The ordering kiosk is just very complicated and kept jumping back a few steps. Afterwards, it turned out we had ordered and paid for 3 ice creams. The ice cream was really tasty! The rest was NOT. The chicken was not crispy and had very little flavor. The fries weren't crispy either, tasted like cardboard. TERRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered via Uber 1.5 hours earlier; I could see that the delivery driver had already been at the location for an hour, so I drove there. The driver apologized that the food wasn't ready yet. When I spoke to the staff about it, the order was prepared immediately. It wasn't very busy, so it's ridiculous that they made the delivery driver wait so long. Very bad, especially considering that if it takes that long you would normally get angry at the delivery driver, but this was entirely KFC's fault.

The meal took over an hour, even though my location is 10 minutes away. Only to then receive lukewarm food and the wrong drink. This is already the second time; there won't be a next time!

The good is really good and the service is amazing

Let's start on the positives; the place was clean, but that says it all. It is not worth your money or time; if you want a good meal, choose something else. To begin with, the fries were cold and saltless. When you then try to ask for salt, the manager looks at you and walks away when you say hello. Other staff members look at you too and then turn their backs on you. If you happened to be in the mood for sauce, bring scissors because those packets won't open; the staff can't manage it themselves either. Besides getting the wrong bucket, the chicken was cold and dry. Going back to ask for another bucket takes ten years, so I advise against it.

Tried KFC again after a few years... regretted it immediately. Cold food, bad service, and received the wrong order. Fortunately, the colleagues get along well with each other. As a customer, you are completely ignored. Don't understand where that 3.5 out of 5 comes from. They must have been robots or employees. Some reviews I have read match my experience. These are reviews from months and years ago, and by the looks of it, nothing has changed.

Poor service. The ordering machines malfunction constantly. The staff does not speak Dutch, and you do not get decent carrier bags. When I got home by bike with my order, the soda cups fell over and spilled. In short, 1 star is already too much.

A really great experience at KFC Akerpoort. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the food was hot and nice and fresh, and the service was fast. As I always do, I wanted to place an order by bike at the drive-thru. Even though the employee saw me and noticed that I had already been waiting in line for 20 minutes, they waited until it was my turn to tell me that I am not allowed to order there. When it was finally my turn, I was told that orders by bike are not accepted. If this is a fixed rule, why was I able to order here normally before? And if it is not allowed, why wasn't I warned immediately instead of being made to wait 20 minutes? I find this very unfriendly and unclear.

Before you could even get in, you had to pass a group of 10-year-olds on fat bikes. After ordering, after 20 minutes we asked where our food was, oh yes, we'll make it right. Finally, after 35 minutes, we received our food without an apology. *By the way, it wasn't busy at all. 1+ point: the fries were warm, which isn't the case at many other fast-food restaurants.

Hello everyone, the price is already very high and then things also arrive less than what you ordered so I will not go to this branch anymore and the bag was full of oil in terms of hygiene this is really a minus point. This is a shame and hopefully it will improve in the future with this branch.

One of the best fast food restaurants. Their meals are delicious and their offers are constant. I recommend downloading the app from the store and checking out all the available offers. The discount in the app is fantastic. I highly recommend visiting the branch or using the app. 👍

KFC Akerpoort Amsterdam Osdorp: WORTHLESS!! Every time I've picked up an order here, both inside and through the drive-thru, the contents are wrong. They forget the sauces, or the soda is sugar-free, which I find absolutely unacceptable. And now something else: a large (!!) menu, but the fries are in a bag that I always got with a small or medium menu. Last time I've been here. They're idiots. Too lazy to work, let alone think. Not recommended!!

Worst service in the whole area of Amsterdam, they should close and fire whoever has been working there and never let them work again

Went there around 11:45 pm but it turned out to be closed, while the app says it's open until midnight.

I saw the manager herself updating reviews from customer's phone to improve the rating. This is not an honest way to improve rating. Cz it doesn't fix the customer experience. So, you should consider this fact. I didn’t find anything bad rather than this. But this fact itself is a BIG NOO for me.

I've never experienced such slow service. The owner of the company desperately needs to replace his staff and pay them properly. Our order didn't arrive until 1 hour and 23 minutes later! The food was freezing! It's a real disgrace.

Our order was messed up for the second time. We called, and they said they'd send us a new one. We waited an hour and a half, but no one showed up. We called, and eventually they hung up and blocked our number. The attitude was terrible. I'll never order from them again.

If you order something vegetarian, they give you things that aren't vegetarian. Especially if you're Muslim, you want veggie food. But no, they just give you junk that isn't vegetarian. Terrible service, yuck. They're not serious about their work at all. And the food is cold, too.

I never write reviews, but this place is so consistently BAD about delivering food on time that it's become incredibly frustrating. The Uber app shows drivers waiting longer than 10-20 minutes for their food, even after they arrive to pick it up. I hope the management or the head office sees this and does something about it. Every time, no matter what time you order, you almost always wait an hour, even though the estimated time is 20-30 minutes.

The worst service workers can get here is exceptionally slow.

I've been waiting for 15 minutes for my order, when it finally came, the lady didn't know it was take away, so she spent another 5 minutes to place in a bag. This is the slowest restaurant I've ever been. There's seems to be no managers or anything. So many people working like zombies walking around and not doing anything. They didn't even have change of coins to give to a customer.

Absolutely horrible experience. They refuse to make orders when you order through a delivery service. And then won’t cancel the order to refund you your money. We ordered because it was only supposed to take 30 minutes and my children need to go to sleep and now we are going to have to throw out the food when it gets here because we’re having to get dinner for our kids from somewhere else. Here on vacation and just an absolutely horrible experience.

We placed an order with you, and when it arrived, the food was already cold. The Pepsi tasted like warm lemonade, and they didn't even take your notes into account! Due to a food allergy, I requested no tomatoes, and they put them on my burger. I tried calling KFC eight times, but there was no answer! And yet, I ended up paying almost €10 for a burger I couldn't eat. Poor service and poor communication!

The food was an hour late and when I called they didn't answer

After delivery of the order to the table, it is only reported that something is not available and whether we want to make another choice. Too bad that was not done immediately so that we could eat at the same time. Now we had to wait even longer for the alternative. I also expected a small compensation for the inconvenience, even if it was only fries sauce or a soft ice cream that was offered.

Sorry but this doesn’t seem like a normal restaurant. The place smelled like a burning mess. Personally are running around. It’s not so busy but the number of orders pile up because they work so slow.

Food had to wait a very long time, really 25 minutes for fast food is no longer fast. Standard no wipes to clean your hands (wtf, you eat with your hands?) and now no salt. No salt in the fries at all, but also not available separately: they don't have it. Corn without butter and salt. And if a shake is no longer available, they decide for themselves what kind of shake you have to drink, instead of asking. I won't come here anymore.

We drove through the drive-thru in a hurry, but it took about half an hour before we were served, because they were busy with the minimum order of the people in front of us. Nice people for the rest. Incredibly unsociable atmosphere too.

Veggie bucket ordered, but normal veggie was apparently gone and therefore (without comment) got the spicy veggie. They spoke to this, but no solution, but a partial refund.

Always missing items, uber deliveries fail and always hectic and chaotic. I also canceled my uber eats order after 2 hours of waiting for Uber eats I drove and collected it in the store as it was faster to go there that still took 30 mins of waiting however. I asked some of the delivery drivers there why it takes so long: They make the delivery drivers wait for hours and only when it’s their turn do they cook the food so they do one delivery driver at a time meaning the fact I see nine standing here means it could take 2.5 hours alone for all of them to get the orders to there customer. My order had missing items and floor was disgusting i don’t think I will go here again.

I had a really disappointing experience at this branch pf KFC. I placed my order and ended up waiting far longer than I should have. While I was standing there, I saw multiple people who ordered after me get their food first. It was clear they were prioritizing others. Just poor customer service all around.

Preparing the order takes a very long time, employees do everything at a leisurely pace. If people complain, a free ice cream is quickly given to keep everyone happy. Direction on the floor to employees is very poor, which results in extremely long waiting times, irritation with the customer and bad food (which is served too early). The term fast food is unfortunately no longer applicable here.

Worst KFC ever. They always send wrong order or missing product. My order was zinger burger menu but they forgot the main product "the burger" in my order. I can't believe this restaurant point. It should be 1.0 no more than that.

Waited extremely long for our order. Explicitly asked for drinks without ice, got everything with ice. The cups with drinks were 1/3 full. When I asked about it she said she couldn't do anything about that, because these are the standard sizes. Sandwiches were forgotten. Tables were dirty, trash cans overflowing. People had to clean the tables themselves.
