After delivery of the order to the table, it is only reported that something is not available and whether we want to make another choice. Too bad that was not done immediately so that we could eat at the same time. Now we had to wait even longer for the alternative. I also expected a small compensation for the inconvenience, even if it was only fries sauce or a soft ice cream that was offered.

Sorry but this doesn’t seem like a normal restaurant. The place smelled like a burning mess. Personally are running around. It’s not so busy but the number of orders pile up because they work so slow.

Then you stand with your window open at the drive through waiting and a beggar passes your car 3 times, I don't feel safe here, I wouldn't eat here again. I was just afraid they would smash my mirror or something.

Restaurant sits besides the main road. Clean restaurant. People are courteous.

Food had to wait a very long time, really 25 minutes for fast food is no longer fast. Standard no wipes to clean your hands (wtf, you eat with your hands?) and now no salt. No salt in the fries at all, but also not available separately: they don't have it. Corn without butter and salt. And if a shake is no longer available, they decide for themselves what kind of shake you have to drink, instead of asking. I won't come here anymore.

50 minutes waiting for literally everything that is prepared wrong or missing. Never again for me!

We drove through the drive-thru in a hurry, but it took about half an hour before we were served, because they were busy with the minimum order of the people in front of us. Nice people for the rest. Incredibly unsociable atmosphere too.

Veggie bucket ordered, but normal veggie was apparently gone and therefore (without comment) got the spicy veggie. They spoke to this, but no solution, but a partial refund.

Always missing items, uber deliveries fail and always hectic and chaotic. I also canceled my uber eats order after 2 hours of waiting for Uber eats I drove and collected it in the store as it was faster to go there that still took 30 mins of waiting however. I asked some of the delivery drivers there why it takes so long: They make the delivery drivers wait for hours and only when it’s their turn do they cook the food so they do one delivery driver at a time meaning the fact I see nine standing here means it could take 2.5 hours alone for all of them to get the orders to there customer. My order had missing items and floor was disgusting i don’t think I will go here again.

I had a really disappointing experience at this branch pf KFC. I placed my order and ended up waiting far longer than I should have. While I was standing there, I saw multiple people who ordered after me get their food first. It was clear they were prioritizing others. Just poor customer service all around.

Preparing the order takes a very long time, employees do everything at a leisurely pace. If people complain, a free ice cream is quickly given to keep everyone happy. Direction on the floor to employees is very poor, which results in extremely long waiting times, irritation with the customer and bad food (which is served too early). The term fast food is unfortunately no longer applicable here.

Waiting too long I waited 40 minutes

Worst KFC ever. They always send wrong order or missing product. My order was zinger burger menu but they forgot the main product "the burger" in my order. I can't believe this restaurant point. It should be 1.0 no more than that.

60 min waiting for a Bucket and hot wings, the rest of the order was already prepared and cold, when the hot wings arrived they had to remake the rest! Very bad service every time it was 5 minutes another 5 minutes. In the end I waited 60 minutes, when I got home more than half of the chicken was not cooked!!!!!!!! I will never go here again what a bunch of balls

The order always mess. Lack of food happens quite often. The service really slow.

Waited extremely long for our order. Explicitly asked for drinks without ice, got everything with ice. The cups with drinks were 1/3 full. When I asked about it she said she couldn't do anything about that, because these are the standard sizes. Sandwiches were forgotten. Tables were dirty, trash cans overflowing. People had to clean the tables themselves.

maybe you shouldn't compare it, but comparing what KFC in the US is about price and what you get, this brings tears to my eyes. Not from joy. I don't have to get fat as hell, but with portions here I don't run the risk either.

nothing has changed here, the worst kfc in holland, the waiting time is very long, people are honking, they are leaving the queue, the food is tragedy , buns are dry and not warmed up, the lettuce is stinking, the fries are without salt, there is no paper to wipe your hands, the wings are dry, this is a circus, kfc assured that they would do something about it, they did nothing, after 20 minutes of waiting the lady asked me if I had placed an order, I thought that this time it would be better but you have to avoid this place at all costs

KFC Akerpoort Drive thru: wow when I got home I discovered that half of my order, specifically 14 pieces of hot wings, had not been received. Everything took a long time. English speaking staff. SPEAKING ENGLISH is not a problem, but take care of the service. Tried to call them, no answer. Then I'll give it a 1* review, hopefully I'll get my refund.

Yesterday I went. No culinary expedition, no great expectations. Simply: a chocolate milkshake. Simple. Childishly simple. The drive-thru of KFC De Aker seemed like a suitable candidate. That turned out to be a major error of judgment. What follows is not a review of a meal, but of an experience. An ordeal, even. I am helped – that is to say: verbally abused – by an employee who only speaks English, but with the articulation of a squishy sponge. Arrogance drips from his intonation like cold frying fat from a forgotten piece of chicken. He does not seem to work, but to suffer. And wants you to suffer too. Thirty minutes. Thirty. For a milkshake. No fresh truffle pasta, no traditionally prepared roasted pumpkin soup. A milkshake. Chocolate. And then, to crown the humiliation: he hands it to you with the flair of a municipal fine. Not a smile, not a word, not a single sign of humanity. You drive away with a milkshake and a mild form of PTSD. The parking lot is empty. Always empty. The law of supply and demand has been replaced here by that of aversion and absence. You can sense everything: this branch won't be able to keep itself afloat much longer. It's as if even the chickens avoided this tent when they were alive. Conclusion: KFC De Aker is not a restaurant, it is a social experiment space where hope, friendliness and speed have been systematically eliminated. Replace the staff, close the doors or reopen as a haunted house – everything is an improvement.

Unfortunately, my experience at KFC was disappointing. The chicken was not crunchy, as you would expect, and besides, it was cold. In addition, the coleslaw was missing, which is one of KFC's most famous side dishes. Very unfortunate!

KFC Akerpoort Amsterdam Osdorp: WORTHLESS!! Every time with the orders I have picked up here, both inside and through the drive, the content is incorrect. Then they forget the sauces again, or the soft drinks are sugar-free, which I don't mind anyway. And now something else, a large (!!) menu, but the fries come in a bag that I always got with a small or medium menu. Last time I've been here. Tricks, that's what they are. As long as they are there, but yes, if 80% of the youth in that part of the city are too miserable to work (Aldi supermarket closed due to lack of staff) and would rather earn their money through burglaries and other criminal activities, then that's what you get. Not recommended!!

Ordered a crunchy chicken sandwich with a slice of extra cheese. The cheese wasn't even melted and the chicken was cold and the fries were cold too. Since they are renovating there and you could only sit upstairs, I didn't feel like walking down. Bad, bad, bad!!!

Ordered and paid for food but I am missing 2 x fries! Phone not answered - really bad service! In the meantime, I contacted customer service. The blame was placed on me - I should have checked it straight away or called straight away (what if the phone isn't answered???) No solution was offered either. What a bad service - never again!!!

Ordered food from this location for the first time today. Unfortunately the food was cold, we got bland fries and a bland burger. The staff was friendly.

Went to this KFC in Osdorp today. Firstly, you get someone who doesn't speak Dutch, I don't make that a problem and speak English to him. He still enters the order incorrectly, I ordered a bucket of 14 hot wings, 2 fries, corn and 9 fillet bites. Then the gentleman feeds 2x 14 hot wings and we don't get fries. Now we have to pay more for chicken that was poorly cooked and looked as if it had been in the warming device for hours. 35 euros poorer and almost everything was thrown away. Never again chicken at this KFC branch.

This KFC is the best KFC IN AMSTERDAM AREA. The service was to fast and the food was really good and yummy . Thank you to the team.

Today I got crispy tenders that were in the snack box. One of the two was narrower than a baby's pinky. This is indicated. Then the manager brings me a new one, but instead of saying sorry, he tries to prove himself right and say that he can get those tenders delivered straight away from the head office. What a bastard…

I'm normally surprised. I'm used to a KFC restaurant not being clean, everything on the floor, dirty trays on the table, but here everything is school food, also nice and crunchy.

Always order wrong and always takes a long time, worst “fast” food restaurant.

The machine did not give us a ticket and we were waiting at a table with a number, which thanks to the fact that we managed to deliver it to the table. When we went to complain after 15 minutes because the order did not appear on the screen, the waiter who had the tray in his hand told us that it is not that one and left with the order and put it on the table where my partner was sitting. Well everyone has to start but.... A little more attention would be nice. They were €13-14 for two with two average menus of €6.80 more or less.

This placed changed a lot recently. The service depends on the staff you have at the register at that moment. Mainly polite. Food is tasty. Sometimes the orders get messed up so pay attention to what you get once you receive the order. I have asked for a burger with no sauce. They still put sauce in it. After that they made it right but it was cold. Would like it better if the burger is warm as well, and not just the fries. They have a good range of desserts too. Overall happy with the food they make! Very tasty.

It doesn't make sense, we ordered at 10:00 pm to eat at a place where other people were eating, and they sent us away saying that it was only for take-out and we couldn't eat there! Absurd! Because there were other people eating and the place says on Google that it closes at 00:00.

An ordinary fast food restaurant with lots of chicken and fries etc

After I first went to the toilet, a large white roll (toilet paper) suddenly flew past my head when I came out of the toilet, I saw that it had been thrown by and to a staff member (distance 7 to 8 meters) and no excuse from it the staff. When I went to order what I did at the cash register, I ordered 6 hot wings and a milkshake, when I went to pick up my order there were suddenly fries included, at the table I checked my receipt and saw that there were also fries, I thought so. I'll eat it, but I came home from a rude awakening, the fries were lukewarm and soft. I didn't eat it anymore. When I left, I also left the mess behind because if you served me junk, you would have to clean it up yourself. This was the first and last time I ate at KFC.

This is possibly the worst KFC in amsterdam. We have been waiting for our order for over 40 minutes. When asking when we were going to get our order they still had to start on our order. They lost it. Not the first time……

Never had such a bad meal at a KFC, but here in Osdorp it worked. Lukewarm, soft, shriveled chicken (so it had probably been lying there for a while), salad that was not even half full (doesn't look anything like the photo on the site), extra sauce forgotten and a small bag of fries on a Large menu. Only burger ordered was good. But according to staff, everything was fine

Wanna wait over 20 min for Salad, at almost empty restaurant without working WiFi? Go here! I decided not do stay and got back the money after short discussion. This was not the service I had expected!

Unfortunately the service is completely not like before, We paid for ice cream in plastic cups, they gave us in paper cups. Plastic cup costs 1 euro for each.

The restaurant on the second floor is very spacious and the service attitude is very good. However, sometimes the order may be mistaken.

The chicken was wonderful, I was sad because they made a mistake with my order but changed the logo, but what I had received that was not yet opened they threw in the trash (so many hungry people)
