KFC in Bloemendaal

Guilty pleasure. It just tastes good... :) New, modern, fresh KFC with self-service ordering. As usual at KFC service is slow and you just go for the food not for an enjoyable time.

Best service and the hot wings and chicken are very crispy and juicy and perfectly made.

The food is good, but what I keep finding are dirty tables. It seems like they should have someone do a round and clean up. It also sometimes looks like a social club, where staff just hang around outside with friends and smoke cigarettes. That’s fine, but you do that around the corner too. Not the calling card you want to present. A real shame.

Delicious food and good atmosphere

Initially, I tried to order online for pickup. After filling out everything via a rather user-unfriendly form, I confirmed the order and wanted to pay, only to receive a message before paying stating that the Gouda restaurant was not accepting orders. Quite annoying, and a shame that this wasn't mentioned earlier. So, I went to KFC without ordering in advance and ordered everything via the drive-thru. Upon arrival, it turned out the Duo Variety Box was unavailable because it is a Pick-Up deal that can only be ordered in advance. Another one of those lovely disappointments. Fortunately, the person by the window was helpful and suggested a similar product. Fine, we'll go with that then. Unfortunately, it did cost more for slightly less. After receiving the order, I drove straight home, a 9-10 minute drive. Upon arriving home, we discovered that the fries were completely soggy, and the (according to all the commercials) crispy chicken was far from crispy (the meat was tender, though, so that was a plus). I understand that I shouldn't expect super fresh chicken and fries, but this looked like it had been sitting there for a while and kept warm. All in all, a very disappointing first time at KFC.

Ordering at the drive-thru was difficult. I could barely hear the lady.

Received a completely different order. Subsequently contacted them to either exchange my order for what I actually ordered or get my money back. They ignored me after that. Worthless place. And unfriendly staff. If I were you, I would drive 10 minutes out of my way for a better one.

They don't have a blind option on the screen; I also walked into the door.

With more than 20,000 Muslims, it is really time for the KFC in Gouda to go Halal. We are going to Rotterdam now; there are multiple Halal locations there, what a shame!

The number of stars I give speaks for itself. The service is downright deplorable and slow. If you are unlucky, you can't even park (because most of the charging spots are for Teslas, and the other half for restaurant De Beren). They don't prepare the order logically. They partially pack the order while other products still need to be prepared. As a result, half of your order is sitting there getting cold. Especially if you are picking up and still have to drive a bit. I have picked something up here several times, but I simply cannot phrase it more positively than this. It is just bad!

Smells like shit, but the food itself is tasty, Ice cream is cheap, and you can also come here if you like screaming and shitting right next to the toilet seat.

Tasty food, but the container of loaded fries wasn't even a quarter full. A waste of my money, even though that small portion was actually of really good quality. Tables dirty, floor filthy, men's toilet unusable. No table service where it should have been provided; the order table indicates this. Also, empty receipt printers, and the staff clearly didn't care. Very disappointing, only the food was good....

Burger cold!! Fries only half the size in the bag for 4 euros. Last time at KFC!

Screens keep freezing when scrolling.

I received my order from KFC, and there are some problems. First, the Pepsi bag wasn't properly sealed, so its contents spilled onto my food, making it inedible. Second, my order is missing two bags of potato chips. Please resolve this issue and compensate me.

Super tasty food and quick to make

It's an alright KFC. Took a bit of time before everything was ready.

Ordered at a kiosk; the paper ran out, but that wasn't a problem. A young man came to check and said he would pass on to the manager that the paper needed replacing; he was nice. Didn't have to wait super long either; everything was freshly fried. The tables were neat and clean. About three people after me also had their food brought to their table because it was quiet; an extra fork was provided.

Nice restaurant, good amount of parking for me and my wife, the staff didn't use the screen to show which orders was done and then for a turist it's hard to follow when they barely yell out the order number in Dutch, i ordered an boneless box menu but when I got home the corn was raw and they had put 3 hot wings with bone in my order and even though I paid for reusable cups the once we got was there regular once! My wife ordered an box menu with an burger and her's corn was also raw. Unfortunately we stay too far away if not I would have gone back and demanded an refund when the hot wing i didn't order made my apetitt disappear(my wife is deadly allergic to hot food so if they had been put to her instead she would have died). Over all an bad experience!

Even when there are no customers, you have to wait forever. Limited choice, pricey, and the atmosphere is terrible. I'd rather go to McDonald's if you're choosing fast food anyway.

Delicious food, good atmosphere, and the service was phenomenal.

I get that it's quiet, but the food is a bit lukewarm; the chocolate milkshake was extremely bitter. The floor is incredibly sticky! Wherever you walk, you really have to pull your shoes off the floor everywhere.

Had to wait a very long time for my food and drink; it had run out.

We were here on Thursday, July 2nd. The food was clearly not fresh; we noticed that immediately. The taste was very different from what we normally expect from KFC. About two hours later, we developed stomach pain, diarrhea, and nausea. The next day, we had a headache all day, were dizzy, and our intestines remained upset. After this experience, I will never come back here.

Eating takes so ridiculously long that you could drive to McDonald's in the meantime, and even then your food still isn't here. I can't understand a word of what they're saying; it's really abnormal. Service is nowhere to be seen either, and the atmosphere is completely non-existent. The food is half hot, half cold; it's really ridiculous. The hot food is cold and the milkshakes are warm.

The food was tasty and crispy, both the fries and the chicken. KFC Breda could learn a thing or two from that!

Tried it again today; just one tip: get the floor cleaned thoroughly—I'm just short of sticking to it. Chairs and tables require some attention too.

Best KFC ever, definitely going there

Very slow. Had to wait 35 minutes for my food.

The food is very tasty, I really love the service, everything is very clean, and there is free parking.

It's all terrible. A shame. The food took an incredibly long time. Several customers already wanted their money back. When the food finally arrived, the burger was cold. The chicken tenders were utterly tasteless. There were no fries, and the Pepsi was heavily diluted with water and ice. It was completely carbonated.

It's very cold inside. So cold that the food that's brought out is also cold after just two seconds.

It took a full 45 minutes before we even saw any of our food after placing our order. When it finally arrived, everything was cold. Several items were also missing from our order, which was especially frustrating. As if that wasn't bad enough, within a few hours, a large portion of our group developed severe stomach cramps. The next day, several people were still quite ill. This raises serious questions about the hygiene and quality of the food. All in all, a very disappointing and worrying experience. This is absolutely not what you should expect.

A while back, I ordered with my family (4 people) and we had to wait 1 hour and 50 minutes. Today, my husband tried again. One bucket, 45-minute wait. He mentioned the wait, and then one of the staff grabbed a bucket from another order and gave it to him. There were a lot of people waiting. People who complained got their food first, but at the expense of others. Shame on you, KFC.

I've never seen such a bad KFC. The place is simply ruined; all the employees, plus 80% of the customers, were junkies. All the tables and floor looked disgusting. I ate a Twister wrap after half an hour of diarrhea. A lot of things need to be done there asap by a good manager.

I came thru the drice thru yesterday and great service the worker looked morrocan was very nice and helped me alot and quickly nice gentlemen! Will come more often.

Milkshakes are always delicious. The staff can be friendly, depending on who you meet. Edit: I went there again, and after waiting 40 (!) minutes, I got my money back because they were out of chicken... KFC had run out of chicken. On a Saturday night. Waited 40 minutes for nothing.

Employees don't feel like working and it takes a long time before orders can be placed.

I waited 50 minutes because I had a "difficult" order. There were 10 people inside. The staff seemed to laugh about it.

35 min wait for an order… Fast food?

We waited an extremely long time for our order (40-50 minutes). What we finally received was completely different from what we ordered. Very poor service.

Ordered over an hour ago, no info on the delivery or even of the meal is being prepared.. Tried calling multiple times but no answers.

Literally every order goes wrong. We've gotten something here three times now, and each time a large part of the order was missing. When you get home, you're missing ALL the fries, or three burgers. And the staff doesn't give a damn. What a terribly bad establishment this is.

December 2, 2025, 5:30 PM: The food was terrible, really disgusting! Not worth my money.

The food here is always good, but it does take a very long time to arrive. You can charge your electric car right outside while eating, but my car is usually fully charged before I even get my food. Last Saturday, I waited almost 40 minutes for my food.

KFC food is always good, but unfortunately, I had to wait over 40 minutes for my three burgers and bacon fries yesterday. I think they're understaffed in Gouda, but luckily there are other KFC locations nearby.

I thought I'd grab a quick bite at KFC, but honestly... I've never had such a culinary trauma. The chicken was so dry I almost felt like I was eating a museum piece. The fries? They tasted like they'd been sitting in a broom closet for a weekend. The only crunchy thing about this meal was my patience breaking. If this is "fast food," then it's mainly how quickly I decided I'll never go back. I've seen better chicken in cartoons.

More than 50 minutes waiting is just ridiculous. Worse service ever and the employees there need serious training.

What a terrible mess this place is. You order online, so if you can pick up your food at a certain time, they still haven't gotten to your order half an hour later. Why do you have this system if it doesn't work and you don't either?

I found the food delicious and it was served quite quickly even though it was busy. The atmosphere was also good and very clean.

KFC management has some guts to ask 20e for a bucket of chicken, all the while customers have to wait 30minutes if not longer for their "fast" food order. The employees clearly work as fast and hard as they can but it seems to me the upper management should get off their bums and hire more staff ! It's disgusting that customers have to wait so long, being charged prices as if in the restaurant and employees barely able to catch up with the orders. It's not their fault - KFC set up clearly is not working so either pay people living wage or nobody will want to work or eat there. Absolute shame !

Food was fine, order plates just a drama

Welcome to the slowest KFC in the Netherlands. Waiting well over half an hour for a single meal is unfortunately not uncommon. The staff is mainly busy making friends. They speak little to no Dutch and are completely unfriendly. Truly unworthy of KFC.

we payed and didn't get the full order. they told us they were out and that we had to wait 30 minutes for a refund. the chicken also came shredded somehow and they were so rude

It wasn't busy, but we still waited half an hour for our food. When I asked, they were working on it (they weren't, so they were just starting). When the order arrived, it was incomplete!!! What terrible service... Personal service is completely unsuitable.
