Not all locations have tasty food.

I gave it several tries, but the service remains subpar. The food is often cold and sometimes even disgusting. What makes matters worse: when you order Bucket Original, you get micro-sized pieces without consulting them, often with wings or strips mixed in. A staff member indicated that the correct pieces were gone, but the manager later said that they "can just be mixed." This is misleading and unacceptable. For me, it's clear: never again KFC Gorinchem.

I went there on my vacation, the people were extra friendly and helped me with the order and explaining the menu compared to my country's menu

I've been to this KFC three times, and there's always something wrong. Frozen corn, empty buns, and mixed-up orders. The staff seem untrained or unwilling to work. It's usually dirty, and the wait times are excruciating. I honestly don't recommend it; for me, it's the worst KFC I've ever been to.

I've been to many KFC restaurants in the Netherlands. This one is the absolute best in the Netherlands! The food was delicious! The service was exceptionally friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed! The food was amazing, and the wait was less than 10 minutes for an order of four! If you're reading this, I definitely recommend you go! And as for the comments complaining about language and such, they should be ashamed of themselves. 10/10!

What a crappy place. I was forced to leave the line. The person taking orders spoke very poor Dutch, and was being rude. She didn't understand anything about the orders or what they were even selling. It was completely pointless. After trying to order for 10 minutes, I drove to McDonald's. I was treated well, and my order was quickly and clearly answered. It's great that you offer people from other countries the opportunity to work, but then they have to speak the language at the call box, otherwise they have to work in the kitchen. This is terrible.

A few times a year I go through the drive-thru and am greeted by someone who doesn't speak very clearly and is also very curt. The food I get is usually not at the right temperature. All in all, last Friday was the last time I order from KFC in Gorinchem. Too bad.

What a terrible KFC! I just got it for over €30. I had to go back in three times! They forgot to put things in, then we got new fries and wraps, and then the burgers and wraps were cold, so we had to go back. Then they forgot the wrap again. No salt on the fries, nothing! I'm done with it.

Lately, a lot of things have gone wrong with orders where food has been ordered but not received. You do get it when you are in the restaurant, but it becomes difficult if you go through the drive-thru and are already back home.

Got food from the drive-thru for the umpteenth time, and we're missing things again, and when you call them, they just hang up. Well, they won't see me there anymore... I'm missing an entire menu.

Atmosphere is the only atmosphere at KFC. The staff does their job in places like this because that's all that matters, and the food is the same as at every KFC. I emphasize!!!! The staff does their job, and when I was there, the professionalism was top-notch.

Just been to the KFC in Gorinchem, the staff is super grumpy and doesn't speak a word of Dutch or English. The food was cold, the toilet was super dirty, the light didn't work in the toilet and there was only toilet paper with poop on it on the floor, so if you want to get sick, go here.

What a mess. We just ate there; the fries were tough and cold, the chicken was lukewarm, and half our order had been forgotten. The floor and tables were dirty and sticky. The staff had no idea what they were doing and didn't speak Dutch. A completely disappointing experience.

You pay more and more and get less and less... they should drain the chicken more, sometimes the oil just drips off.

Consistently good fried chicken!

As you might expect from a KFC. The toilet wasn't exactly clean.

The restaurant looked good and tidy. And my food was ready very quickly and delicious.

By 5:15 PM tonight, the fries were already gone. So, a menu was practically impossible. After dinner, we wanted a chocolate sundae. We ordered and paid via the screen. But at the counter, we were told the chocolate sauce was also gone. Furthermore, the ice cream itself was only half the size it usually is. It barely filled the cup halfway, while in the photo, the ice cream is clearly sticking out. When we mentioned this, the staff shrugged disinterestedly. This was a very bad experience.

We ordered sweet chili sauce with our menu. While eating, we discovered it came with ketchup instead of sweet chili. We asked at the counter to exchange it. We were told they were out of sweet chili. You order something, and when it's gone, they just give you something else. Not very customer-friendly. They let the customer choose. And why isn't this done when you pick up your order?

Opening hours are wrong; you arrive with a light on, but no staff to be found. No one at the drive-thru either.

I don't recommend this restaurant; it takes a long time, and many people were there before us! Don't go here!

That's all well and good, but the chicken is really bad, dried out and greasy. The one at McDonald's is much better. The burger bun isn't exactly fresh either; it's dry and tasteless, and the fries are cold. The chocolate milkshake is the best NGL, so it gets two stars.

Ordered at the drive-through. We waited a long time for our food. When we received our order, we were missing the Fire Twister. I went inside to report this and to buy two more Sunday Dubai ice creams. Unfortunately, they were out of spoons, so they gave us forks. I did get the Fire Twister, hence the 3 stars for service. Once back in the car, it turned out the Colonel burger was missing onion and tomato.

Typical fast food, not very welcoming. The staff doesn't speak Dutch, but that's not surprising considering KFC has a more immigrant workforce. The problems mentioned above wouldn't have been an issue if the food had actually been good. I come here quite often because, well, it's good. But I've honestly never had a completely hot order. Something is always lukewarm or limp.

Dear all, This is and will always be the same feeling for me as coming home after a long day at work, taking off your shoes, and shuffling across the heated floor to the living room to give your wife a kiss. This is truly amazing! Wonderful, man!

The food was mediocre by fast-food chain standards. It was barely crispy and rather bland in terms of seasoning.

You order €36 worth of food for two people. A medium milkshake is a small 200ml cup. You ask if it's correct, but they say it's perfectly normal. Did you just get ripped off? The food was cold and incomplete. Had to wait an awfully long time even though it wasn't busy.

We went with a group today. The food was nice and hot and prepared quickly. The service was really great compared to other branches. Serpil was super friendly and helped us a lot with a smile. Very professional and kind. Deserves 10 stars. Because of her, we always come to this branch.

Dear people of the internet, DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. And I'll explain why as follows: The food: We had a boneless box of 20 pieces with 2 medium fries and 2 medium drinks. The chicken was COLD. And the fries had no salt and had already cooled down considerably. The drinks were fine. The staff: Most of them don't speak Dutch. I had to ask three people for scissors because you just can't open those sauce packets. The staff was polite, though. We were there at 8:00 PM. They already had chairs on the table, emptied the trash cans, and were cleaning. Even though we don't close until 11:00 PM. The interior, on the other hand, was nicely decorated, but nothing more.

We stopped in for our favorite mixed meat, but unfortunately it wasn't available, so we weren't satisfied, we ordered what was available, I like salad, but here too we were unlucky, I realized that it's like a lottery which establishment you get into, in one everything is great, in the other I would never advise anyone, well, of course the choice is always yours.

Staff are absolutely useless. Slow, can't count the right number of pieces of chicken, forgot the chips we ordered completely, no butter for corns, and slow. Slower than a stick insect stuck in a sticky mess. Hopeless. And it was twice the price of the UK

Smart menu is a scam, you literally don't get any food

Drive Tru service is super slecht. Vanavond om 19:43 uur met mijn gezin geprobeerd kip te bestellen bij KFC aan de Drive. Ik stop bij de paal en de Drive-bediende vraagt met een zwaar accent "Wat wil je". Dit is niet de manier om een gesprek aan te gaan, maar okey, wat verwacht je van zo'n tent. Ik vraag om vijf Double Crunch burgers en wil verder gaan met de rest van de bestelling, maar de dame valt me in de reden: "Wij hebben geen tenders. Geen Double Crunch". Een tender is een gepaneerd kipfiletje. KFC adverteert ermee, dat zij zelf de kipfilets ter plaatse paneren. Ik neem aan dat ze kip in de kast hebben liggen, en nog wel ergens kruiden verstopt heeft. Het kan natuurlijk, dat de gepaneerde tenders even op zijn, en dat het een minuut of 10 gaat duren, voordat de medewerkers aan het paneren gaan. Maar nee, op de vraag: "hoe lang het gaat duren, voordat er tenders gepaneerd zijn" kreeg ik het antwoord: "Wij hebben niet. Ga weg". Dat weggaan heb ik dan ook gedaan. Kortom een perfecte service (niet!) Uiteindelijk bij McDonalds gegeten. Misgelopen omzet voor de KFC. Slechte service. Lui personeel. Geen management aanwezig. Totale flop. De kolonel draait zich drie keer om.

Order kiosks do not work 4 out of 2, staff pays more attention to the waste bins than to the dirty tables. The employee first fills the garbage cans, after which he continues in the kitchen making sandwiches... after a long time we visited KFC Gorinchem again... dirty tables and chairs, screaming employees (table number signs have been removed) Deposit machine not working... And the refill is also gone... Until next time..

Food cold, you have to pay a deposit but bring a disposable cup, rubbish everywhere on the tables. Visit your colleagues in Weert and learn how to do it. By far the worst KFC in the Netherlands.

Bij aankomst deden de schermen het niet. Wel snel geholpen maar het duurt lang voor het eten klaar is. De burgers lagen al lang klaar waardoor ze erg lauw waren. Friet was koud. Toiletten ronduit smerig, lamp boven tafel dikke laag stof en zeer vette binnenkant. Vuilnisbakken overvol. De bediening stond de dienbladen met een tissue schoon te maken. En de bestelling niet compleet. Gegeten en snel weggegaan. Never going back Here.

I've bought chicken here twice now and got seriously ill twice.

Normally always great at this KFC, nothing to complain about. But now it was annoying. At kiosk you couldn't make changes if you added cheese and bacon. No problem, we order at the checkout. Well told twice how we wanted our order due to allergies. We receive our order, but something went wrong. Told us again how we wanted it to be. Finally got it. To my astonishment, we receive our order on a dirty tray liner/tray. I see something like chocolate? Even though I didn't order that at all. (See photo) Normally I don't complain, because I work in this industry myself, so I know how things can go. But I wasn't used to this from this KFC. Hopefully better next time!

When I go to the Drive, order a Bucket with 10 originals, he says we don't have any chicken. I had to laugh and thought he was joking. A Fastfood KFC standing in front of its chicken doesn't have chicken. They were just too lazy to make or fry chicken, which was ridiculous. If you continue like this you will lose a lot of customers and at the end of the day you can close down because no one will come anymore because you don't have a Kip ball tent anyway. Shame on you KFC
