KFC in Wijk 01 Uden

There are only 4 customers in the restaurant, but there are 5 employees behind the counter, including the floor manager. They're standing around talking and laughing, while the dining area is such a mess that it's hard to find a clean table to sit at. What a joke. Disgusting.

It took a very long time before we got our food for a fast food establishment.

Receipts empty, plates gone, no fries or sauce; something is always missing here. Never had an experience where everything was right. One of the worst KFCs in the Netherlands.

I always buy at this branch close to my home, but every time I receive fewer products than I pay for. For example: I pay €21 or €19 for a bucket of 28 items, but receive fewer than the stated quantity. I have reported this multiple times, but nothing is being done about it and the handling is very unprofessional. Today I received only 18 items instead of the 28 items I paid for. There is no manager or supervisor present here to resolve this problem. Moreover, I was treated very rudely by the staff. I am very disappointed and expect this problem to be taken seriously.

Terrible. I've been waiting in the drive-thru for 40 minutes now. Never again.

The service here is downright terrible. Almost no one speaks Dutch. The Somali girl behind the counter has a huge attitude problem and argues with the manager in front of everyone because he reprimanded her for talking to Somali customers instead of doing her job.

Bad experience at this KFC. Dirty tables, soggy fries, soggy tenders, poorly filled wraps, and bad service. From now on, we’ll drive a bit further to the next one.

The African staff inside are very rude and unhelpful towards customers, and the place is very dirty and unhygienic.

Echt slecht personell. Came in to eat just face to face took my hunger away, go to macdonalds or subway right next to it. I had an order done. Left it and just went to eat somewhere else, keep the money, never going back. Teach your staff that they are supposed to serve, I am not asking to be a king there, but if getting a bottle of water is that much inconvinience, you shouldn't be working there.

Terrible, everything we ordered was wrong. If you can't handle it, hire normal staff; this is just unacceptable! The long wait wasn't worth it either, really not worth €30 for nothing!! Not recommended.

Total lack of organization, total crap, I will never go there again... Simple order, 30 minute wait... don't eat there, they run around in circles and don't know what to do.

We paid a lot of money for the food; we really wanted to eat inside. It was like a garbage dump; I have rarely seen such a filthy situation. The tables were dirty and the floor was an absolute disgrace. In short, downright scandalous!!

Going down very badly, preparing the order takes an incredibly long time, and the burger falls apart immediately because of the sauce that looked like it was dumped on with a wheelbarrow; it's impossible to hold anymore, and the bun falls apart because the sauce made it too soft, and the staff is not well organized.

Waiting more than 20 minutes at the drive-thru for 6 filet bites and fries, while there were 3 customers. Then getting tough fries....

Food was okay, the old man who gave me the order has mistaken 3 products: missing juice, missing burger and missing sauce. Also AC was blowing cold air on a 9°C day so yeah, worst experience of a KFC ever, never coming back here 🥰

The taste of the dishes is an acquired taste; the milkshake contains more ice than milk and filling.

I've never had such a bad experience. There was a fly in the food. And on top of that, the staff were unfriendly.

Doesn't even take back the deposit cups under the pretext that they aren't deposit cups, even though this is stated on the receipt.

The fries were lukewarm, and we had to wait a long time even though it wasn't busy at all. The tables were dirty, and the staff really didn't have time to clean them.

Standard stopover when we go on vacation. Always well-seasoned, juicy, and warm.

The food is good as always, and with the deals certainly worth the money. As is often the case, a little more attention could be paid to the dining tables and surroundings.

Goddamn, last time there was an arrogant, childish atmosphere; this could 100% be my fault, but this vibe is definitely there. Then the food, ordered a bucket of originals but the chicken was sold out AT KFC AT 4 PM! After checking around a bit, they actually still had enough for my order, in other words: reheated old junk, soggy, nothing crispy, worst place ever seen.

First of all, the individual items are not listed on the drive-in menu, only the meals. On top of that, the employee was incredibly hard to understand. And finally, we got 2 very small pieces of chicken for €5.99 (about the size of hot wings). All in all, very disappointing!

The wait times used to be much longer here, but that's improved significantly. The fries are hotter and crispier than at McDonald's. The chicken is wonderfully tender and flavorfully seasoned. All in all, this has become my favorite choice in this square.

Food's as you would expect. Burgers are good, wrap a bit disappointing. Service speed is okay, mostly have to collect at the counter. Atmosphere is okay, bit noisy, and it's a shame they removed the sofa fountain for 3 self checkouts nobody uses.

Music is fine, I ordered food, staff is rude and shouts/talks very loudly, there is hair on my food, lettuce, tomato and sauce is sold out

Arrived after PSV, and they said everything was gone by noon. There was only ice cream left, which was a CAP. UNPRECEDENTED, and we just had to wait in line; the people in front of us did get their food.

While Kentucky's food is usually good, and definitely my preference over other fast-food chains, it was truly awful here. A 30-minute wait with hardly anyone there, cold fries, and a cold bucket (except for the hot wings they added at the last minute – the bucket had been waiting for 20 minutes). When you complain, they also want you to take the sauce you bought with your fries (which turned out to be cold and soggy) back in the old bag to go with the new fries. And to top it all off, when you order, you choose the returnable cup, get a disposable one (probably so you throw it away), and have to call the manager to refund the deposit. So, you wait another 10 minutes. It's a matter of principle, otherwise we would have left and never returned.

My experience at this KFC was unfortunately very bad. I ordered table delivery, but my food never arrived. After waiting about 25 minutes, I went to ask where it was. The employee said they had already called out my order, even though it was clearly visible that I had table delivery. Instead of apologizing, I was told to "just pay more attention." When I finally got my food, the chicken and fries were cold and not crispy at all—not what you expect from KFC. I also ordered a red Fernandes, but when I went to pick it up, they were out of it. Without asking, I was given a different flavor that I don't like. I also took a cup for which you pay a €1 deposit. You normally get it back, but the return machine was turned off. When I tried to give it to the staff, they refused to give me my money back and treated it as their own. Only after a discussion did I get my money back. Overall, the staff were very unfriendly and completely unhelpful. For me this was a very negative experience — definitely not what you expect from KFC.

Delicious chicken and fast service! I ate at KFC again today and it was fantastic! The chicken was crispy and flavorful, just as you'd expect.

Boring bad milkshakes, person that doesn't master the Dutch language not my favorite drive trough

The service is subpar, disinterested, and unsupervised. They'd rather let half an order go to waste because one thing is taking longer than planned. They even asked if the rest could go ahead. Machines don't work. Customers have to wait ages for incorrect or partial orders.

It's difficult to park a car with a caravan. The fries were lukewarm. The chicken burger was good, though.

We regularly come here to get ice cream cones. However, they are getting smaller every week. So now back to the McDonald's.

I ate lunch with my family this afternoon, and I'll never do it again. They forgot the whole bucket, drinks, and sauces. They barely spoke Dutch, so it was difficult to explain that my order wasn't complete. This was truly ridiculous.

Hygiene was a real challenge; the women were chatting away in the kitchen, and so were the guys. It seemed like they had all the time in the world. But the trash bins were literally overflowing, and the tables weren't clean. Fries were prepared first... eventually, the entire order was ready... So, the fries had already cooled down considerably... I got hot fries without much fuss.

Hej was everything perfect but how many change ppl u had that everyrhing going worst and worst. Like Just few minutes ago nobody use a hard protection even manager. Nobody. It was so dirty, employees are more concerned with each other than with the food. It is fine that people have a good time with each other during working hours, it is good for the atmosphere. But waiting half an hour when no one else is there makes no sense. The food was getting cold and had to ask for it.

Two cars in front of us and we have been waiting for 40 minutes for our order, then we got the food but it didn't look like food, it was totally inedible, the chicken still had to be caught I think... but then you expect at least fresh but no not at all!

Just ordered a coconut milkshake at the drive true in Uden and then on the way on the highway you find out that you got a vanilla milkshake. Too bad because I really wanted that coconut milkshake and not a vanilla!
