KFC in Bloemendaal

Tried it again today. Just one tip: clean the floor thoroughly so it doesn't stick to it. Chairs and tables also require some attention.

A meal deal was offered through the app, and I selected it when ordering. Upon receiving the receipt, it was 0.50 cents more expensive. When I inquired about this, I was told that was the VAT... which, of course, makes no sense at all. It's not about the 0.50 cents, but the principle.

Just had dinner, at 6pm the place closed, couldn't order anything more, asked for an explanation, the answer was no manager and no staff, even though the sign stated until 11pm, and we were then sent away. That's not how you treat customers.

Slow, stupid, and rude. Order arrived after 45 minutes. Incomplete, no napkins, no straws, part of it was forgotten. This KFC should shut down.

The order is almost never correct

I'm almost always stuck at the drive-through in Gouda. Couldn't this be better? Edit: Now everything's running smoothly again! Edit: Back to square one.

If I could rate this place -5 I would. Average wait time is 45minutes for food, 45 MINUTES !!!!!!!!!!!!Sit down restaurants are faster.

Great place where you're always served quickly at the drive-through. It can be unpredictable whether the milkshake machine works, but despite that, the staff are always friendly. I love coming here!

The food itself is fine, but the service is terrible. The few times I've been, they've never delivered the order completely and correctly. There's always something missing. How hard can it be? The hygiene is truly terrible. Everything in the restaurant is filthy; the entire floor is sticky, the chairs are sticky, and the play area and restrooms are absolutely disgusting. It's incomprehensible that KFC allows this to happen.

I came here at 5pm, so it was not very busy. I order, for myself, a meal with 6 chicken bites and aside 9 chicken bites. The wait time wasn’t too crazy. Yet as soon as I got my order, I only received only 9 chicken bites, of which 2 were uncooked. My drink was only half full, with a bunch of mixes of what not in it. I ordered a strawberry milkshake, but found traces of coke and fat in my drink. I also got corn on a cob, brought to me cold. I had to wipe the tables, which were full of food rests from former customers. The floors were completely sticky, and the bathroom had an odd stench to it. Don’t recommend coming here.

It's OK, but don't expect too much. Extremely dirty tables, 25-minute wait.

A truly tragic place. A 20-minute wait for your food, and then you get soggy fries and a cold burger.

The food is standard KFC quality. The staff was friendly. The restrooms are dirty, and if there are leaks, it might be a good idea to cordon off that area. It's safer if you do.

My brother and I went through the drive-through to get Korean fried chicken tenders. We ate them later, but some of the tenders were still partially raw.

The food is amazingly good and the atmosphere is very good here

Super slow service. I ordered two orders: 2 fries, and the second order was zinger burger and chicken tenders. I think i bought these two orders 5-7 minutes apart while fries was the first thing i ordered. The burger came faster (at around 15 minutes) but i was dtill waiting for the fries (about 20 minutes). Fries are literally the fastest thing you can get in fast food and still waited 20 minutes. I asked for the fries and the guy gave me wrong order (korean burger) which i noticed after i came home…

It's dirty and employees are more concerned with themselves than with customers

This is really bad. Unable to order at the checkout because the staff refuses to speak Dutch or English, half of the assortment was not available. I ordered via an order terminal and received a blank receipt that I could not use. I had to spend more than 20 euros for some soggy chicken, limp fries and luckily a cooling drink. But having to wait 50 minutes for my order is really scandalous. I could have gone to the supermarket in that time, seasoned and fried my chicken myself and I would have been done even faster. This place should really be ashamed of its food, service and atmosphere. That KFC has never intervened in the current management that runs the place.

Worst KFC ever been! Super slow!!! Wednesday evening not very crowded and it took them 30 mins to prepare a simple order. Unflavored and soggy original pieces of lower quality than normal KFC level, and yet, a small wing size piece is also counted as ONE piece!

Everything is dirty, the floor, the chairs, the tables, the toilets, the food. Staff doesn't even try anymore. Tragic experience.

Very bad meal, the chicken had so much hair that it was impossible to eat. My corn was badly cooked, it seemed old. I ordered a twister with extra cheese, but I could hardly taste the cheese. Sad, the chicken was soaked in oil

Never go here again, chicken was not warm found several hairs in the spicy wings, and they were so greasy you could wring them out, bottle of water was not cold, for future customers I can only say do not go to kfc gouda

What a bad KFC. Always too few staff. Long waits in the Drive and it is never busy inside but you still do not get your food quickly. I find it remarkable that this branch is still open. In the evenings I would advise you not to go because there is little choice from the menu! I drove away today because I waited 15 to 25 minutes in the drive and then only 2 or 3 things could be ordered. And then had to wait another 20 minutes for the 2 cars in front of me to be helped. At McDonalds there were 6 cars in front of me but I was helped within 15 minutes! Take an example from them! I will not go here again. Too bad because I do not live that far away but prefer to drive a bit further on the highway where you do get your food a bit faster.

Its not the food, but the quality and efficiency of the staff. Every team or team member can have a bad day. So I reserved my judgment the first time. But the second and third time I went, it didnt get better. I waited at least for 30min everytime I ordered. Really takes the fast out of fast food. The third time i figured I’ll order online before I head there so my order will be ready when I arrive. And although the app said “ready for pickup”, when I arrived the staff couldn’t find my order, then told me there are no Original pieces, have to wait 5 min for a fresh batch, and ended up waiting an extra 20 min on it. Unprecedented waiting times, even though it is not busy

After waiting 50 minutes still no food received. When I finally managed to speak to a member of staff (which also took another 10 minutes) I was given a rude response that my order was “still in the queue” without any apology or explanation. The service was slow, disinterested and absolutely not customer friendly. Skip this KFC and go to the McDonald’s across the street… at least you know what to expect there.

What a bunch of balls. Ordered online to pick up. I sent my son to pick up the order. They tell me what they want. He is not assertive enough to intervene. I had thrown the order over the counter. I don't understand how this day care still exists.

These employees think they are still working in their own country. So slow here. It is as if they have plundered the whole of Ter Apel to find employees. The food is also not worth writing home about.

Usual food, no surprised there. Staff is very friendly compares to other KFCs. Nice seating area. Very clean

The staff does not always make you feel welcome and seems to see customers as a nuisance. If you have to wait for your food here, you can increase the agreed waiting time by fifty percent. The food, on the other hand, is what you would expect from KFC. But be sure to check on the spot whether your order is correct, as it is annoying if you only notice this at home or on the road

Waited for 45minutes on my order just to get the wrong order. I did order the varaity bucket for 2 I got a bucket full of hot wings, went to the Bali the worker just took the box of hot wings & threw them in the trash had to wait for my right order.

The worst ever. I bought chicken from them and found it rancid and undercooked. My order took half an hour. Finally I brought my order to my family and there was a large amount of oil in the box. It also smelled bad. I will never do it again and I definitely don't recommend it to my family. 🤮

Given a chance several times and often went terribly wrong. Orders are often incomplete, once soaked in soft drinks and twice now that an order has been canceled well before closing time. New staff and management because an eye for quality, service and hygiene is hard to find

When we arrived there was already a blue smoke in the place, it smelled like old grease... the crispy chicken strips were not crispy at all but as soft and limp as anything... we should actually have asked for our money back. People were waiting for more than 30 minutes for 3 milkshakes 😳 3 milkshakes... The tables were not cleaned, we were given drinks in a cardboard cup, but a deposit was charged 🤷🏼‍♀️ so you had to ask for that back first. We ignore KFC It's definitely not finger licking good

Been waiting for the food for over half an hour now, it takes an awfully long time and it's not even that busy, which is bad 😱😫😖

We had to wait 25 minutes for the food. Afterwards an employee came to bring us food, but the burgers were not there. We had to wait about 10 minutes for that. The service in the kitchen was more chatting than baking/making food. The screen where you can see when your order is ready also did not work. 1 entire kiosk didn't work, 1 side the pin didn't work and on the other side the receipt didn't work.

It's time for head office to intervene here! Been here a few times now but this was the last time. What a dirty mess it is! No table is clean, floor dirty. I'm not going to talk about the toilet at all, it's too dirty for words! Also takes way too long for the food to arrive. Last time I had to wait more than 45 minutes for a small order, that's really not possible. I think only people from Eastern Bloc countries work there, no one speaks Dutch. This is really bad!

Went here for the first time because we had to load the car, it was nice and quiet and the food was delicious.

The food was good clean and friendly Crew i would did finitely recommend it to my family and freind.

I have to share this bad opinion about KFC Gouda. Today. I decided to order something for dinner after a long break from this restaurant thinking that maybe something has changed here because a few months ago I placed an order on site and unfortunately the waiting time was over an hour and the order was never fulfilled. Today I decided to change it and trust again by ordering takeaway unfortunately my order also did not arrive almost two hours have passed and the order as it was not there is still no order. I regret to say that I do not recommend this place for ordering food on site or takeaway. I hope that I will receive a refund of the paid order. I wanted to verify this with KFC by calling them, but unfortunately no one there answers the phone

Waited more than an hour for lukewarm food, no more salt for the fries. This should not be called "fast" food.

When we entered (about an hour before closing time) it was nice and quiet Understood why. No clean table/bench combination to be found. When serving at the table, we ask if we can have extra sauce. We were told that we had to go back to the post to order 1 sauce

It's really terrible, we've been waiting for an order for 37 minutes, it's not busy and customers before our order had their order cold. Never coming back here again and I would advise others to do the same.

Placed my order in the Drive In and went to the window to pay. We waited there for 15 minutes until someone finally came and said that the 2-piece original chicken pieces would take another 20 minutes. This is the third time KFC Gouda has happened in a year, drama every time. I dare say it's really the worst KFC in the Netherlands! Staff is super unmotivated, the place is really a mess and the waiting time is dramatically long. Never ever KFC Gouda for me!

Clean fast food and friendly staff

My visit to KFC Gouda at 3:00 PM was disappointing. The tables were filthy, with food scraps and grease everywhere. It felt like it hadn't been cleaned in hours. The staff said nothing and put our food on the table without any customer service. What I also found strange is that none of the staff spoke Dutch. Communication was possible in English, but it is remarkable that there seems to be no one present in a Dutch branch who speaks Dutch. To make matters worse, an employee came out from the kitchen talking loudly on a cell phone and stood directly behind us talking. A little later this conversation continued outside, while the same employee stood smoking in front of the entrance. The food was otherwise fine, but the combination of poor hygiene and unprofessional behavior means that I will not be coming back here anytime soon. Stars: 2/5 (The food is good, but the hygiene and service leave too much to be desired.)

Takes way too long to get your food.

Stood in the drive through for a total of 30 minutes. The boy at the ordering post was difficult to understand, short and not very helpful (irritated that I asked about drink options with kidsmeal). A side dish was missing from both meals. The kidsmeal gift was also missing.

Food is good, only the floor is sticky and the deposit cups have not been scanned so you cannot get your packaging back. It's nice to get something while you're on the Tesla charger.

What a terrible place it is. Order without tomato and lettuce. 4 burgers. it is repeated again, and what do you get? A burger with lettuce and tomato...without sauce. Delivery person was nice, food was tasty, but I paid money for a large milkshake + reusable cup, and get a small disposable cup. This is the 3rd time and I think this is a shame.
