Terrible service. The self-service asks if you want to be served at table and to take a number, but the staff have removed all numbers to take even when restaurant is completely empty.

Our first and also last time at KFC. €30 for cold food. Everything was filthy, both inside and out. And you have to wait 45 minutes for that.

Waiting 40 minutes for a fast food order is a joke. The staff were wandering around the kitchen like they had no idea what they were doing. There was complete chaos and a total lack of organization. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

The food was dry. The burger had only one strip of meat on it and the cheese looked like plastic. Not worth repeating.

Unfortunately, the staff is never enthusiastic. They also forget a lot, such as sauce and drinks, or the number of items that should be in a box. And on top of that, you pay a hefty price for it. The waiting time was manageable. After a second chance, the food was delivered earlier, though this was at 6:00 PM, so the machine was already running by then. It is nice to know that things are running smoothly then.

Worthless restaurant. I. In an almost empty restaurant, I had to wait more than 20 minutes for a Krispy Kebab. The staff doesn't understand you because they don't speak enough Dutch, and when you finally get your food, it turns out not to be warm enough. So, worthless. I filed a complaint via the website but haven't received a response yet. So, a worthless restaurant and worthless customer service. From now on, back to McDonald’s. After a long wait, I finally received a response from KFC. I can get a discount coupon. I politely let them know that I have no further need for it and that, for the long wait for a product that was not (anymore) warm enough, I had expected at least a new product. But it's okay, next time I'll happily go back to the MAC!!!

The walking paths do deserve attention. After rain, they are muddy and extremely slippery.

Lots of chicken in all forms. The chicken wings remain my favorite. But also burgers, wraps, fries, milkshakes. And affordable combo deals. Just a little bit tastier than McDonald's. Fast service.

The food was fine, I got a Coke instead of Sprite, otherwise everything was fine. The cashier didn't speak Dutch, luckily I speak English. I honestly wouldn't give this place more than 2 stars. It's a complete bribe, even for a 5-star price, I get a free ice cream, so I definitely don't buy that.

I don't normally review fast-food chains, but I really have to compliment the staff specifically. On Monday evening, November 3rd, around 8:30 PM, I received excellent and friendly service from two gentlemen. The food was decent and was brought to the table without a plate. We were greeted warmly.

A small KFC that's not quite up to par yet. The food is what you'd expect from an average KFC. Personally, I'd rather go to the one next door.

The food was good, but the fries and wrap were small for a large. The wrap was partially over-toasted and crispy. That wasn't very good. Unfortunately, we both got stomach aches from the food, so that's a shame... The service is much better than in Amsterdam or Ermelo, South Africa. There, it was very slow, and no one in South Africa could give us a good answer regarding allergens. Here, they're much faster. It did take a while to get help at the cash register, though. The orders were ready fairly quickly. The toilet faucet isn't working, and the tables were a bit dirty here and there during the rush, which is understandable. All in all, decent for a fast-food restaurant. It's a shame about the food (and the stomach aches—without allergies) and the long wait at the cash register, but luckily someone stepped in afterward.

€30 is a lot of money for 2 hamburgers, fries, and drinks. The service was okay, but the language barrier was a bit tricky. The staff wasn't very friendly and didn't understand the difference between the table number and the order number.

We go to KFC every now and then. The chicken is always delicious, even in Cuijk. However, there was a young man walking around who didn't think it was necessary to clean the tables properly, even after walking past several times. It was quite a mess even though it wasn't busy. Such a shame.

Three cars ahead of you, a 25-minute wait in your car, and it's not busy inside. What's wrong here? Even cars back out because they think it's taking too long. The staff doesn't seem to care.

I ordered a 10 original piece bucket for takeaway. A staff member told me that they were short of pieces, and asked if they could give me some tenders for the balance, and I said yes. I drove home to find that I only had 9 original pieces and no tenders. Im not a fan of paying for things then not receiving what I paid for.

We went for ice cream after a day away. The cups weren't even half full. This is really not what we'd expect from the KFC we normally go to. It's a bit outrageous that you pay €4 for an ice cream, and it's only half full. The employee replied that this was normal.

It's fine. The location is a bit bleak, and like all KFCs, it's incredibly expensive.

The food here is just as good as at any KFC; we absolutely love it. The staff is a mixed bag: one young man immediately brings us the sauce we'd forgotten to order, and another young man who, when I tell him my son accidentally spilled his apple juice, doesn't even think to clean up. Did he expect me to look for wipes to wipe down the table and bench? The mess just stayed there... Therefore, not a full 5 stars.

I never thought I'd say this... but McDonald's is now even better than KFC. I find it truly incomprehensible that they skimp on tiny details. For example: no more wet wipes to clean your hands, no more butter with the corn. Those kinds of little things were always well taken care of at KFC. I'd rather pay a little more for the food and have it perfectly prepared than feel like I'm missing out. And a bad experience sticks with people more than an order that was €0.50 more expensive. For the quality of the food, it's overpriced for an average fast-food chain.

Not my thing, food was reasonable quality but not my taste. Staff friendly but not one Dutch speaking person working, just terrible we are in the Netherlands and then I expect to be addressed in Dutch. And then the price is just absurd that you have to pay so much for this food. Just like with most fast food chains you will hardly see me here! Give me a local chip or shawarma place, decent quality chips, shawarma or pizza and you support your local entrepreneurs instead of those exploiters of fast food chains.

Today I got 2 menus with milkshake. That new Korean burger 1 single and 1 double. Had to wait 25 minutes before it arrived in the drive and it wasn't busy at all. I was the only one in the drive and a few people inside. I walked to the cash register once, yes 2 minutes more and 10 minutes later the manager came to apologize and give me free chicken tenders. Hats off to him, really nice guy! But if you need half an hour, you expect everything to be great at least! Only the fries were good, the rest was limp. Chicken limp, sandwiches limp, tenders limp! Pay 32 euros and at the end of the trip I also threw 1 milkshake in the car because of those low steps they use. Too bad, but I won't go there again! I recommend that manager to go somewhere else, he has potential! 3 stars for him to save the game

Food was tasty and plentiful. Nowadays you have to order everything via a screen, which I personally find less appealing.

3 tables occupied ...... 15 min waiting and asking before you get the food you ordered. Lukewarm, and the chicken flew over it quickly (so you have to look for the pieces in the chicken hair salon). Never again. Update. Stuff is also not really bite-sized. Really never again.

Great KFC. Orders placed via self-service terminal and after 5 to 10 minutes we had the orders on the table. Chicken salon was nice, fries at the bottom could be a bit thicker because they are too thin and quickly become dry and rock hard. But enough chicken and lettuce. The wrap was excellent, as I am used to. And the burger too. Staff was fine, it is not a Michelin restaurant, so no difficult questions to ask. Just order something from the menu. If you place an order, better not to use a reusable cup, they are not always available and asking for a deposit back with the machine or at the cash register is difficult. Order the disposable version.

We were there yesterday and wanted to eat inside. When we arrived, the place was already quite full, but thanks to the many ordering kiosks, the order was sent out quickly, which was good so far. After a 15-minute wait, I decided to set a timer because I looked around the restaurant and no one was eating and everyone was looking around hungry. After 45 MINUTES!!! I finally received my chicken variety menu. Waiting 45 minutes for your food at a fast food restaurant is, in my opinion, an absolute disgrace. The chicken tasted good and was fresh, but it was the least I could have done under the circumstances. The employee who brought the food was also polite. They could have also improved on the cleanliness because the tables were very dirty. That was definitely my last visit there, especially when you compare the KFCs in the Netherlands and Germany with, for example, Poland; they are worlds apart in terms of service, taste, and above all, cleanliness.

Just had a chicken salon and it was really tasty. Staff was friendly and we were helped quickly. The restaurant was neat inside and out. Excellent.

It is super dirty inside, we ended up waiting 40 minutes for the food, the bread was dry and the chicken had no taste.

I just spent fifteen minutes trying to explain which menu I want at the window because I couldn't get it through the post, but unfortunately the lady didn't understand. She was also very poor at Dutch and didn't know what I meant. Her colleagues just stood there and watched. After fifteen minutes it was ready fairly quickly, after which I still did not receive what I ordered. I also paid 14.74 while she indicated that it would be 13 euros. What a terrible ball joint, I see that this is a trend at almost every KFC nowadays and they answer this with a standard answer and do nothing with it, if even the customer service doesn't feel like it anymore, you might as well close the whole thing down.

If you pay in cash. Ask for the receipt and count your money. I just received 10 euros less and the lady was shocked when I asked for the receipt. The lady asks me is it not right and I say no. She just gives me 10 euros back from the cash register. She is aware that she gave me 10 euros less and is trying to scam me. Short thin and bleached dreadlocks ma'am.

We had to wait 40 minutes for our order for only 3 small menus. We have asked for it a few times and it has worked every time. The food was otherwise fine, but what a shame about how it was arranged
