pay deposit of 1Euro. To get it back you need to scan the qr code first in the kiosk, then to download the app, and provide to the app your phone number and your bank account number..... Did you guys ever thought about your customer???? Never ever will come again. P.S. the cost was quite high as well for the fast food place.
