Worst service imaginable. I placed an order online, and immediately after accepting my payment the delivery time increased from an hour to an hour and forty-five minutes. It's been over two and a half hours now, and I'm getting no update, and no answer to my email, WhatsApp messages, or phone calls. Absolutely pathetic!

Placed an order, but didn't hear back. Then I called the number, which belongs to someone who has nothing to do with the business and is constantly being harassed by calls from them. The website also appears to be fake.

Spareribs with BBQ "sauce" that's as thick as apple syrup and tastes absolutely awful. I paid €16.50, but I probably would have been satisfied with fries and a frikandel special for about €6. The place doesn't look very fresh either. Next time, I'll just have a quick pizza. I won't be going back here anyway. Okay, now I just need a plate of Brinta.

No-no sticker on the bus, and I still received advertising. Sometimes, if it's a very local business, I can understand this, but this one is over an hour's walk away. I see I'm not the only one, so it wasn't an accident on the part of the delivery driver.

I ordered food through Thuiszorgd. We received the wrong item, but we ordered and paid for a large amount. We called, and they promised to send the correct food. It was supposed to take an hour, but the food never arrived. I then tried calling, but they hung up and blocked me several times. Absolutely unacceptable, terrible service.

Delicious spare ribs with plenty of sauce. The sauce is also well-seasoned; you could taste the garlic and many other spices. I definitely recommend getting spare ribs here sometime.

Chicken satay comes with shawarma spices. Peanut sauce comes cold in a container. Fries are mediocre.

REALLY NOT NORMALLY TASTY!!! We had the 750 gram pork spareribs with sweet sauce, fries and a cheesecake. They delivered on time. The fries were still nice and fresh and warm, the spareribs were so tender that they fell off the bone. The home made cheesecake gets a BIG 10!!! We will definitely order here more often.

Just picked up some food here. It was delicious. It fell off the bone spontaneously. It's a shame there weren't enough delivery drivers around at the time. Otherwise, it was a great place.

Ordered via Thuisbezorgd, waited 2 hours with hungry children. Ordered Kapsalon Gyros with Garlic Sauce and Red Onion Sauce, Instead received a bowl of fries with kebab and a bowl of particularly bad tzatziki. Meat smelled so bad that everything went in the bin without tasting it. Fries were bone dry, and something that was supposed to be chicken nuggets was also bone dry and rock hard. I offered to let them pick up the food and let them know that I wanted my money back. He would email Thuisbezorgd about the refund and I would receive confirmation of this the next day at 11:00 because he was busy cooking at that time, the next day at 16:30 to get the story because I still hadn't received an email. Everything was still closed tight while they open at 16:00. Called again and then they opened the door. There was a very strange and dirty smell in the shop itself. The staff present did not speak a word of Dutch so they called their employer, since he was on vacation. When I explained what I had come for he did not want to give my money back because we had eaten the food, while the night before I had told him that he could pick up the food again. The best man told me that I would wait until I either got my money back or had a confirmation by email. I was then told again that he would do this the next day because he was too busy, while his staff had said "colleague on vacation abroad". He hung up and blocked my number in the hope of getting rid of me. I then had his staff call him again. After a total of more than 40 minutes of discussion I finally got (part of) my money back. This is without a doubt the WORST business and the worst liar where I have ever ordered something to eat. The only good review that is correct is that the delivery person was friendly.

I have been waiting for more than an hour for 1 burger delivery and they didn’t answer the phone, now that I have called multiple times I seems turned off. I have ordered before and never got such a bad service as today. I’m feeling sick and couldn’t pick it up.

Not worth a star! It says the order would be delivered at 20:10. Received NOTHING!!!! Restaurant not reachable!! So we are baking ourselves on Sinterklaas evening at 20:45 after 3 hours and have received nothing!

I would like my money back for order number I7ZTV7. I waited 3 hours. I understand, but only for a while. Just think what food that has been waiting for 3 hours would taste like? Cold and disgusting. I did not accept the order and do not regret this decision.

We wanted to order spare-ribs and found Best of the Ribs on thuisbezorgd. It said that this place has a delivery time of up to 55min, which was ok, so we placed the order. Well, it took more than 2h to deliver our food. When it finally arrived, the ribs were very warm and soft, but instead of being sweet marinated (as ordered) they were teriyaki marinated. For us it was the first and the last time.

Have both the pork and the many ribs menus delivered to your home; were very good and 100% recommended

It took 2.5 hours for the order to arrive. Ribs drowned in sauce, fries limp because it took so long, poor communication with the restaurant, promises not kept about delivery time, no compromise or any form of service offered, chicken satay was chicken pieces with cold satay sauce in a plastic container. I really don't understand the good reviews. Once but never never again.

2nd time ordered here and really great spareribs! I now ordered at 12:40 am while they close at 1:00 am. The spare ribs arrived within half an hour and were really hot! Fries nice and crispy and still super hot. The competition shouldn't even be in your shadow! Keep it up!

No plant-based alternatives, even if the planet is ruined by meat, cheese, etc. It also threatens people's lives and the future. 28% greenhouse gases, the main cause of deforestation, disappearing biodiversity, extinction of animal species, air pollution, etc. I haven't even mentioned the suffering of those you eat.

I've been waiting for my food for 2 hours now, even though I asked them to call me if it takes longer than 1.5. No call and 2 hours later. I am immediately told that their telephone number is out of service. What a disaster. Do not order here!

I have a No-No sticker on the mailbox but I still had a brochure...... And now (27-02-2024) the tent has a different name but again had such a brochure.

Unfortunately I'm blocked... I'll start at the beginning, I ordered spicy ribs but I didn't get them I was promised that I would receive the good spareribs the same evening, but I had not heard anything from them. So then I called them and they acted as if they didn't know anything and finally said: tomorrow we will bring new ones and you will get 2 pieces, we are closing now. Well the next day I still didn't receive anything so I called again and it was the following week. Quite a hassle, in the end they did one after me after my friend spoke up the following week. And now I'm on the blocked list.

Ordered delicious Gyros dishes for Christmas! What a neat and tidy service, very friendly delivery person! And everything neat and in nice containers, toothpicks and peppermints included! This isn't right at all. They throw a brochure in your mailbox stating that delivery is free and your minimum order amount is 15 euros. Then you go to the site and you even get a minimum order amount of 12.95. Well okay, I wanted more. I'm going to order, but delivery suddenly costs 5 euros and the minimum order amount is 20 euros. Then you call there to ask how this works (and to order) and you get the voicemail. Man oh man, what a mess I believe others that they are tasty ribs, the pictures also make you tasty, but I can't eat that brochure.

Voor het eerst hier besteld. Overheerlijke spareribs zoet en hot. Het vlees viel van het bot af. Zo zacht en mals was het vlees. De smaken van de marinade waren ook overheerlijk.Het was het wachten waard. Very good rips !!!!

Voor de eerste keer hier spate-ribs besteld. Niet goedkoop, maar wel heel erg lekker! Heerlijke frietjes erbij en een frisse salade. Bezorging was supersnel! Echt een aanrader!

ik vind het jammer dat het personeel hier niet mondkapjes draagt en diegeen de hele tijd hoest en niet in zijn elleboog hoest. deze persoon hoest zonder mondkapje de hele tijd over het eten heen !! echt vies

Prima hamburger maar niet bijzonder. In het menu staat dat het vlees Black Angus beef is, ik proef dat er niet in terug. Het broodje mag iets steviger wat mij betreft.
