I was at the KFC in Nederweert today. I was served by such a super cheerful woman. At the second window, I asked what this cutie's name was... Her name was Barbara! Thanks, sweetie!

Ordered a bucket of chicken and a large portion of fries with 2 portions of mayo. I was asked 2 questions and asked twice what she was saying. She kept speaking unintelligibly. A very sweet young lady, though. 1.5 napkins with a bucket of chicken, and just like the bag of fries, one napkin was torn. A whole new dimension for a large portion of fries. No mayo, but luckily not charged for either. Every single time, KFC is a disappointment. This time too, they didn't have a full bucket of the same type of chicken; you get a different kind that you weren't expecting. Every time it's a disappointment, and then a worthless response to boot.

The best KFC in the neighborhood. I was the first one there at 11 o'clock and got free fries with my order. Super nice, and I had a laugh with the staff.

Ordered online but the day was pointless. It wasn't ready at the desired time and I still waited a long time. The food was tasty though.

Picked up food, the fries were soggy and cold, the chicken too. After a 10-minute drive, this was really fast. For 30 euros, it certainly wasn't worth the money.

Thursday evening @8:23pm... not even busy... 20 mins wait for a fast food takeaway of a bucket and fries. This is way too long!! Atmosphere is quiet amd non existent!

It was quiet there, the staff didn't have much to do, but there were still a few crumbs and food scraps on 75% of the tables.

It's a shame I can't give a full house of stars. I'm a real fan and always order the Variety Box, but this time it was disappointing at my favorite KFC in Nederweert. Besides the fact that it's no longer a box but just a "bag," there wasn't a single piece of fillet inside, just 5 very small chunks. Everything was tasty, but I always look forward to my last piece, and there wasn't one. Very disappointing.

It's a good thing I have to click 1 star, but the service here is severely inadequate!!!! And there is absolutely no atmosphere. What uninterested staff, ugh. There was nothing to do and yet we had to wait 20 minutes for our order, which was then just plopped down on the counter as if to say, 'Here it is then!!!' My goodness, those guys would be better off working in a factory where they don't come into contact with other people, because friendliness is completely lacking here!!!!! We are not coming back here!!!

It's still fast food. What I do find a shame is that if you order a bucket of filet bites, there are 2 fewer in it than what you ordered. Maybe a counting course for the staff.

This is a good KFC, good service ( especially Claudia ) chicken is cooked great for a KFC. At different KFCs around the Netherlands its sometimes completely different story. Atmosphere was a bit less, but could be because of rush hour at the time off being there. I will come back for sure when im around in the area.

We waited forty-five minutes for food that ended up being cold; on top of that, they forgot half of it. Some employees were just walking around with nothing to do, and you couldn't even hear the people at the counter call out your number. It was very unclear and rude. Dramatic; you'd better skip this one.

I find it ridiculous how I have to wait three quarters of an hour for my food. The staff was very slow. The numbers were also unclear and not called out loudly. There was a whole line of people waiting for their food because the food is prepared so slowly. When we finally got our food, it turned out the fries were undercooked🤮🤢😵‍💫. Not a pleasant experience. There is a McDonald’s across the street; I would go there if I were you!

The whole bathroom is disgusting, I don't know if it's safe to wash your hands here.

Normally I am satisfied, but today we have been waiting for our food for well over an hour. I miss the dark, sturdy lady who used to work here; she always ensured prompt service. Since she left, everything seems a lot slower/worse.

KFC always has incredibly tasty burgers and chicken pieces, and that applies here too. What could be improved is reducing the use of plastic; really, almost everything is wrapped in plastic, which is very environmentally unfriendly. The mayo packets are almost impossible to open. The tables outside were very dirty, while the inside was okay. Not a special fast-food restaurant, but convenient for a quick and tasty bite.

When visiting this restaurant, you know what to expect. The place looked very new and well-maintained, with typical restaurant decor. After ordering at the machines, you receive a number and are seated at clean and new tables. The food tasted fresh and was delicious. The restrooms were also clean and well-maintained.

It used to be a good restaurant, but in recent months the portions have shrunk but the price has stayed the same. The quality has also dropped a lot, the chicken is dry and the fries are overcooked. A disappointment.

In terms of food, I think it is the best KFC I have ever eaten at. It was quite cozy inside too. The only thing I found really annoying was the atmosphere. It was very quiet inside. There was a very tense atmosphere in the kitchen. The staff weren't talking. I could feel that tense atmosphere even when we were sitting at the table. But the food was truly the best I have ever had at a KFC.

Always delicious food and a great atmosphere at KFC Nederweert. The service at KFC was top-notch, but Barbara in particular really made the difference. She is incredibly friendly, helpful, and makes sure you feel welcome. Thanks to her, I come back with pleasure. A real star!

Second visit here, was great chicken!

Tasty! But not like the photos in the app, though that's the case at all fast food chains. Quite pricey, but you can save money by downloading the app and going for the special offers.

We had an incredibly delicious meal here with a family of 4. I will definitely be back. :)

Normally, I enjoy visiting this KFC, but unfortunately, my last experience was very disappointing. A blonde employee was particularly unfriendly and treated guests in an unprofessional manner. She was not open to a normal conversation, was unwilling to be helpful, and offered no assistance whatsoever. Because of her attitude, I felt completely unwelcome as a customer. Ultimately, I decided not to order anything at all and left. Additionally, I saw this employee eating with her fingers behind the chicken preparation area while guests were present. If this was indeed part of the food preparation or occurred during work without proper hygiene measures, I find it highly unprofessional and concerning. I do want to emphasize, however, that the manager who was present at the time acted excellently. He listened attentively to my story, took my complaint seriously, and indicated that he fully understood my situation. Fortunately, his professional and respectful attitude made up for part of the negative experience. My complaint is therefore not directed at the entire team or the manager, but specifically at this employee. I hope that this situation is taken seriously, so that other guests are served in a friendly, professional, and hygienic manner in the future.

For a quick bite. The only downside was that the place closes at 11 pm, so from 10:30 pm onwards you couldn't get in anymore. Not even if you were sitting outside to quickly use the toilet.

Stopped at this KFC on the way back from a fun girls' weekend. Employee Barbara made our weekend complete. She creates a warm atmosphere. She is friendly and customer-oriented; what a star!

What a nasty experience at KFC Nederweert… We only called to place an order… At first, no one answered, and then we were called back. As soon as the employee answered, she immediately said in an arrogant and irritated tone: “Yes, now I have your number… Now I know who you are and I can contact you.” That came across as really threatening and intimidating to us. 😔 We only wanted to place an order, but instead of being helped in a friendly manner, we were spoken to in this way. My two daughters were extremely shocked by this… They were even scared by it. Surely that is not how it should be when you just want to order something. That is not how you treat customers… Especially not when children are present. A little friendliness and respect would have made a big difference. For us, this is the last time we will contact this branch!!! We were really shocked by the way we were spoken to, and especially by the comments about our phone number… 😞👎 I hope something serious is done about this, because no one should have to feel treated like this.

We called them to order food. The call went unanswered for a very long time. Then we were called back and she said: haha, now I have your number. It was 12:47 on Sunday, July 5. We were threatened and she was very unpleasant.

The staff leaves something to be desired. They only spoke to me in English even though I spoke Dutch to them and they were also very rude. I don't know if they were students or new employees but I disliked their behavior. I had mistakenly ordered two portions of potatoes and when I realized it I asked them to cancel one portion before they prepared the order, so I didn't confuse them in any way, they told me in an unfriendly tone that it was not possible

Bad experience. After waiting for 45 minutes, we were served food that wasn't worth the wait (cold fries, tough chicken). On top of that, I was shocked when I looked at the prices. Never going back; next time to the McDonald's next door.

It was dirty there, the trash cans overflowing, and there was no paper in the toilet to dry your hands.

Awesome staff. This is the second time I had to wait on a few of the original peices, but they still gave me the ones that were ready without having me wait, and brought the rest over as soon as they were done. The food is absolutely amazing too. Absolutely worth driving over the border for.

Food took a long time last time (20 min), but sometimes they are fast too. It is never very busy here so you always have a spot👍🏻 the hot wings are also nice and juicy.

#1 KFC, the people work there with pleasure and a smile. I've been to many KFCs. Domestic and abroad. But this one is the best. Simply freshly prepared, served at the same time on your tray. The burgers are well prepared and neatly made. Not crookedly flattened together with too little sauce or anything. Just perfect. Greetings from the big KFC fan

Unfortunately, there weren't enough chicken pieces upon arriving home, and it's not the first time. So next time, it really is necessary to double-check and count the order.

The food is a bit wilted when you get home

I was so hungry and glad we found the nearest KFC! My mom and i were driving, and it was such a lucky find ☺️we loved the food so much everything was tasty and perfect and earlier i needed extra tissue and this guy helped me get it right away! such a nice guy i think his name is dwayne he’s really helpful and made our visit so much better

The ice machine didn't work that day, so no Pepsi with ice available at that particular restaurant the day I was there. Don't expect luxury, but you can eat there in a nice and quiet environment.

Great experience at the KFC in KFC Nederweert. The food was fresh and hot, the hot wings in particular were very tasty. The order arrived quickly and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was nice and clean, although it was a bit noisy during busy periods. All in all, a good place for a quick meal.

Although the food tastes good, attention must be paid to the composition of the Bucket. It contained more very small wings than I am used to. The restaurant is cleaned well, but more attention needs to be paid to the toilets.

It's a shame that "normal" Dutch isn't spoken; the lady was friendly, but she didn't understand me, which meant I ended up paying more.

Bad service, were fighting during work.

I arrived at 11 a.m. (opening time), and the restrooms were already filthy. We were the only ones there, and yet the wait for our food was quite long. The kiosk wasn't working, so we had to order at the counter. But you can only pay cash here 🙄🙄. The cashier wasn't very good at counting money and had to repeat it several times.

What a great location! My 10-year-old daughter said it was the best KFC she'd ever been to. There was a really fun and friendly vibe, thanks in part to Barbara and Demi! Something wasn't in stock, but Demi and Barbara took care of it. We were thrilled by the atmosphere and their presence. Keep it going, KFC Nederweert!
