Before you could even get in, you had to pass a group of 10-year-olds on fat bikes. After ordering, after 20 minutes we asked where our food was, oh yes, we'll make it right. Finally, after 35 minutes, we received our food without an apology. *By the way, it wasn't busy at all. 1+ point: the fries were warm, which isn't the case at many other fast-food restaurants.

Hello everyone, the price is already very high and then things also arrive less than what you ordered so I will not go to this branch anymore and the bag was full of oil in terms of hygiene this is really a minus point. This is a shame and hopefully it will improve in the future with this branch.

One of the best fast food restaurants. Their meals are delicious and their offers are constant. I recommend downloading the app from the store and checking out all the available offers. The discount in the app is fantastic. I highly recommend visiting the branch or using the app. 👍

KFC Akerpoort Amsterdam Osdorp: WORTHLESS!! Every time I've picked up an order here, both inside and through the drive-thru, the contents are wrong. They forget the sauces, or the soda is sugar-free, which I find absolutely unacceptable. And now something else: a large (!!) menu, but the fries are in a bag that I always got with a small or medium menu. Last time I've been here. They're idiots. Too lazy to work, let alone think. Not recommended!!

Went there around 11:45 pm but it turned out to be closed, while the app says it's open until midnight.

I saw the manager herself updating reviews from customer's phone to improve the rating. This is not an honest way to improve rating. Cz it doesn't fix the customer experience. So, you should consider this fact. I didn’t find anything bad rather than this. But this fact itself is a BIG NOO for me.

Our order was incomplete and arrived 1.5 hours later.

I've never experienced such slow service. The owner of the company desperately needs to replace his staff and pay them properly. Our order didn't arrive until 1 hour and 23 minutes later! The food was freezing! It's a real disgrace.

The slowest but most visible. Plus, this is the only shop that doesn't offer drinks to its drivers like everyone else does. Bad, bad.

Our order was messed up for the second time. We called, and they said they'd send us a new one. We waited an hour and a half, but no one showed up. We called, and eventually they hung up and blocked our number. The attitude was terrible. I'll never order from them again.

If you order something vegetarian, they give you things that aren't vegetarian. Especially if you're Muslim, you want veggie food. But no, they just give you junk that isn't vegetarian. Terrible service, yuck. They're not serious about their work at all. And the food is cold, too.

I never write reviews, but this place is so consistently BAD about delivering food on time that it's become incredibly frustrating. The Uber app shows drivers waiting longer than 10-20 minutes for their food, even after they arrive to pick it up. I hope the management or the head office sees this and does something about it. Every time, no matter what time you order, you almost always wait an hour, even though the estimated time is 20-30 minutes.

I've been waiting for 15 minutes for my order, when it finally came, the lady didn't know it was take away, so she spent another 5 minutes to place in a bag. This is the slowest restaurant I've ever been. There's seems to be no managers or anything. So many people working like zombies walking around and not doing anything. They didn't even have change of coins to give to a customer.

Absolutely horrible experience. They refuse to make orders when you order through a delivery service. And then won’t cancel the order to refund you your money. We ordered because it was only supposed to take 30 minutes and my children need to go to sleep and now we are going to have to throw out the food when it gets here because we’re having to get dinner for our kids from somewhere else. Here on vacation and just an absolutely horrible experience.

Tasty and everything was good, only the food was tasty but the communication was a bit difficult.

We placed an order with you, and when it arrived, the food was already cold. The Pepsi tasted like warm lemonade, and they didn't even take your notes into account! Due to a food allergy, I requested no tomatoes, and they put them on my burger. I tried calling KFC eight times, but there was no answer! And yet, I ended up paying almost €10 for a burger I couldn't eat. Poor service and poor communication!

After delivery of the order to the table, it is only reported that something is not available and whether we want to make another choice. Too bad that was not done immediately so that we could eat at the same time. Now we had to wait even longer for the alternative. I also expected a small compensation for the inconvenience, even if it was only fries sauce or a soft ice cream that was offered.

Sorry but this doesn’t seem like a normal restaurant. The place smelled like a burning mess. Personally are running around. It’s not so busy but the number of orders pile up because they work so slow.

Then you stand with your window open at the drive through waiting and a beggar passes your car 3 times, I don't feel safe here, I wouldn't eat here again. I was just afraid they would smash my mirror or something.

Food had to wait a very long time, really 25 minutes for fast food is no longer fast. Standard no wipes to clean your hands (wtf, you eat with your hands?) and now no salt. No salt in the fries at all, but also not available separately: they don't have it. Corn without butter and salt. And if a shake is no longer available, they decide for themselves what kind of shake you have to drink, instead of asking. I won't come here anymore.

We drove through the drive-thru in a hurry, but it took about half an hour before we were served, because they were busy with the minimum order of the people in front of us. Nice people for the rest. Incredibly unsociable atmosphere too.

Veggie bucket ordered, but normal veggie was apparently gone and therefore (without comment) got the spicy veggie. They spoke to this, but no solution, but a partial refund.

Always missing items, uber deliveries fail and always hectic and chaotic. I also canceled my uber eats order after 2 hours of waiting for Uber eats I drove and collected it in the store as it was faster to go there that still took 30 mins of waiting however. I asked some of the delivery drivers there why it takes so long: They make the delivery drivers wait for hours and only when it’s their turn do they cook the food so they do one delivery driver at a time meaning the fact I see nine standing here means it could take 2.5 hours alone for all of them to get the orders to there customer. My order had missing items and floor was disgusting i don’t think I will go here again.

I had a really disappointing experience at this branch pf KFC. I placed my order and ended up waiting far longer than I should have. While I was standing there, I saw multiple people who ordered after me get their food first. It was clear they were prioritizing others. Just poor customer service all around.

Preparing the order takes a very long time, employees do everything at a leisurely pace. If people complain, a free ice cream is quickly given to keep everyone happy. Direction on the floor to employees is very poor, which results in extremely long waiting times, irritation with the customer and bad food (which is served too early). The term fast food is unfortunately no longer applicable here.

Worst KFC ever. They always send wrong order or missing product. My order was zinger burger menu but they forgot the main product "the burger" in my order. I can't believe this restaurant point. It should be 1.0 no more than that.

60 min waiting for a Bucket and hot wings, the rest of the order was already prepared and cold, when the hot wings arrived they had to remake the rest! Very bad service every time it was 5 minutes another 5 minutes. In the end I waited 60 minutes, when I got home more than half of the chicken was not cooked!!!!!!!! Waited extremely long for our order. Explicitly asked for drinks without ice, got everything with ice. The cups with drinks were 1/3 full. When I asked about it she said she couldn't do anything about that, because these are the standard sizes. Sandwiches were forgotten. Tables were dirty, trash cans overflowing. People had to clean the tables themselves.

nothing has changed here, the worst kfc in holland, the waiting time is very long, people are honking, they are leaving the queue, the food is tragedy , buns are dry and not warmed up, the lettuce is stinking, the fries are without salt, there is no paper to wipe your hands, the wings are dry, this is a circus, kfc assured that they would do something about it, they did nothing, after 20 minutes of waiting the lady asked me if I had placed an order, I thought that this time it would be better but you have to avoid this place at all costs

Just placed an order, had to wait more than 2 hours, called the store 7 times, no answer, nothing, the delivery man just said he had to wait until he could drive the order, I personally think it is very special, which is a bad thing if the order is placed at 6:30 PM, I don't think it is normal that it only arrives at 8:30 PM and it is very unprofessional that no one is answered up to 7 times, bad service, the food was tasty and the delivery person was nice, but I don't think waiting 2 hours is normal. KFC Akerpoort Drive thru: wow when I got home I discovered that half of my order, specifically 14 pieces of hot wings, had not been received. Everything took a long time. English speaking staff. SPEAKING ENGLISH is not a problem, but take care of the service. Tried to call them, no answer. Then I'll give it a 1* review, hopefully I'll get my refund.

Yesterday I went. No culinary expedition, no great expectations. Simply: a chocolate milkshake. Simple. Childishly simple. The drive-thru of KFC De Aker seemed like a suitable candidate. That turned out to be a major error of judgment. What follows is not a review of a meal, but of an experience. An ordeal, even. I am helped – that is to say: verbally abused – by an employee who only speaks English, but with the articulation of a squishy sponge. Arrogance drips from his intonation like cold frying fat from a forgotten piece of chicken. He does not seem to work, but to suffer. And wants you to suffer too. Thirty minutes. Thirty. For a milkshake. No fresh truffle pasta, no traditionally prepared roasted pumpkin soup. A milkshake. Chocolate. And then, to crown the humiliation: he hands it to you with the flair of a municipal fine. Not a smile, not a word, not a single sign of humanity. You drive away with a milkshake and a mild form of PTSD. The parking lot is empty. Always empty. The law of supply and demand has been replaced here by that of aversion and absence. You can sense everything: this branch won't be able to keep itself afloat much longer. It's as if even the chickens avoided this tent when they were alive. Conclusion: KFC De Aker is not a restaurant, it is a social experiment space where hope, friendliness and speed have been systematically eliminated. Replace the staff, close the doors or reopen as a haunted house – everything is an improvement.

Unfortunately, my experience at KFC was disappointing. The chicken was not crunchy, as you would expect, and besides, it was cold. In addition, the coleslaw was missing, which is one of KFC's most famous side dishes. Very unfortunate!
