Helpful staff and really good food. Fries stew were great. Fries with peanut sauce and mayonnaise fine, only a little more sauce could have been done, says my wife. For the rest super!

Was ordering food to eat on the spot, last Sunday, there was a lady behind the counter who was not very friendly. We just had to go to the restaurant to order food. While there are tables in the cafeteria. My wife is disabled and had to get up to walk to the restaurant. Then the lady shouts, Oh, you can also order here! We are not yo-yo, I shouted, and continued walking to the restaurant. Then we spent more money at the restaurant, and the food was simply lukewarm. A discussion ensues about a cold bowl of minced meat, and the lady in question approaches my wife grumpily. My wife indicates that you should taste it yourself so that you can see that the ball is cold. No, she takes the plate, removes the ball, and five minutes later she comes back. The fries on the plate are now also lukewarm. Never experienced this before here. Hope it was just a one-off, otherwise they will have lost a customer forever.

People are already starting to apologize for being busy. I don't see a line and few people in the restaurant, so there must be a lot of delivery and takeaway orders. Then I don't understand why there are so many people behind the counter and in the kitchen who apparently don't know what to do. The result is that you eat well, but as a customer you do not understand why the chef does not arrange matters better with the people who work for and with him.

Went to Kokkie on July 22. The ice creams were delicious. Nice and big too, as we are used to. The service was top notch. Until the owner got involved. Pointed out to the boy on the spot that the ice creams were too big and that he had done something wrong and that we would get smaller ice creams next time. Completely took over the packing of the ice creams, etc. How derogatory for this boy the way she acts. Boy was completely embarrassed by her very sad behavior. My blood boiled. Owner, if you are a real manager you let the boy finish his job and you don't tell him in front of customers what he is doing wrong but how to do it differently. Your behavior is too sad for words. Got 2 farm burgers today, never had one so bad. The fried potatoes looked like they had been pickled, the salt that had been cooked along with them was scratching my throat. The whole thing was super greasy, so much so that it dripped through the menu box, and the raw vegetables tasted bad and seemed spoiled to us. So all in all, no more chef Twello.

We ordered the food by telephone. The boys were mainly concerned with each other, but not with the customers! After 10 minutes we were told that our order was ready, even though it was already there when I walked in. The boy who helped me asked everyone if they wanted to make a sorbet, but everyone was busy. Then he started doing it himself. When we got home, the fries were cold and many of them had been fried for the second time (dark brown and hard). We won't be back anytime soon!

It was very busy but there were plenty of hardworking staff. No problem if we had to wait a little longer. But I think you can still treat your customers normally? Complaining about your customers from a few meters away seems really lame. Really bizarre.

Went by tonight, there was a football team just in front of me. At that moment there were at least 10 people working, I think only 3 were actually working and the rest were doing nothing. The football team had ordered and the others could wait without being helped. Was a female employee who was in charge of the entire group and asked if I and the gentleman behind me had already been helped. So no! Not really customer friendly

Hele degelijke zaak, naar mijn mening ver boven wat je van de gemiddelde friet boer kan verwachten. De inrichting doet meer aan een restaurant denken. Breede menu keuze, mooie porties en vriendelijk personeel . Alles is schoon en goed onderhouden. Aanrader.

We bestellen vaker bij Kokkie en het is altijd lekker, vriendelijke mensen ook in de drukte. Deze keer ging er even iets mis. De milkshakes voor onze kinderen waren er niet kwamen we thuis achter. Gebeld en al voor ik wat kon vragen zeiden ze al dat ze de milkshakes kwamen brengen en maakte excuus. Kan gebeuren natuurlijk! We hadden klein besteld en kregen 2 reuzen milkshakes. Onze kinderen hebben de helft ingevroren en als ijs gegeten de volgende dag. Dat is nu nog eens service! Dankjewel!

Opzicht een mooie zaak, helaas grapjes kennen de niet en informatie of service ook niet echt jammer, verpest de hele belevenis. Schnitzel echt niet aan te raden, proeft naar niks
