Why this place not clean when here people are eating? Service is really bad… Food is not delicious. Never again.

I can't call it fast food, since it took quite a long time before I got my three cheeseburgers. I also found the prices very high. And the medium milkshake was very small and lacked flavor.

I used drive-in so I don't know ablout the atmosphere.. food was good and service extra fast.

This is impossible. The dry wraps are terribly tasteless. We sat for three hours waiting for our order, plus we couldn't get off the toilet. I don't know what you put in there, but it's so unsanitary that we even had to get an enema... it's disgusting and unprofessional. For 70 euros, you get three hours of waiting, plus 1-2 days on the toilet.💩

Standard KFC with a small nice terrace upfront where you can enjoy your chicken if there is good weather. The atmosphere it is what it is, usual folks enjoying fried chicken. Service is standard and they bring it over to your table. The men toilet upstairs is usually clogged so beware.

It is and remains a mess there; an order without errors proves to be an impossible task. And unreachable by phone!!! Update June 2026: ordered again, and sure enough, it's wrong again. Zinger box meal contains corn on the cob and 2 hot wings and the rest....???? Called again, and picked up the rest, as if the car runs on water. Once again no success and apparently nothing changes. Too bad they can't take that one star off.

Friendly people, the KFC in Roosendaal is really clean, and you get courteous service, even in the drive-through. The intercom can be a bit difficult to understand at times, but that shouldn't spoil the atmosphere. I always go for the smart deal or meal deal, and you really get a lot of food for your money.

At almost every KFC in the Netherlands, the first floor is closed. I don't understand why the employees are probably too lazy to clean, and on the ground floor everything is occupied, there's no place to eat. I hope the problem is fixed.

I wait half hour for everthing cold

I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to KFC! The food was fresh, at the right temperature, and the chicken had that signature spicy flavor you just crave. The portions were generous, and the staff was friendly and efficient, even though it was quite busy. I also appreciated that the place was clean and the wait for my order wasn't long. It's anything but fast food. After waiting for over half an hour, the order still hasn't arrived.

Disastrous restaurant, a 10-minute wait in the drive-through at the terminal, then paying, parking on the left—impossible because there are already five people waiting. And after 20 minutes, you finally get your food. Fast food? Slow food, yes! A truly sad affair. Go for the competitor across the street. Everything taken care of in 5 minutes.

Dirty place, not really clean. Toilet doors are practically falling apart. Loaded fries are just dirty and limp.

A 30-minute wait to pay without a single word from the staff... We spent 10 minutes blasting tunes with all the other customers (the atmosphere was very pleasant and sociable, we had fun), and still no one bothered to offer any information. We finally paid and got our food. The cheese, cheese, cheese, cheese stacker was doable, but the bucket of hot wings wasn't cooked through, and the milkshake was melted. They had one job: frying chicken... and they failed... You can't do that at a KFC! I'll go back to Goes next time. It's cooked there.

I ordered something at the drive-in. The friendliness could be a bit better, instead of just saying "yes" to the intercom at the post where you have to order. Unfortunately, this was the worst KFC I've ever eaten at. The employees were unmotivated around 9 p.m. The wrap looked pathetic, and the cups weren't properly filled, but the outside was completely splattered with Coke.

The staff is very friendly and really goes out of their way to help if you have a question. One minor drawback: the chicken wasn't really hot. It was very tasty, though.

Unlike other KFCs I've been to, this one is clean. Service is fast. Our order arrived promptly, quickly, and hot. 🥳 I would definitely come back!

UPD: wanted to give one last chance to this KFC, but saw an employee just dip his bare hands into the freshly made fries that are later sold to the customers, and putting them in his mouth right there, yikes 🥴 Plus just noticed tons of fake positive reviews from bots 😂 This KFC branch is horrible. The chicken was burnt and fried in what felt like very old oil which hasn’t been replaced for ages, absolutely disgusting, dry and cold. 🤢 Will never eat from this brunch again

Ons toch weer laten verleiden met de aanbieding van KFC deal meal maar terwijl ik stond te wachten even naar binnen gekeken bij het afhaalloket en niet echt hygiënisch. Opgestapelde kratten en dozen en alles zag er niet-echt schoon uit. Het eten viel zwaar tegen: koude frites, slordig opgemaakte hamburger met een rode saus aan 1 kant, kipstukken veelte dik gepaneerd waardoor keihard en smakeloos. Dit was echt de laatste keer.

I have been coming there for more than 6 years and nothing has changed for the better.

I go there because I'm a fan of KFC in general and this is the closest, but this restaurant urgently needs a reorganization to be able to remain a FASTfood restaurant (in my opinion).

Large orders are never correct. Forgotten things, other than ordered, you name it, this was the last time for me I've had enough and will go elsewhere from now on. You really have to open every box or bucket to see if what was ordered is correct. That is really impossible when picking up. Order form is correct, pick-up form too What you get is not so and I have to come from far otherwise I would go back.
