Food's as you would expect. Burgers are good, wrap a bit disappointing. Service speed is okay, mostly have to collect at the counter. Atmosphere is okay, bit noisy, and it's a shame they removed the sofa fountain for 3 self checkouts nobody uses.

Music is fine, I ordered food, staff is rude and shouts/talks very loudly, there is hair on my food, lettuce, tomato and sauce is sold out

Arrived after PSV, and they said everything was gone by noon. There was only ice cream left, which was a CAP. UNPRECEDENTED, and we just had to wait in line; the people in front of us did get their food.

Elderly people have difficulty ordering from a machine.

While Kentucky's food is usually good, and definitely my preference over other fast-food chains, it was truly awful here. A 30-minute wait with hardly anyone there, cold fries, and a cold bucket (except for the hot wings they added at the last minute – the bucket had been waiting for 20 minutes). When you complain, they also want you to take the sauce you bought with your fries (which turned out to be cold and soggy) back in the old bag to go with the new fries. And to top it all off, when you order, you choose the returnable cup, get a disposable one (probably so you throw it away), and have to call the manager to refund the deposit. So, you wait another 10 minutes. It's a matter of principle, otherwise we would have left and never returned.

My experience at this KFC was unfortunately very bad. I ordered table delivery, but my food never arrived. After waiting about 25 minutes, I went to ask where it was. The employee said they had already called out my order, even though it was clearly visible that I had table delivery. Instead of apologizing, I was told to "just pay more attention." When I finally got my food, the chicken and fries were cold and not crispy at all—not what you expect from KFC. I also ordered a red Fernandes, but when I went to pick it up, they were out of it. Without asking, I was given a different flavor that I don't like. I also took a cup for which you pay a €1 deposit. You normally get it back, but the return machine was turned off. When I tried to give it to the staff, they refused to give me my money back and treated it as their own. Only after a discussion did I get my money back. Overall, the staff were very unfriendly and completely unhelpful. For me this was a very negative experience — definitely not what you expect from KFC.

Delicious chicken and fast service! I ate at KFC again today and it was fantastic! The chicken was crispy and flavorful, just as you'd expect.

Boring bad milkshakes, person that doesn't master the Dutch language not my favorite drive trough

The service is subpar, disinterested, and unsupervised. They'd rather let half an order go to waste because one thing is taking longer than planned. They even asked if the rest could go ahead. Machines don't work. Customers have to wait ages for incorrect or partial orders.

It's difficult to park a car with a caravan. The fries were lukewarm. The chicken burger was good, though.

We regularly come here to get ice cream cones. However, they are getting smaller every week. So now back to the McDonald's.

I ate lunch with my family this afternoon, and I'll never do it again. They forgot the whole bucket, drinks, and sauces. They barely spoke Dutch, so it was difficult to explain that my order wasn't complete. This was truly ridiculous.

Hygiene was a real challenge; the women were chatting away in the kitchen, and so were the guys. It seemed like they had all the time in the world. But the trash bins were literally overflowing, and the tables weren't clean. Fries were prepared first... eventually, the entire order was ready... So, the fries had already cooled down considerably... I got hot fries without much fuss.

It was so dirty, employees are more concerned with each other than with the food. It is fine that people have a good time with each other during working hours, it is good for the atmosphere. But waiting half an hour when no one else is there makes no sense. The food was getting cold and had to ask for it.

Two cars in front of us and we have been waiting for 40 minutes for our order, then we got the food but it didn't look like food, it was totally inedible, the chicken still had to be caught I think... but then you expect at least fresh but no not at all!

Just ordered a coconut milkshake at the drive true in Uden and then on the way on the highway you find out that you got a vanilla milkshake. Too bad because I really wanted that coconut milkshake and not a vanilla!

Ordered at the drive-in; had to wait a long time for a small order. And then found out that something was missing. Went inside right away, here you are looked at arrogantly as if you would not miss anything at all, on closer inspection it turns out that you are. Tables and chairs are dirty and you have to sit on them with your clean clothes. Little or no cleaning action. Too bad, the floors are quite sticky.

KFC Uden, the fries are weak, the staff is not really motivated and makes a lot of mistakes, such as forgetting the fries sauce or not drinking properly, the chicken itself is super tasty and the tables were not clean, especially outside on the terrace.

Was waiting so long for the food, manager kept yelling at his own employees instead of making my food. A language other than Dutch or English was spoken and it certainly did not sound pleasant.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent visit to your restaurant. The hygiene seriously left much to be desired: the floor was sticky, the tables were not clean and the toilets had clearly not been cleaned. There seemed to be no minimum standard of cleanliness and care at all. In addition, when I made a comment about the poor quality of the food, the staff responded in a particularly unprofessional and indignant manner. Unfortunately, all of this has had a very negative impact on my experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take steps to improve the quality of your service and hygiene.

The moment we walked in, a dump was nothing compared to it. It was a complete mess, with the floor as slick as lubricant between you and your partner. We were warmly greeted with shouts of Surinamese language, which we didn't understand. They were probably already closed or something? (11:00 PM?) Google indicated they were open until 1:00 AM. We chose to eat our delicious late-night snack in the beautiful restaurant. Once we were seated, the leftovers of leftovers were still on the table, along with some processed cheese that clearly hadn't melted. This was promising. When my number was finally called in Papiamento or whatever language it was, they said: no lettuce. No lettuce. Ahh, okay. So, no lettuce... A friend's order wasn't complete at all, and he received all the leftovers that were still under the warming lamp. I proudly sat down with my tray amidst all the trash... the chicken was cold. The fries weren't fried. And even the chili sauce from the package was inedible. When we finally wanted to leave the restaurant, the sliding doors were closed. After yelling "Hey" 20 times, we were finally able to get out. I've now bet I'll have to run to the bathroom at least four times today. All in all... Food: subpar Service: subpar Atmosphere: subpar Cheese melting point: subpar Quality: subpar Hygiene: subpar ABN: subpar

Excellent food, reasonable price. What I do worry about is the way it is kept clean. I regularly see dirty tables where no one sits. I also came here regularly because I like the atmosphere upstairs. However, I note that the top floor is now very often closed. This keeps me from coming more often.

Normally, I'm satisfied with KFC and happily order the Twister wrap, but this time was a huge disappointment. The wrap I received was completely burnt – something that, as a staff member, is simply unavoidable. It's a shame that there apparently wasn't a check before placing the order. I understand it can be busy, but this simply shouldn't have happened. I was looking forward to this, and instead I received something that was simply inedible. I hope something is done about this so this doesn't happen again. Normally, the quality is excellent, but this was truly subpar.

I ordered a Twister wrap and ordered extra bacon and cheese, but there was a tiny piece of bacon in it. I asked if this was normal and didn't see any bacon. The service is terrible; the staff often just stare into space and look like zombies. The upstairs is ALWAYS closed, even when it's busy. The food is often cold, way too greasy, or very dry. One time, we were eating, and the staff decided to change the garbage bags. One of the bags leaked a whole trail of disgusting goo. In the 45 minutes we were there, no one even bothered to clean it up, so people walked through it, and everything was covered in it. This is officially the worst KFC I've ever been to. Luckily, McDonald's is right next door 😂

The food is often cold, and the fries are hard and practically inedible. With my last order I also received the wrong drink size: a medium instead of a large. In addition, the employees speak poor Dutch and the drivethru ordering device is barely understandable. It is high time that KFC HQ monitors this more strictly. Bestselling done, they talk very softly and it was almost impossible to hear what they were saying, we ordered tenders but they looked more like leftovers. Quite a lot of the food was very cold. And the burgers didn't look good, everything was next to the bun rather than on it. Drinks also on a large menu, but drinks were only half full. Don't come here again

Went there on a Monday evening. i was extremely surprised about the cleanliness, never seen such a clean KFC for so long in the last years. The employees are also very kind and hardworking. Definitely one of the best KFCs in NL.

Not busy, good food and friendly staff

Very annoying that the staff speaks very poor Dutch, so you have to tell them a thousand times what you want to order. Only to get the wrong thing. It was also very distasteful to see that one of the employees was unashamedly tasting chewing gum while preparing your order.
