I always order online. Normally, I pick up my order at the drive-thru and receive it through the window without any problems. Today, however, things were different. An employee approached me with an angry expression and said that the window is only intended for the drive-thru and not for online orders. He refused to hand me my order through the window. Moreover, he spoke very unclearly, making it difficult for me to understand him. I found this way of treating customers very unfriendly and disappointing.

Time and time again, I am amazed that nothing improves at this KFC branch. Just now, I encountered another employee who, in my opinion, doesn't quite understand exactly what I am ordering or how he is supposed to speak to customers. I arrived at the drive-thru, one car ahead of me, and it was my turn. Upon arriving at the terminal, the employee asked for a moment... of no less than 10 minutes. Next, I placed my order, and he repeated three times whether it was correct and directed me to come to the second window. Arriving at the second window, the man called out to me. Full of surprise, I said I had already ordered. Then the man started repeating everything again, and I indicated that it still wasn't right and said that the sauces were missing. Next, the man asked for 3 mayo and 2 ketchup again and rattled off the entire order once more, and I indicated for the fourth time that I would like 3 mayo and 3 ketchup. Then I wanted to pay; the man called out card or cash. I indicated cash, the man held out his hand, and I asked how much it was? Finally paid, but the man then simply gave the order to drive straight ahead. Assumed I had to wait there for my food… the food finally arrived after 15 minutes. So I stood in the drive-thru for at least 20 minutes and arrived home with 3 mayo and 2 ketchups, but I did pay for 3 ketchups.

The KFC in Vlaardingen has unfortunately entered a downward spiral in recent years. The service is often listless and uninterested; the staff is not exactly friendly and sometimes even downright bored. The quality of the food has also deteriorated; it happens that you get cold fries without salt. There are frequent errors in orders during packing, meaning items are often missing. In summary, it comes down to the fact that we haven't really eaten here for a long time and only stop by for the milkshakes, but all in all, in our opinion, it unfortunately deserves only two stars.

never coming here again. i order the variation bucket with 14 pieces i always check my order and came 2 pieces short. i went back inside and explained that they made a mistake with my order and did not get the about of pieces i paid for. the guy behind the counter was already have a bad attitude towards us and kept making excuses we showed him and he said he will take a look, while he went in the back we saw he added 2 more pieces of chicken and came back with a arrogant tone telling us we counted wrong i pointed out that we saw him putting the pieces in. he started to get agressive towards us and i reminded him that we saw what he did en that we are not stupid then he called us stupid for niet being able to count and went in the back to come back later with a box of chicken en basically trew it towards me and said i dont want to argue about 2 pieces of chicken, but he already did argue about it. so im warning people to check if you actually get what you ordered because this is not our first time. NEVER COMING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.

The alternative would have been a dirty table so he could clean the already clean one even more. We explained that we were almost finished – thankfully, he let us sit for a little longer. A little more priority given to overall cleanliness and a bit more tact in dealing with guests would really help here.

On January 30th, I got food poisoning. Two Zinger burgers were ready in three minutes, and they were just thrown on the counter. The lighting needs maintenance, and the tables are cleaned only once every two hours. Absolutely not recommended.

I've been to many KFC restaurants in the Netherlands. This one is the absolute best in the Netherlands! The food was delicious! The service was exceptionally friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed! The food was amazing, and the wait was less than 10 minutes for an order of four! If you're reading this, I definitely recommend you go! And as for the comments complaining about language and such, they should be ashamed of themselves. 10/10!

By 5:15 PM tonight, the fries were already gone. So, a menu was practically impossible. After dinner, we wanted a chocolate sundae. We ordered and paid via the screen. But at the counter, we were told the chocolate sauce was also gone. Furthermore, the ice cream itself was only half the size it usually is. It barely filled the cup halfway, while in the photo, the ice cream is clearly sticking out. When we mentioned this, the staff shrugged disinterestedly. This was a very bad experience.
