KFC in Wijk 05 Oosterheide

I just wanted to order a quiet burger, but the lady at the counter couldn't even speak Dutch and was difficult to understand, which resulted in her scanning me for the wrong burger. I went back and paid an extra 4 euros because it wasn't right. Then I had to wait longer, only to be given cold burgers. I am not happy with this!

It took 25 minutes for my food to be ready, staff speak terrible Dutch, and if you can't open your sauce, you get to see a tutorial on how to open it. A staff member grabbed a pair of scissors from the office and cut my sauce open🫪!! No gloves! No hairnet! Tables are not cleaned... Scum sitting on tables and leaving a mess behind!!

I ate there multiple times since the opening the place. Every year it got worst and worst. I don't usually write negative opinions, but this time I am done with them. My burger looked like someone intentionally pressed it or literally stepped on it. This is unfortunately unacceptable anymore. Enough is enough. Which is very frustrating, because I really like KFC overall. EAT KFC ANYWHERE BUT IN OOSTERHOUT...

We arrived around 8:30 PM, so it was quieter and there was also less staff. Our table hadn't been cleaned, but it was a good table for placing a wheelchair. They also didn't come back afterwards to wipe down the table. The trash can was full, but not overflowing. What I found extremely disappointing was that when I asked if there was a toilet, I was told it was closed. Apparently, they share it with ‘La Place’ next door? This KFC is located on a road with quite a few travelers passing through, so not having a toilet available is really quite remarkable.

Too bad you have to wait almost 25 minutes for your order....the chicken was sold out🤣🤣🤣

Good service, lots of food, and fast and on time

Bad service and bad staff! I went through the drive-thru; I had to wait half an hour for 1 milkshake and 2 burgers, only to get chicken pieces instead. The last time I was here, they didn't even have any chicken left, and then I give them another chance and they ruin it again!!! This was really the last straw for me, and I am going to sue this establishment for it too!

Really a bizarrely bad branch. Had to wait 25 minutes for my food while there are 3 people inside, 2 of whom are already eating. When the food is finally ready, they forget 2 meals. And then you order an ice cream and you have to wait another 17 minutes there. The trash can is also overflowing and

It took quite a long time, which was a shame, but the loaded Doritos were tasty, my son said, and my single-serving bucket was good too.

I waited 30/40 minutes for my food in the restaurant with 40 others; there are only 3 people in the kitchen! If you are understaffed, just close the place for the day or pay higher wages so more people come. They only speak an East African language in the kitchen, too.

Has gone downhill badly, both in terms of food and staff. I won't be getting anything here anymore. Shame on you, KFC.

Not a good experience with this KFC. First of all, dirty seats. Next, we ordered for almost 30 euros which included a Sunday Deluxe. We had ordered the cookie dough version, which turned out to be unavailable (nothing was indicated on the order screen and we had already paid). When we picked up the order at the counter, we were told that they no longer had the chosen Sunday. We wanted a milkshake instead of the Sunday, for which we had to pay extra, but that wasn't possible; we had to choose from the other Sunday flavors. On top of that, the fries were cold. The staff was unfriendly and impatient. We won't be coming back!

I ordered a ice cream cookie dought,the machine took my money but didn t give no receipt+it blacked out.Waited a few mins and then went to talk to a guy there..told him about it and he said he ll help me.Waited 5 minutes for him and i saw him avoiding me continuously and trying to look like hes busy.Went again to the counter and i told somebody else but had no ideea what to do and then came again somebody else which then she asked the first guy i talked to to help her and after 30 mins or explaining and waiting for a guy to help me,they finally said that the product is missing from their inventory and that they ll replace it with something alike.

Very bad experience!!!! When this branch had just opened, the experience was still fine. Unfortunately, I notice that the hospitality, service, and quality are steadily deteriorating. What surprises me most is the quality, service, and the way complaints and guests are handled nowadays. Today at 6:11 PM, I placed an order at the drive-thru. First of all, an employee got into an argument with me about the code I had entered for the satisfaction survey. Next, she called over a manager to ask her about it. I indicated several times that I had received the code last time and wanted to redeem it NOW. However, she kept insisting on this. Eventually, I said: instead of arguing with me about three Hot Wings, first ensure that the quality and service are up to par and that everything runs a bit more smoothly. After paying, I explicitly asked if my order could be complete and hot. The manager responded by giving me a thumbs up without saying anything and then walking into the kitchen. In my opinion, this is not a professional way to communicate with a guest. At 18:22, I received my order. I checked it, and for a change, the order was complete. But the fries were soggy. I then walked back and asked for the manager again. I reiterated that I believe basic service, quality, and hospitality must be in order before an employee or manager engages in a discussion with a guest. At that moment, too, no apology was offered. I was simply told that I had to wait. My 2 children and I had to wait 30 minutes for an order of €19. (Including the order, complaint, and reordering). One more thing: I asked if the order could be remade. In my opinion, however, only the fries were replaced instead of the entire order being remade. Additionally, I also had 2 milkshakes, but these were not replaced at all. Two sauces, straws, and napkins were also missing. This confirms to me once again that the order and the service were not carefully checked before being handed over to me. I believe that a number of basic principles should apply to guest contact: - You do not argue with a guest. - You remain friendly and professional, even when dealing with a complaint. - When something goes wrong, you apologize and look for an appropriate solution. - A manager has a role model function in this regard and ought to handle complaints seriously and professionally. - When the quality or service is structurally poor, something should be done about it internally. I find this particularly unfortunate because I visit here regularly and notice the decline in service and quality very clearly. Therefore, I would like to personally contact someone from head office or the restaurant manager to discuss this situation. I do not expect an argument, but I do expect my complaint to be taken seriously and for something to actually be done with this feedback. As far as I am concerned, this is not the way you should treat guests. I will continue with this until my complaint is taken seriously!

I went to KFC in Oosterhout today. Placed a large order. When I got home, it turned out the food for 3 of the kids wasn't included! This is about 30 euros worth of paid food that was simply forgotten. I called immediately, but after no one answered 15 times, I gave up. I drive well over 20 minutes to get there, so this is really disappointing!

A highly recommended place for couples or single people.

The food here is very tasty, but keep in mind that during quiet times you may have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for a small order. Additionally, the staff has an unpleasant attitude and the restaurant is not really clean if you want to sit down somewhere.

If you place an order, you have to wait at least half an hour. They really work incredibly slowly.

Everything is delicious and the cooperation is good.

It remains KFC, it just depends on what half-hearted person has touched your piece of chicken.

This KFC is terribly understaffed. It takes way too long for your order to be ready. The staff speaks broken Dutch. Even the TV screens hanging there have been broken for months and haven't been replaced. That's how bad it is here.

I have been coming here right from the start, at least twice a week. Things don't always go smoothly, but I overlook that. However, lately everything is going wrong; it is terrible. Enormous waiting times, even for online pickup orders. Twice in two weeks, the Zinger Dunked is unavailable because something is out of stock, meaning you get the standard version. Without warning, you get a nasty, stripped-down alternative that isn't spicy. I recently had flies in my milkshake. As I write this, I am with the children; they are only here for a gift. However, it was a shock: there were no gifts in the packaging. I went to an employee to ask if they had forgotten, but without any warning or explanation, we were told that the gifts are out of stock and I can come back in 3-4 hours to see if they are back in stock then. This is normal in their eyes, but for me, enough is enough. Please indicate in advance if you don't have something in stock, so that we simply get what we order. I am going home with 2 sad children who never want to come into a KFC again!!

I have been a regular customer at this branch for years, but unfortunately, I notice that the service is getting worse and slower. I would like to see management and supervisors take measures to improve the speed of order processing. For the past few months, I have had to wait at least 30 minutes for my order (2 buckets of filet bites, 2 burgers, and fries), but usually it takes even 35 to 40 minutes. This is not a large order for 10 people, but a relatively normal order. For a fast-food restaurant, such a waiting time is simply too long. Moreover, today I was told by an employee at the counter that our order, for which we had waited another 40 minutes, had simply not been put together yet. According to him, the simpler orders were processed first, such as a single ice cream or a single burger. This is very disappointing for loyal customers. I kindly but urgently request the management to take this problem seriously and improve the organization of the orders.

A chain fast food restaurant. Nicely decorated, though. I stopped there because I had seen the advertisement on the highway. There was a weird vibe in the parking lot with all those electric cars charging.

Very long wait, wait from 15 minutes and more

The food is fine and as hot as you would expect. However, preparing your order (if you order inside) takes an incredibly long time. 15 minutes is the rule rather than the exception. You shouldn't go there for the atmosphere either. Tip: take the drive-thru and eat in your car. It feels a bit faster there.

Hey, the food is served quickly and nice and hot, it is hygienic and the service is friendly.

Well, sorry, the boxes from the previous people were still on the tables. Then a manager came by, I think, and he just walked past and didn't clean it up. No one came to clean it up either. Also, if your order is called out with 80, you have to go get your food yourself. I wouldn't exactly call that service-oriented. The food was good, though.

What a terrible restaurant. We waited 45 minutes while it was super quiet inside, outside, and at the drive-thru. The food tastes terrible; the chicken tastes undercooked. We didn't get any napkins, and we didn't even order much. Not recommended at all. The guy behind the counter blows his nose first, throws away the tissue, and then runs his bare hands over his nose and doesn't even wash them. For my part, they should just close the restaurant.

We had to wait 45 minutes for the chicken, and the burger was very mediocre as well. Because of this, I missed the school bus back to school and had to take the train back. Don't go to this KFC.

Everything is really dirty, the trash cans are overflowing, and we had to wait well over half an hour for our food. You can't really call it fast food... The staff are fighting in the kitchen and are clearly working there against their will. The manager has no control over his staff, let alone the ability to manage them.

The atmosphere was very grim. People had been waiting for well over an hour and the orders kept coming in. After half an hour, I indicated that I needed to move on urgently. Eventually, I got my food after 40 minutes. They even gave money back to customers. Given another chance, had to wait another half hour after she said 6 minutes.

The worst KFC of the country. Some items were missing and staff pretended that you never ordered it and simply ignoring you. The drink was 1/3 spilled! The quality of the food is far from the KFC standard. Avoid at all costs!!!

There's dirt on the floor and tables. The order was wrong again (one cola too few). The food was old and, in my opinion, reheated. This isn't necessary. KFC in Breda is simply much better. So it's possible.

We went to KFC yesterday and ordered, among other things, a Hotwings Bucket with Fire Sauce. Unfortunately, the visit turned into a very unpleasant and sickening experience. After two hours, I started experiencing severe temperature fluctuations and severe sweating. I had a bad night's sleep. The next day I suffered from watery diarrhea. All of this strongly points to foodborne illness/food poisoning. So, I'll never go back to KFC in Oosterhout.

40 people waiting, and maybe 3 orders got out in a half hour. They turned off the kiosks and locked the doors so no one else could come in. It’s a really sad scene and the workers don’t seem to be trying very hard to solve this disaster. I think they just gave up. Just make the chicken. I don’t understand what’s so hard about this

The food itself was fine. The atmosphere in the restaurant is -10. The staff doesn't even bother to greet you.

We arrived at 10 p.m., all the terminals were turned off. No one was at the checkout. Chairs were placed to prevent us from going into the dining room. When they saw us waiting at the checkout, they came over with a sigh. When we looked at the menu, they stared at us. We were a nuisance. We felt uncomfortable and left. Horrible.
