The food was freezing cold upon delivery. There were only 13 small fillet bites in the bucket of 15, and we found ONE HAIR in the hot wings! The delivery driver couldn't have been at fault; the food was neatly sealed in his own delivery bag.

I always have an 80% success rate at this KFC. I went on a Saturday during a quiet time. I really want to give the restaurant one star. There's ketchup on the walls that's been there for months; this is less noticeable because of the patterned mural. There were also ketchup splatters on the lampshade. If something is ever wrong, it's simply resolved without any fuss. For those who find this difficult: listen to the tone of your complaint 🤔, maybe then you won't have any issues with customer service 🙈. We had a bucket menu: two drinks, two fries, and a boneless bucket. Via the app for €18... with the upgrade of two loaded fries and one chocolate milkshake, it was €23.30. No picture of the shake, but it tasted great. As you can see in the picture, the loaded fries were incredibly loaded 😱. Chicken was good and hot👍.

I think the price-quality ratio is not right.

Too busy for the people they have. The girls can't cope. A tense atmosphere, even among the staff.

First And last time. 3 sandwiches all taste the same. Order online and after 10 min notification received of my order completed, got there and wait 40 minutes for 3 sandwich menu. All the people who ordered before me was served. When i ask about my order, items were left on the counter for good 15 minutes, order a sandwich without sla and received with obviously a good amount of sla. Staff in the kitchen laughing and having fun when they are in trouble with tickets, hugging people coming by without washing their hands afterwards..again first and last time they see me

Friendly staff with great customer service. We received a small refund because we had to wait half an hour for our food. Extremely customer-friendly (better than many other fast-food chains).

The place was dirty and there was hair sticking out of the chicken.

The well-known doesn't need mentioning; your food is very delicious and the quality is excellent. I've tried many of your dishes, and they are all excellent.

Why hasn't this establishment corrected its mistakes for so long? Sometimes they don't add anything to the order. Today I bought a children's set. My child waited, but the toys didn't show up. And this isn't the first time.

Dirty, disorganized, chaos when busy, food is not fresh and meager (lukewarm, half-filled fries, lukewarm chicken, and only one pathetic piece of hamburger). Not recommended.

It's very good and it's freshly made

Ordered 2 zinger burgers. Waited for over 30 minutes to get 2 originals... Staff honestly got no clue what they're doing, they're walking like chickens without head throughout the kitchen and counter. They keep forgetting what they're doing. Honestly after watching for 25 minutes it took me to get pissed and demand my order for them to finally serve it, which turned out te be wrong too. I'll never be going to this KFC again, seriously they're a disgrace. People walking freely into the kitchen, and kitchen staff walking into the counter area touching things with their gloves still on... Avoid this KFC at all cost, it's better to drive a little towards another, you'll have your order faster, drive time included.

KFC is everywhere and this one is good. Good service, Good chicken. No belly hurt. Recommend if u wanna enjoy KFC and do some sightseeing

They should close down. Even a three-year-old has a better workflow. I'm just a little shocked. The food is always cold, stale, or incomplete. They can't even make proper ice cream.

What rude people work here. Getting a bucket and picking up milkshakes... they put the milkshakes down first, and seriously, 20 minutes later, the bucket. So I told them the milkshake had been there for 20 minutes. A woman said, "Make me a new one," and then she walked upstairs. And the rude employee started helping other people, making the milkshakes very slowly, and then said, "I'm doing that on purpose because it makes the food cold." I could have thrown the milkshake in her face, but I just left. I'll never go back to this place again.

The food was edible, I'll leave it at that. An employee threw chicken at me, which is not normal. I also had to wait 1/5 hour for my meal, I also ordered a large drink and received a small one. I asked why I got a small one and they said I could switch the pot, which is not normal. The food was also cold, a shame again.

I ordered one burger, but that was very difficult. After I ordered, a sloppy-looking employee forgot to make my burger. After 20 minutes, and everyone who came after me had gotten their food, I went to ask for an explanation. They looked at me sheepishly and didn't say a word. The worst KFC I've ever eaten at. Such a shame... I'd put up a "Manager Wanted" sign here. Update: I went back recently because the ad caught my attention. I honestly don't know why you're not addressing this staff. Close the place down or hire a capable manager. It's truly bizarre that you dare to say, "You care about quality..."

Their staff is very aggressive and unfriendly. A very bad experience.

They take a really long time to make your food and KFC remains KFC but the staff could do with a bit more effort. The people who work there look like they just got out of bed. There is no pace to it and when I ask where my order is, they ignore me and just carry on with other orders.

It took way too long to get my food, and I only saw two people and 30 customers. And we had cold fries with way too much salt, and this is the last time I'll be back.

As far as I'm concerned, this was once but never again, there is absolutely nothing right about this company, the interior is completely unimaginative, the exterior too grotesque for words (that works in the US but certainly not in Europe, however, try to make that clear to the chain. Fast food should also be cheap and certainly not have dynamic pricing... just try Googling the price of chicken nuggets, it simply doesn't work where it does in almost every other industry. And then those names... 'Crispy Tenders', at least try to put the Dutch name in brackets after it... what a haughty fuss. I don't even want to talk about the waiting times for fast food there, 'fast' means 'quick', right? A failed concept, that KFC, better not fall for it...

Me and my friend were yelled at by the people in the kfc while we did nothing to them and they followed u, my other friend ordered kfc and accidentally clicked on take out instead of dine in and when his food was done we were send away. The food was also cold and a really smal portion this is really the worst kfc ive ever been to.

We waited a very long time. Like really about 35 minutes.

The wait for your food in this KFC is always long. It seems like there is only 1 cook in the kitchen. Our orders are often incorrect. These will then be resolved as best as possible. There is always a seat. I actually hardly go here anymore, there is a better one further down in Barendrecht. But of course you should be able to go there too. What also strikes me is the lack of napkins. You don't get them and they aren't there either. Maybe that's something from KFC itself, not just this one? The people do their best.

It took 43 minutes to receive my order. And I was told that the drink I ordered was not available and I could order on the screen. The service quality of the employees was very poor and one of them laughed at me when I asked for my order after saying that I had been waiting for a long time. Also, half of the food was cold. Definitely a place you should not eat at.

Came here for the first and also for the last time. The food was of sufficient quality. However, ordering via the well-known post did not work. Process crashed constantly. So just ordered from the employee. Was hardly interested and didn't ask if I wanted some fries sauce. I certainly would have wanted to. Very simply a burger with fries and a coke. Then had to wait more than 20 minutes. As I already wrote, the food was of sufficient quality. The amount of fries was more than small. The price quality is therefore not good. Returning the deposit cup turns out to be a major undertaking. Scan the cup, you will then receive a receipt and then I have to figure out how to get the 1 euro back. Finally, a quick trip to the toilet. The toilet was beyond filthy and smelled terrible. Therefore certainly not worth repeating. Unfortunately. Getting a return is quite an undertaking. Don't have a Tikkie; and I don't plan to download this app either. Arrange this via ING and it works fine. So I think many people don't have Tikkie. You then have to send an app and then wait a few days for your 1 euro. How complicated and customer-unfriendly can you make it. The goal seems to be to drop out. Please note I write my opinion. Company is really out of date.

Ordered hot wings but when they gave it to me they were suddenly out of hot wings and got greasy soggy uneven chicken pieces. And you really pay a waste for that. Don't know what they do with the chicken there but it's really not good

Very bad food, almost ordered 80 euros worth of food. What was supposed to be 50 minutes turned into 1.5 hours. Once delivered...chicken was not even crispy, but limp and cold. The same goes for the fries...also limp and cold...a real waste of money. I won't order anything anymore.
