KFC in Bloemendaal

It's all terrible. A shame. The food took an incredibly long time. Several customers already wanted their money back. When the food finally arrived, the burger was cold. The chicken tenders were utterly tasteless. There were no fries, and the Pepsi was heavily diluted with water and ice. It was completely carbonated.

It's very cold inside. So cold that the food that's brought out is also cold after just two seconds.

It took a full 45 minutes before we even saw any of our food after placing our order. When it finally arrived, everything was cold. Several items were also missing from our order, which was especially frustrating. As if that wasn't bad enough, within a few hours, a large portion of our group developed severe stomach cramps. The next day, several people were still quite ill. This raises serious questions about the hygiene and quality of the food. All in all, a very disappointing and worrying experience. This is absolutely not what you should expect.

A while back, I ordered with my family (4 people) and we had to wait 1 hour and 50 minutes. Today, my husband tried again. One bucket, 45-minute wait. He mentioned the wait, and then one of the staff grabbed a bucket from another order and gave it to him. There were a lot of people waiting. People who complained got their food first, but at the expense of others. Shame on you, KFC.

I've never seen such a bad KFC. The place is simply ruined; all the employees, plus 80% of the customers, were junkies. All the tables and floor looked disgusting. I ate a Twister wrap after half an hour of diarrhea. A lot of things need to be done there asap by a good manager.

I came thru the drice thru yesterday and great service the worker looked morrocan was very nice and helped me alot and quickly nice gentlemen! Will come more often.

Milkshakes are always delicious. The staff can be friendly, depending on who you meet. Edit: I went there again, and after waiting 40 (!) minutes, I got my money back because they were out of chicken... KFC had run out of chicken. On a Saturday night. Waited 40 minutes for nothing.

Employees don't feel like working and it takes a long time before orders can be placed.

I waited 50 minutes because I had a "difficult" order. There were 10 people inside. The staff seemed to laugh about it.

35 min wait for an order… Fast food?

We waited an extremely long time for our order (40-50 minutes). What we finally received was completely different from what we ordered. Very poor service.

Ordered over an hour ago, no info on the delivery or even of the meal is being prepared.. Tried calling multiple times but no answers.

Literally every order goes wrong. We've gotten something here three times now, and each time a large part of the order was missing. When you get home, you're missing ALL the fries, or three burgers. And the staff doesn't give a damn. What a terribly bad establishment this is.

December 2, 2025, 5:30 PM: The food was terrible, really disgusting! Not worth my money.

The food here is always good, but it does take a very long time to arrive. You can charge your electric car right outside while eating, but my car is usually fully charged before I even get my food. Last Saturday, I waited almost 40 minutes for my food.

KFC food is always good, but unfortunately, I had to wait over 40 minutes for my three burgers and bacon fries yesterday. I think they're understaffed in Gouda, but luckily there are other KFC locations nearby.

More than 50 minutes waiting is just ridiculous. Worse service ever and the employees there need serious training.

I thought I'd grab a quick bite at KFC, but honestly... I've never had such a culinary trauma. The chicken was so dry I almost felt like I was eating a museum piece. The fries? They tasted like they'd been sitting in a broom closet for a weekend. The only crunchy thing about this meal was my patience breaking. If this is "fast food," then it's mainly how quickly I decided I'll never go back. I've seen better chicken in cartoons.

What a terrible mess this place is. You order online, so if you can pick up your food at a certain time, they still haven't gotten to your order half an hour later. Why do you have this system if it doesn't work and you don't either?

I found the food delicious and it was served quite quickly even though it was busy. The atmosphere was also good and very clean.

KFC management has some guts to ask 20e for a bucket of chicken, all the while customers have to wait 30minutes if not longer for their "fast" food order. The employees clearly work as fast and hard as they can but it seems to me the upper management should get off their bums and hire more staff ! It's disgusting that customers have to wait so long, being charged prices as if in the restaurant and employees barely able to catch up with the orders. It's not their fault - KFC set up clearly is not working so either pay people living wage or nobody will want to work or eat there. Absolute shame !

Food was fine, order plates just a drama

Welcome to the slowest KFC in the Netherlands. Waiting well over half an hour for a single meal is unfortunately not uncommon. The staff is mainly busy making friends. They speak little to no Dutch and are completely unfriendly. Truly unworthy of KFC.

we payed and didn't get the full order. they told us they were out and that we had to wait 30 minutes for a refund. the chicken also came shredded somehow and they were so rude

Ordered food but didn't receive it and when we asked we were yelled at

Ordered food for 25 and never received it, very strange, asked several times and they clearly ignored me, conversation with the manager and nothing came of it

It wasn't busy, but we still waited half an hour for our food. When I asked, they were working on it (they weren't, so they were just starting). When the order arrived, it was incomplete!!! What terrible service... Personal service is completely unsuitable.

I was craving some chicken tenders and decided to order through the kiosk at KFC Gouda . After placing my order, I waited for about 40 minutes but there was no sign that my food was being prepared. I finally asked one of the employees, and only then did he check and start rushing to collect my items. After a total of 45 minutes, I finally got my order and went home, only to find a single corn inside the chicken tenders box. No chicken tenders at all. Seriously? That’s what I waited nearly an hour for? The employees were extremely slow and careless. There were around 60 people waiting, and the staff didn’t seem to care at all. It’s honestly one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had.

Waiting 45 minutes for your food. Fast food??? And a beeping machine that goes off every 5 seconds.

Very long wait at the drive not usually this

It takes a very long time, the staff doesn't do everything according to plan and it doesn't make sense, the meat is raw and has feathers in it, I've been waiting for an hour and no one gives me my order, fire

Great location for a KFC. Took a break before the drive home. The atmosphere was okay, the food was just not okay! My sandwich was still cold, and the tenders weren't crispy or golden brown. They just weren't cooked properly. The fries were okay, and so were my drinks.

Just as other reviews say: slowest KFC ever! You can count on a waiting time of ca. 30 minutes, even on odd hours (e.g. 16.00h) and for the simplest/smallest orders. I have experienced this several times now at this KFC.

The food was super delicious and fresh. The service was great.

No one speaks Dutch or even English. Close everything down, except for acquaintances.

Demand comes quickly during peak times

2 people are working during lunch on Sunday. 10 people are waiting for their orders for more than 20 minutes. Multiple items were not available. Poor employees and shame on the manager of this place. Just avoid and go to mcdonalds.

We spent almost €50 on burgers, fries, and shakes, but... The fries were cold, and the ratio of the chicken burger to the bun wasn't quite right (at one point I was only eating bread). My husband ordered a chocolate shake but got vanilla (which he doesn't like). No one in the restaurant spoke Dutch, so they didn't understand what we wanted. We waited almost an hour for our food. All in all, a huge disappointment, and as a result, we will definitely never go to KFC again.

This place is terrible. The menu changes constantly, and they can never get me a regular order. They always add something to it, or the burgers are different from each other in the same order. This isn't very good.

The slowest KFC restaurant worldwide! Come see how the employees yawn in your face as more than 20 customers wait for their orders.

Had to wait 35 minutes for the most important part of the meal: the hamburger. Even after I confronted them about it, we still waited a long time. It wasn't busy. Four customers in the store. It was something with the chef. We did get some free chicken pieces to ease the pain and an apology. But hey... you go to a store like that because it's supposed to be quick.

hire serious people, not boys who are happy even when the sauce falls on the ground…The floor was dirty and sticky. I almost left my shoe on it. The toilet were dirty and smelly. Avoid this place if you don't want to get food poisoning.

3 quarters of the menu is "not available"

The food is excellent, but the cleanliness and order could use some improvement. The drink refillers smell of urine, and when the receipts ran out of paper, they didn't do anything about it, just telling us to remember the number.

I had to wait almost 15 minutes in the drive-thru before I got my food. The food itself was perfectly fine, but the wait was really long. I think there were only three people working or something. The food was two cups and a milkshake, so it didn't necessarily take that long.

Good food but had to wait a very long time for the food

The staff doesn't have a smile on their faces. They look like they're working there as a punishment.

Without asking, a deposit is charged when you order at the cash register. If you raise the issue, the staff rudely replies that you don't need to ask. The food had too much salt, and the fries were soggy. Not recommended.

Tried it again today. Just one tip: make sure the floor is thoroughly cleaned so I don't get stuck to it. Chairs and tables also require some attention.

A meal deal was offered through the app, and I selected it when ordering. Upon receiving the receipt, it was 0.50 cents more expensive. When I inquired about this, I was told that was the VAT... which, of course, makes no sense at all. It's not about the 0.50 cents, but the principle.

Just had dinner, at 6pm the place closed, couldn't order anything more, asked for an explanation, the answer was no manager and no staff, even though the sign stated until 11pm, and we were then sent away. That's not how you treat customers.

The order is almost never correct

Slow, stupid, and rude. Order arrived after 45 minutes. Incomplete, no napkins, no straws, part of it was forgotten. This KFC should shut down.

I'm almost always stuck at the drive-through in Gouda. Couldn't this be better? Edit: Now everything's running smoothly again! Edit: Back to square one.

Great place where you're always served quickly at the drive-through. It can be unpredictable whether the milkshake machine works, but despite that, the staff are always friendly. I love coming here!

The food itself is fine, but the service is terrible. The few times I've been, they've never delivered the order completely and correctly. There's always something missing. How hard can it be? The hygiene is truly terrible. Everything in the restaurant is filthy; the entire floor is sticky, the chairs are sticky, and the play area and restrooms are absolutely disgusting. It's incomprehensible that KFC allows this to happen.

I came here at 5pm, so it was not very busy. I order, for myself, a meal with 6 chicken bites and aside 9 chicken bites. The wait time wasn’t too crazy. Yet as soon as I got my order, I only received only 9 chicken bites, of which 2 were uncooked. My drink was only half full, with a bunch of mixes of what not in it. I ordered a strawberry milkshake, but found traces of coke and fat in my drink. I also got corn on a cob, brought to me cold. I had to wipe the tables, which were full of food rests from former customers. The floors were completely sticky, and the bathroom had an odd stench to it. Don’t recommend coming here.

It's OK, but don't expect too much. Extremely dirty tables, 25-minute wait.

A truly tragic place. A 20-minute wait for your food, and then you get soggy fries and a cold burger.

The food is standard KFC quality. The staff was friendly. The restrooms are dirty, and if there are leaks, it might be a good idea to cordon off that area. It's safer if you do.

My brother and I went through the drive-through to get Korean fried chicken tenders. We ate them later, but some of the tenders were still partially raw.

Super slow service. I ordered two orders: 2 fries, and the second order was zinger burger and chicken tenders. I think i bought these two orders 5-7 minutes apart while fries was the first thing i ordered. The burger came faster (at around 15 minutes) but i was dtill waiting for the fries (about 20 minutes). Fries are literally the fastest thing you can get in fast food and still waited 20 minutes. I asked for the fries and the guy gave me wrong order (korean burger) which i noticed after i came home…

It's dirty and employees are more concerned with themselves than with customers

This is really bad. Unable to order at the checkout because the staff refuses to speak Dutch or English, half of the assortment was not available. I ordered via an order terminal and received a blank receipt that I could not use. I had to spend more than 20 euros for some soggy chicken, limp fries and luckily a cooling drink. But having to wait 50 minutes for my order is really scandalous. I could have gone to the supermarket in that time, seasoned and fried my chicken myself and I would have been done even faster. This place should really be ashamed of its food, service and atmosphere. That KFC has never intervened in the current management that runs the place.

Worst KFC ever been! Super slow!!! Wednesday evening not very crowded and it took them 30 mins to prepare a simple order. Unflavored and soggy original pieces of lower quality than normal KFC level, and yet, a small wing size piece is also counted as ONE piece!

Very bad meal, the chicken had so much hair that it was impossible to eat. My corn was badly cooked, it seemed old. I ordered a twister with extra cheese, but I could hardly taste the cheese. Sad, the chicken was soaked in oil

Never go here again, chicken was not warm found several hairs in the spicy wings, and they were so greasy you could wring them out, bottle of water was not cold, for future customers I can only say do not go to kfc gouda

What a bad KFC. Always too few staff. Long waits in the Drive and it is never busy inside but you still do not get your food quickly. I find it remarkable that this branch is still open. In the evenings I would advise you not to go because there is little choice from the menu! I drove away today because I waited 15 to 25 minutes in the drive and then only 2 or 3 things could be ordered. And then had to wait another 20 minutes for the 2 cars in front of me to be helped. At McDonalds there were 6 cars in front of me but I was helped within 15 minutes! Take an example from them! I will not go here again. Too bad because I do not live that far away but prefer to drive a bit further on the highway where you do get your food a bit faster.

Unprecedented waiting times, even though it is not busy

After waiting 50 minutes still no food received. When I finally managed to speak to a member of staff (which also took another 10 minutes) I was given a rude response that my order was “still in the queue” without any apology or explanation. The service was slow, disinterested and absolutely not customer friendly. Skip this KFC and go to the McDonald’s across the street… at least you know what to expect there.

Its not the food, but the quality and efficiency of the staff. Every team or team member can have a bad day. So I reserved my judgment the first time. But the second and third time I went, it didnt get better. I waited at least for 30min everytime I ordered. Really takes the fast out of fast food. The third time i figured I’ll order online before I head there so my order will be ready when I arrive. And although the app said “ready for pickup”, when I arrived the staff couldn’t find my order, then told me there are no Original pieces, have to wait 5 min for a fresh batch, and ended up waiting an extra 20 min on it. What a bunch of balls. Ordered online to pick up. I sent my son to pick up the order. They tell me what they want. He is not assertive enough to intervene. I had thrown the order over the counter. I don't understand how this day care still exists.

These employees think they are still working in their own country. So slow here. It is as if they have plundered the whole of Ter Apel to find employees. The food is also not worth writing home about.

The staff does not always make you feel welcome and seems to see customers as a nuisance. If you have to wait for your food here, you can increase the agreed waiting time by fifty percent. The food, on the other hand, is what you would expect from KFC. But be sure to check on the spot whether your order is correct, as it is annoying if you only notice this at home or on the road

Waited for 45minutes on my order just to get the wrong order. I did order the varaity bucket for 2 I got a bucket full of hot wings, went to the Bali the worker just took the box of hot wings & threw them in the trash had to wait for my right order.
